Amazing customer service provided by Sam! He showed me the problems with my vehicle by bringing me out to the bay and explaining in detail. Also, Omar did an amazing job and made my vehicle feel brand new. I appreciated everything :)

I had a blowout on my way home from work. I was worried because Firestone was closing in about 10 minutes and I didn t know if they could help. When I walked in Sam immediately attended to my issue and got it fixed in record time. I was out the door and on my way home within 20 minutes. Couldn t appreciate the team enough for taking care of me. Great experience and service.

I had very bad experience with the new management and I didn t even want to give that star . I want to rate as zero. I had an appointment at 3.30 pm but they started working on my car around 5:35 so there is no proper time management so they finished around 6:55 pm it was almost time to close the shop. Before I took my car to the shop I didn t have any signs on my car screen but when I left from the shop it was showing sign of traction control so I asked the supervisor and he told me it will disappear soon but until now it s on . It been like 3 days now. So I went the next day to show them. They said they don t have the technician for the whole day. That means he only comes for one hour or two hours and one more thing specially if you pay cash they don t give final invoice. They will give you estimated invoice . I had posted some photos

I left the store with the same problem I came in with plus a new battery. Car still would not start when I left. Did not secure my battery back in position. Had to take back the next day because they were rushing. Worst Firestone experience I have had out of all the locations I have visited.

DO NOT come here if all you need is 1 tire. I got here around 1030am and said all I need is one tire because I had picked up a bolt on the way to my next job. I'm in a company vehicle that is under a fleet management company. It is now 12:03pm at the time of this writing and they just now got my van pulled into a bay. Something told me to just go to the Discount Tire thats 3 minutes away but instead, I stayed here. Never making that mistake again. If you need a tire and your company uses Element Fleet, just go to Discount tire. Turns out Element Fleet has priority at Discount Tire and will get you in the next bay that empties out.

I came in for a lifetime alignment on my vehicle and the employee and store manager offered me a Firestone credit card and also, $50 off for my alignment services I would definitely recommend my family and friends to come here.

My serpentine belt broke and this was a convenient garage for an unexpected repair. They did get the belt on fairly quickly, within a couple hours with no appointment. After the repair my power steering pump was loud. I thought it may be because the fluid was low from the install. It never got better and I now have a terrible leak. Took it back they told me it was something else. My belt broke again in 2 months. I had it towed to a different Firestone they told me it was the power steering pulley and a $900+ bid. Why was this pulley not checked initially? I called back to this Firestone they told me my truck was old and that s just what happens. If we all had new cars Firestone wouldn t be in business. I will not give them business again. I was given the lip service of a 12,000 mile/12 month warranty.There is no warranty apparently.I m out the original cost of the repair, a tow, with no resolution, and poor customer service.I do not recommend them.

I m so disappointed with the service.I have my appointment At 2.00 I dropped off the car and come back in 3 hours but it was not even done anything with the car

Great service I believe the managers name was Gary I spoke with him on a Sunday he got me set up with an appt Monday morning and I let him know I had two little ones that would be with me so when I came Monday morning he made sure I was taken care of really quick I was in and out they were really helpful will be returning for my alignment soon!! Thankyou so much

Came for a second opinion because a different shop quoted me a price but wouldn't tell me what work was needed. I left here with all of my questions answered by a very nice technician, pretty quickly, and it did not cost a lot. One of the best Firestone's I've been to.

Went in to have my a/c checked as it stopped cooling. They had a deal for a $10 a/c checked at the time. Well the said there was a leak but they couldn't find it and then charged me $179 for charging the a/c when I didn't give permission to do so. I filed a claim with customer service but nobody will call back. This was almost a year ago and issue still isn't resolved. Worst company ever!! I am now talking to an attorney because they can't fill a/c knowing there is a leak.Service: Air conditioning

Arrived at 11am. Came in for a oil change/inspection. Was told it would take an hour. Came back 1hr. 30 min later , car wasn't even moved. Told there was only one guy doing oil change , so I gave them a chance because I really needed this to be done. Told to wait another hour. Came back 2 hours later now 2pm, car was still parked in same place I had left it. Very bad experience. NEVER coming here again!!!

I went in for a brake check, but when it was time to discuss diagnostics they were really trying to overcharge me for brakes. Lol like come on shops like these really need to stop trying to hustle people out of money especially females. Then want to act like I don t know what they re talking about and trying to charge me $600 for the back and $400 for the front. I went to another shop and was told that was ridiculous. If you want loyal & ongoing customers then do a better job of services and prices instead of trying to hustle people. TWO stars for the free brake check though.

The service is terrible. I took my car in for diagnostics on Friday, September 23, around 2. It s now the next Thursday. I ve not been called *once.* I ve called several times and told they were looking at the car, right now, on different days when I called. I last spoke to someone on Tuesday who said I d need a new (expensive) part and they re waiting on prices. Still nothing. So I m racking up rental car charges in the meantime, and this place can t even be bothered to even call to update me about my car. Never coming here again. Believe the negative reviews. It s not worth the time or the money.

This location is horrible, the customer service and wait times. I m new to Texas and my vehicle is the only transportation I have at the moment. I been back in forward to this location for 3 day. All 3 days horrible. On the 3rd day I left my car at 11am, by 7pm my car haven t been touched. The only reason that I continue to come back was because the manager guy up front(Felipe or Philip , I think his name was) he was kind and seem to care about getting all the customers the service they deserve. He kept me updated on parts and Allow me to actually talk to the person that s been working on my car during the 3 days. If it wasn t for him another shop would have gotten my money.

Firestone does decent work, but they ALWAYS try to oversell you on extra work instead of just taking care of what you're asking. I asked for the price and approximate wait time for an alignment and was I'm immediately told "Oh you're having suspension issues and we can't just do an alignment without charging labor to look into the other things". What???? You haven't even seen the car and you're diagnosing issues from a simple question?? Ma'am can you just do what I asked?? I passed and went elsewhere. Alignment was taken care of with no issues.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!! I called in being 15 minutes away needing my tire to be plugged before work. I was told to come in, open availability. No appointment necessary. I arrived & the manager just got there. He had an attitude & told me I had to wait over an hour. I explained that I just called and was told differently. He still would not plug my tire. I explained to him that I had to be to work & wouldn't have waisted my gas driving to this location if I knew I wouldn't be helped. He said he didn't have to acccept my service. Horrible attitude & energy. I would not recommend coming here at all. I dont usually write reviews but this was a bad experience for me. If I could give a half of a star, I would.

Ridiculous! Got here before they opened to get an oil change. After 90 minutes, they came and told me I needed 2 new tires. This is a work truck, and we have a service company. The guy told me if I get the tires approved, they could get them changed quick. Its now been FOUR hours. When I got up to ask about the truck, which they wouldn't let me drive off because of this nail in the tire, they told me they got the wrong tires. Why won't you let me know that? I'm here on work time, and you are basically holding me hostage because you wouldn't let me take my vehicle. 4+ hours for an oil change and 2 tires. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. The customer service is terrible every time I come to this location. I'll definitely be going to a different location from now on.
