Started off well. Pleasant gentleman greeted me and assured me my inspection wouldn t take too long. Then I got a call that 2 tires had to be changed, Ok - that wasn t unexpected. But then comes the add-on of windshield wipers. They re streaky he says. I said, no those have been good - no issues and I was just at VW recently (and they LOVE to find problems to bill for).He says well the inspector says they re streaky and we can t pass you and wouldn t ya know, we have some in stock for $52. I asked the first tech to show me the streaks. We went out back and he turned on the blades w the water and he was so embarrassed he couldn t find the problem. So I had to wait for Mr Inspector to come show me, and even then the faint line he found was barely visible and obviously due to a lump of dried bird poop. I decided to leave the car for the tire change and hoped he d reevaluate his wiper blade silliness, but nope.So he failed my inspection.I ll spend more next time for a reputable place that doesn t try to scam me. And I don t care if it s $52 or $500 I m not paying you to cheat me.Add on: I heard a scraping noise as I was heading home but I was too pissed to go back. Next morning I go check it out - this is how they returned my car - broken mud flap.

I ve brought my car here for several years now and it s the same now as it was before. The staff is friendly and polite. April and Mathew take the time to explain every detail of the work being done to my car. They made suggestions on preventative care and schedule maintenance suggestions. Their prices are competitive and you get life time warranty on certain things. I highly recommend this location!!!! A++++ service!!!

Went in for custom front end alignment, Kano? the tech was knowledgeable and open to my custom requests. I have a lifted Jeep with larger tires that don t coincide with stock measurements. End results were exceptional.

Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I felt at ease and wished I had come to this Firestone location sooner! Manager was really helped to understand the significance in maintaining service on my vehicle for best performance. I WILL be back.

Awesome service in a timely manner the technicians were knowledgeable and experienced,my truck rode great after the service was performed on my truck, I can definitely tell a huge difference in my braking and stability. My truck and I feel much more confident that s why they deserve a 10!!!

First time at this firestone and felt comfortable leaving my vehicle there. With the help of young lady I was well informed based on what I needed and didn t take too long like expected, had my vehicle ready and drove off better than how it was before. Alignment

Pulled to get one tire at this location this clown at the service desk says I'm booked up to get one tire at 1pm in the afternoon with only 2 ppl in the building. I didn't get any work done. I ask him to get one tire all i want him to do is mount a tire it was for a car at home i was going to put on he said he booked. He looked at the car i pull up nd assumed I was tlk about that car. This first ever going to Firestone they refused to do work.

I need to have a tire patched. I called in the morning, and they gave me an appointment for 2:45, but said I could drop my vehicle off early in case they can get to it before then.I dropped it off at 2:15 and they said it would take about an hour or an hour and a half.I came back at 4pm, and they still hadn t started.They finally took the truck back at 5pm, and in a few minutes, told me they couldn t patch it, and instead would need to replace it.Conveniently they have one in stock - their most expensive option.I told them to put it back together and I ll take it elsewhere.I left with my truck 20 minutes after that, but the mechanic didn t even have the courtesy to put the seat back where I had it.I ll never come back here and don t recommend it for anyone else either.

I went in for Brake light change and wipers and was wondering why it was taking too long.After a while they came back with recommendations about my battery corrosion and fuel system cleaner which I approved to be done.They came back with a list of recommended service and I informed them I didn't have time and as soon as i was backing off I realized there was something wrong because my brakes started squealing a problem I didn't have when I came there.Once I got home I opened my hood and the battery cover was not put back in place and I went back.The lady informed non chalantly the tech forgot.i pulled to the side and a guy came back and put it on.Clearly asked if they had attempted to start with their recommendation as there was a difference in my car and I stay literally less than a mile from the store.The problem I am experiencing now was fixed earlier in 2021 or 2022 and I spent hundred of dollars at the Firestone store on Gessner.and I have used this store too in the past.It's mind boggling that one of their recommended services issues started right away.

We made an appointment this morning to get our oil changed at 11am. We brought our car in early even. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes had time to get our hair cut go shopping and when we came back to see if our car was ready they haven't even started. We asked for our keys back and just left. We did not have a good experience and I doubt they will receive our business again expelly at that particular location.

From all the negative reviews I've read, I will not take my car to a Firestone Tire shop ever again. It appears integrity has been replace by greed at every location in Houston.Disappointing because Firestone had an awesome reputation buyers BEWARE!!

The service was good. However I was given time at 3 pm but my vehicle service didn't start until 4 pm reason was less manpower.

I ve been for 3hs waiting for a leaking tire repair and after all that time they didnt even touch the tire or my truck, the recepcionist was so unrespectful when I ask her if they are were gonna need some more time that I ask for my keys and I went to discount tires were they fix my tire in 30 minutes.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

April was very helpful in getting our tire flat repaired and also replaced a stripped lug bolt. She communicated well and got us in and for our scheduled appointment. This was much appreciated as we were out of town when this occurred.Service: TiresService: Tires

April was absolutely amazing! I caught a nail in my tire this morning and she had my car fixed and ready to go by the end of the day! She even stayed a couple minutes after closing in order for me to collect my car. $30 is a bargain for what it could have been. Exceptional service and will be back!Service: TiresService: Tires

If I could leave negative stars I would. This was by far the worst experience I've EVER had. This shop is incompetent diagnosing an issue, resulting in me having to bring my car in 3 different times. The employees were clueless on what was going on and were extremely rude (even to other customers in front of me). This shop tries to cheap out and orders malfunctioning parts from a third party resulting in having to replace the part again, but they don't mind over charging the customer for the repair. Once the issue was finally fixed and I got my car back I noticed a sticky goo all over the passenger side, which wouldn't come off, and when my girlfriend brought it in they told her that since it was on the exterior it was her responsibility to get it off, handed her a bottle of goo gone and made her remove it outside in 100 degree weather. Needless to say I won't be back

I had a wonderful customer service experience at this location. When I called to make an appointment; they already knew what the issue was and were very knowledgeable about the fix. I did end up waiting all day for my repairs, but I m glad the issue was resolved!

Had an excellent experience at this store. Matt made process of getting my truck serviced easy. I've been to a couple of other Firestones but after I left I realized that my tires weren't balanced right. Jose did a great job and I don't have anymore wheel vibration. Would definitely recommend this location if you need your car worked on.

Great, fast and compassionate service! Shout out to Mr.Matt (I believe he is the manager) as he helped me out in a time pinch since I needed to drive my car back to San Antonio to catch the bus on time!. Thank you so much

I got a flat the night prior and the store was closed, I tried my luck and got there early the next morning. Matt the store manager managed to get me in with no appointment. And with in the hour at that! The way he communicated and updated me on my vehicle to let me know wasn t fixable was on point! Plus he got me approved for the Firestone card and now I have 6 months to pay off my services! Definitely my new go to for all of my service!

Don't come here for alignment. Ruined my car, and wanted to charge $1500 to possibly fix the problem. Another firestone then quoted me $3000 for repairs. My wheels were left with a negative camber. Vehicle was fine before I came here. Only went in for rotation and alignment, left with a messed up suspension. They only want to sell you things that you don't need, get a second opinion before they install anything here.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

A very nice gentleman filled up my tires when I pulled up this morning. He explained that sometimes the tire warning sign shows up due to a decrease in temperature outside, which was the case with my car. Always a positive experience at this location.

I recommend this Firestone. They have good technicians that do quality work. Matt always greets me when I walk in and thoroughly explains to me the scope of work. He also gives me a heads up on things that I should replace. Overall, my experiences at this location have been great.

About a month or two ago while working in a parking lot nearby nearby I noticed a flat tire and barely made it to this firestone. I had a spare tire in the back they changed out for free after I snapped the chain holding it down, they were professional about everything despite not being about to reach me for a couple hours because I was at work nearby and the tire was chained down,I guess they could tell I wasn't in a great position even though I wanted to pay for their service and help.Shouts out to Matt and all staff, they are nice and honest here, whenever I need work done I will be coming here, you should too, don't think about it just go,everybody is really cool including the mechanics, your car will be in great hands and treated with care!

The absolute best customer service and mechanic service available. The manager is super nice, they re very honest. He helped me out by checking the tire balancing I got done at another place and it turns out they didn t tell me the wheel was bent. As a woman It s hard to find people you can trust in this industry with that being said I completely recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care 1000%Thank y all so much I really do appreciate y all.

This location really helped me in a pinch...great team here. Matt the store manager was extremely friendly and helpful and got me back on the road asap. He offered me their firestone credit card that saved me a little money and helped me finance my repair as well. The technician Jay was very friendly and efficient as well! This will be my new go to repair shop for sure!!

Matt is the store manager and helped me upgrade my balding tires on my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 to the 34 M/T2 mud tires and oh man are they a thing a beauty! After installing them I hit the highway going 90 and could not hear or feel them whatsoever. 10/10 recommend these tires and this store!
