Update: All is well.They work fast and the service agents like Eric, are patient, kind, & knowledgeable. They explained everything that happened and the recommendations. They don t try to push me to fix everything. I got tires and their lifetime alignment and rotation so I don t ever have to worry about that. If you get tires always get the roadside hazard protection, it really comes in handy. Also if you download their app they offer roadside assistance.

Had an emergency with my car, unexpected flat mid afternoon, my insurance sent someone out to change the flat & put on the donut, went directly to Firestone (by like 5pm!), they took me in & put on a new tire & did an oil change & I was out by 7pm. SO grateful they fit me in & taken care of so quickly without an appointment.

Did a maintenance here, was satisfied with the overall result and assistance, however I specifically asked for one thing to be adressed and fixed (tire pressure monitor light) and it wasn t. Turned out they didn t even check the tire pressure in the back, cause we went back there one day after picking it up, hoping the light would turn off after driving around a bit, and they then finally checked the pressure and had to inflate one of the tires.Besides this issue, good service and explanations.

We're in the middle of a road trip, a bad timing to see a warning that one of the tires is low on air. But Firestone got us fixed and back on the road quickly. Alex diagnosed which tire it was and found a nail in it. From there, it was passed to Jonathon, who was also very helpful. The car was ready to go maybe 45 minutes later, during which we waited in an air conditioned lobby.

If u want to waste ur 4-5 hrs of valuable time... visit this place.... Even as simple as oil change.... They r always busy and tell you a standard time of couple of hours for service. But they take more than that.. ... There are other very efficient car care centers in Houston. Only good thing about this place is the location. Other than that ....not worth visiting this place. 1 star.

Highly recommend this Firestone location. Been going here since I moved to the area. Staff is always kind and knowledgeable and honest. Prices are competitive to anywhere else I ve been so I choose here because of the staff. The young woman who is usually working the front has been particularly wonderful to work with and talk to every time I come. Y all be nice to her!

Showed up for an appointment that was booked online. Was told it was never approved, and would have to wait up to 3 hours to get worked in. Was never contacted by anyone to let me know they were too busy to honor the appointment. It s ok though, my money will be spent at a more professional business.*Update* The appointment was finally approved! Slight problem, the date and time requested has already passed. Apologies, but I d like to cancel. Thanks.

Quick and easy! Personal is amazing. I was installing fresh new front tires and I bought a year of unlimited alignment for my mustang Ecoboost . Thank you for such a great location. Employees especially the front desk are definitely in Honor of a raise.

Dropped my son's car off at 10am yesterday for a diagnostic test! It's been 24hrs haven't heard anything! So I called and Gabriel has a whole attitude like I'm the bad guy! He keeps saying oh I'll call or I just got here! So I just told them don't even touch my car! I'll take it somewhere else! This place needs to be shut down!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!

Horrible sense of urgency, they will take forever to do anything such as a simple check up on suspension. Everyone looks very lazy and just sits there while no one works on the vehicles. Such a waste of time. I regret buying the lifetime alignment. They will waste your time. Go to another place to get your service done.

I went this store first thing in the morning before holiday and appreciated Eric's and his team's efforts helping me replace the flat tire so that I can take my kids to NASA as scheduled. I want to commend the tire replacement staff for their excellent service.

Never coming here again! Waste of time took 2hrs to fix a flat, one of the guys said it be another 30 minutes and it s been over an hr now. Frustrated! Only good part was the price, they say right on time but should be whenever we feel like it. Don t go here if you don t have the patience slow, slow, slow, slow, slow oh did I mention how slow they were? It s just a flat people fix it! I should ve gone to discount tire now they re fast!

The store manager, Gabriel, has done a good job of providing leadership: Services are performed much faster, employees are more transparent in their communications, and waiting room has been remodeled making it much better for waiting. I can definitely see the positive improvement.

Awful experience will never go back to this location 5300 WestheimerTook over 24 hours to get car back and still have to go back to get finished. I m going elsewhere. Gabriel had major attitude and they also went through my glove box and console and dug out my insurance card without my permission!

5 hrs just to replace one tire horrible service 3 hrs for a technician to tell me my tire is bad 2 hrs to replace it for new one.. I won t go this location , waste of my time at the fairmont location had all 6 new tires done in 3 hrs bad service don t go here if your time is valuable.

Rolisha provided a level of service I ve never received before at an auto shop. Everything was completed as promised in a timely manner. Highly recommend this Firestone!

I left my car at 1 pm for alignment and now 4:47pm they not complete it yet!!!!!!! also there s no A/C inside the shop,it s very hot I recommend go somewhere else

Sent my brother here to take care of some routine maintenance (brake pad replacement). They took him to the cleaners - added on hundreds of dollars of unnecessary work. Convinced him he needed full rotor replacements rather than any resurfacing. Would recommend you find a better local shop for any work to your car. EDIT: Mariah below ignored all of my emails for 2 weeks. Don t assume their corporate will be of any assistance either.Service: Brake service & repair

Extremely dissatisfied with the work of firestone. I had a flat and put my donut on drove from Beaumont to Houston with no problems. they where the only ones that had the tire size I needed. When I left I realized the steering wheel was unaligned and the tire was crooked. I got on the highway and not 2 minutes later I caught a flat. I had to put my donut back on and when I put the donut on there where no problems until the donut caught a flat. The company said they would refund the tire but I had to pay for towing which if the problem was caused by them they should reimburse the cost of the towing in my opinion. So overall.... negative 5 stars if that was an option

By far the BEST Firestone I ve ever been to in my last 20 years of being a customer! I had a tire blown out and needed a tire replacement. Pierce, Jonathan and Aamir were extremely courteous, friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I will definitely be coming back again as a repeat customer.

Worst experience of my life. I came to firestone initially to get more air in my back tire. The next day the tire was flat, so I suspected a puncture. I went back to firestone to get my tire plugged and after an hour they called and told me my vehicle was ready, and that the tire was REPAIRED. I wake up the next day to find my tire was flat again, so I put the spare tire on. Upon removing my flat tire I immediately notice a THREE INCH NAIL that none of the firestone employees could spot in my TWO visits there. Not only could this have been potentially dangerous, it shows that they didn t even bother checking the tire. When I called and told them about this issue, the manager made up a story about how they told me I needed a new tire on my second visit. They said they gave me a receipt stating the tire was irreparable and that I would need a new one. This never happened. I would have never driven off with a nail still sticking out of my tire. Anyways if you value your vehicle as well as your own safety don t go to firestone.

Got to love a 3+ hour oil change. Wait, not change just a 3 hour oil drain. They go way beyond here. Drain your oil for 3 hours. That is just amazing!! They close in 30 minutes...any chance they will get it done. Probably walking home....

This is the best Firestone that I have been to! Rolisha and Jacob are amazing! They listen to your tire needs and provide the best customer service. As a woman that is not knowledgeable about cars, tires etc. they made me feel comfortable with the process. Thank you!
