Dropped off our tire, two days ago, that needed to be repaired (large bolt had punctured it). They later called to quote price for replacement because the damage was not fixable. This morning (at 7:30am), my wife calls and makes an appointment (the first available was 11am). She asked them to confirm price and it changed from $172 to $198? After she mentions price difference, they agree to lower price to $174 and she shows up at the scheduled time. After 45 minutes, the vehicle is still parked outside? She decides to go somewhere else and asks to retrieve the tire and keys (since bringing the tire 2 days earlier AND having an appointment doesn t mean anything at Firestone.) They bring out "the rim" stating that the tire was already recycled? The manager, Eric, states the delay was due to their employee writing the incorrect tire size? He apparently measured the size of the spare tire? This location is a mess! Goodbye FIRESTONE... hello DISCOUNT TIRES!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Firestone Auto Care, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding, thanks to the exceptional service provided by a Tiffany and the experienced mechanics.From the moment I walked in Tiffany greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, creating a positive atmosphere in the shop. She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns about my car and made sure to thoroughly explain the services that would be performed. This is my go to place for Auto Care. Thank you so much for the great 5 star service!

I am absolutely floored by the complete lack of respect and follow through I have received from my last visit on August 7th. I have been coming here to buy lifetime alignments on at least half a dozen vehicles I've owned through the last 10 years and have never been treated so poorly.At about 2pm on August 7th I asked if an alignment could be done by end of day. Patrick, being the awesome manager I've always appreciated, recognized my phone number and told me it could be done, but he would have to leave before closing time. No problem I thought, so I dropped it off and got a ride home from my wife. 6pm rolls around and I still haven't heard from anyone; so I called and nobody would answer. I called again at 6:30 and 6:45 and got no response. The next morning I called around 8:30 for an update. A different employee from the desk answered and said it would be finished later that morning. Around noon I got the call to come pick it up. I took my wife and daughter to get lunch then stopped by Firestone on the way home to get my truck. The manager on duty said the original ticket from yesterday had to be closed out and a new one started. This new invoice had so much incorrect information I was baffled. Although my name and phone number and truck's year were correct, the engine type was wrong, and they had changed the labor info to say alignment courtesy check, despite the fact this was supposed to be a new alignment. They even scribbled a false signature on the invoice. When I reviewed the alignment sheet I saw only the toe had been set. I told the counter clerk I paid for a full lifetime alignment and they needed to finish the job. When they went to ask the tech, Dakotah, what happened, he said he simply forgot to tell his managers he needed alignment shims to complete the job. This is a standard part required on nearly every classic vehicle in existence for over half a century to complete an alignment, and for 10 years what every truck I've brought in for an alignment has needed . I told them they needed to finish the job and to contact me when it was complete. Again, 6pm rolls by and still no contact. I called at 6:30, and again at 6:45 when I finally got a hold of someone that said they hadn't finished it yet but would be staying late to do the job and I should be able to come by around 7:45 to pick it up. When I arrived, the tech had left grease all over the edges of my fenders, hood, door jams inside and out, window, steering wheel, and seat, and my vintage seat from 1973 had been stained and wreaked of disgusting body odor. While I was taking pictures of the grease, another employee had gotten into a customer's truck and without mentioning anything to me about what he was doing or that I might need to move, he backed another large 1 ton dually up to mine, stopping merely inches away after I had yelled to get him to stop. When I walked inside to voice my complaints that tech said he wasn't worried about hitting my truck, and the manager on duty had no concerns about the grease on my truck.I have filed three complaints with corporate, two over the phone and 1 through their survey prompt. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not heard back from anyone regarding this matter. The grease has penetrated my original paint despite my efforts to remove it, I've found a scratch on one of my brand new wheels, and the odor from the seat still permeates in the heat of the day. Through my attempts to follow up with corporate I have discovered someone along the line had put the wrong contact phone number on my complaint and their regional manager did not bother to check my customer file nor the invoice to verify the correct number needed.I am thoroughly upset with this experience and how despite all my rigorous efforts to keep my classic truck clean, just this one negligent tech has done permanent damage to my vehicle and still to this day nobody has contacted me for a resolution. To add even more frustration to this experience, I lost a $500 home repair job because my truck was down for so long.

Don t waste your time in this place, I dropped my car at 7:30 am, because my car makes a noise on front breaks this shop repaired months back, they supposed to check issue within 1 hour but after 4 hours I never received a phone call about my car status so I called several times but no answer, I went to the shop and nothing has been done yet on my car and they were attending some other customers, they said they are short of technicians, if they are short handed why they keep receiving more cars in the shop ? If you have other choices better think twice before using this Firestone shop.

I took my truck in for an electrical problem, the first thing I told them please first of all to check the fuses and connectors, and instead they repaired another problem that I didn't need, they charged me $500 and it took them 7 days to "fix it" but I realized that it had the same problem for which I left it for repair, the next day I returned to tell them if they had checked the connectors and fuses first and they said no, they preferred to fix something more expensive than a simple fuse and deceive the customer. Plus they returned it to me with another problem that I didn't have. Terrible service, too expensive. don't waste your time or money

It was a friday before spring break and needed an alignment. I was able to drop off the vehicle and Hillary called when it was pick up time. The service took a little longer than expected but it was a busy day. The alignment has the vehicle driving back to normal . Thanks!

I have been a customer of Firestone for years.Patrick is a great manager. He has always treated me with the utmost respect. I thoroughly trust him. Whatever gets diagnosed by the great mechanics is always explained to me by Patrick. I had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany at my last repair visit and was so very impressed by her knowledge. She was very thorough and patient.I will continue to be Firestone on Fry Rd. s loyal customer.

Miriam she was very friendly and exceptional In my previous visits, I also had positive experiences my service for today was change all four tires and life time alignment plus some issue with my TPMS. Now I have new set of tires I love it!.

Most of my experiences here have been great. Hillary is usually the advisor & tech when I go and she is amazing. However, my last visit for a state inspection had Dakotah as tech and they left my car much worse than I brought it. The shifter, steering wheel, airbag, door, car keys and even my insurance card & inspection report were full of grease. The interior had a mild odor as well. The shifter and steering wheel were especially bad as they were also gritty and now there are a couple of small scratches in the leather.I used to like this location but I'm not sure I would go back so long as there is a chance I receive my car like that again.

I don t know what kind of false reviews these people have published but this is my second time coming here and the service has been horrible this second time around they kept my car for 3 days never called to update me lied and said it would be ready at a particular time/ day just for me to call to find out they haven t started on my car even though the part came in on time mind you it s almost closing time and the only thing I was getting fixed was ONE tire. What type of logic is it to have someone s car for that long and not even make it a priority to get it out after the amount of days it s been there is crazy. I WILL never come back to this location again.

My service at Firestone was exceptional. I dropped in randomly and was kindly greeted by Lorenzo. He took a look at my concerns and advised what I need to do. He recognized that I didn t quite have the time for the service that day and suggested an appointment time that worked for me the following day along with notes so my drop off is easy and timely. He even put air in my low tire to hold me over until my service the next day. The service was quicker than expected. The facility is clean and staff is wonderful. Yolanda called the following day to thank me for the business and follow up on the service. Love that!! I will definitely continue going to this location for my vehicle needs. Thanks for the great service!

Not recommend! I had a walk in oil change and tire rotation and was told the wait around 1-1.5 hr which I agreed. The wait turned out to be 2.5 hr for my car to get in. Said they couldn't do the rotation because one of my wheel got stuck and they asked if they could break it loose with machine gun and explained it might break the other parts which costs 290$ to repair so I just told them to leave the tire alone. Drove all the way home with strange noise under the hood and the engine light check was lit at that time. Checked back the following morning to find out the bottom of my car fall loose to the floor!!! I didn't expect this break down from a regular oil change and tire rotation. This place charges high still the services and quality not worth the price

I recently had my car service here and I want to say it has been the worst experience ever. The employee named , Tiffany , who is the service advisor did a poor job at helping me . They took the wrong tire off and that s the one that had the warranty on it . When I spoke to her she seemed unbothered by the situation. She has been avoiding my call and allI want is to try to resolve this issue. The fact that she won t talk to me, it shows that she is in the wrong .Because when I came back to talkTo her she seemVery aloof . Now, everyone that goes here beware of TIFFANY she has no idea what her job duties are. So I hopethe store manager sees this and address the issue .

I've been visiting this location for many years and generally happy with the quality and value of the service received. Last Saturday, I stopped by for an oil change and a state inspection, and received very professional, courteous and efficient service from the service advisor, Hilary. While I wait, I noticed that she was consistently exceptional in her interactions with other customers too and it really made my day.In my previous visits, I also had positive experiences with another service advisor, Patrick, who works at this location.They have a good business here and as the result the place is usually busy, but I feel comfortable coming here. I hope they can keep up the good work so that I can keep coming back for my vehicle maintenance needs.Services: Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

First off, FIRESTONE is at the top of its class in auto repair and maintenance.My Check Coolant Additive warning came up. Walmart does not do radaitors. Did not want to go to a radiator repair shop. And do not trust Ford. Then I remembered they got a Firestone. They have always been fair and up front no matter the location.Firestone said to test the radiator coolant, was only an hour wait and 10$. A deal. After an hour the employee told me it was only a warning that goes off after so many miles. I was relieved it was not a costly repair. Thank you Firestone for your honesty and good work.Because I cannot trust Ford auto care. Ford, the only place that would tell you your radiator needs to be replaced. Then your driving home and realize Ford mechanic put your steering wheel upside down. Go in for a rattling tailgate repair and they service your pickup bed for 1200 and still don't fix the tailgate. Because Ford Auto Care, do not do it.

I bought 2 tires with warranty from Firestone two months ago. Today I came in at the Firestone location on 2440 Fry Road because one of them needed air. There was a nail in it and they said it wasn t repairable. They would replace it at no cost to me. I would just have to pay $45 for the rebalancing. Minutes later they told me that they don t have the same kind of tire because it was discontinued. With the one they will replace it with I would have to pay $90 extra. I had to pay new road hazards coverage because they said the road hazard coverage I paid just 2 months ago doesn t apply anymore with the replacement tire.Rip off !!!!

Thank you to the great & very honest people at Firestone for fixing my AC for $220. My car AC was blowing out hot air. I originally went to Auto Check for this issue, and they wanted over $1,100 to have it fixed. I'm so happy I decided to get a second opinion, and that I found this honest and reliable company. I'll refer my family and friends to your store.

Ive gone here for years. I have also, had issues for years (I go back because it's walking distance). To be fair, they did address most of these issues. These days, I only allow Patrick to work on my car, this guy consistently takes care of business and is the person I trust. No offense to others working here.
