Technician crashed my vehicle into the side of the shop trying to back it out of the stall. Didn t even get my flat fixed. I had to drive home with the spare tire and a busted truck. Hopefully they can resolve this unfortunate incident and make things right.

I never had any issues here until the last time. I got a new set of tires. Whatever the mechanic did, it messed up the pressure sensors and they stopped working. I was told I needed to pay $260 for a new sensor. They replaced it but it didn't solve the problem. The mechanic told me that I just need to drive more for it to start working. Turned out they replaced it with a generic sensor that doesn't work with my car. I had to pay another $260 at a dealership. $520 extra for a mechanic's mistake. I liked Firestone but I'm never coming back.

Staff uninterested and one if them had a terrible attitude, said they were going to call when the tire came in since they didn t have in stock, they didn t call, I had to call them. Misplaced my original tire, which they asked to keep to prepare it for a faster change, and had to wait extra for it. Spent a total of 4.5 hours over 2 days, egregious for a tire change. Never coming back. Terrible customer service.

I have had a good experience with this location. It is convenient for me to drop off my car and get to my office. The repairs were done and the cost were reasonable.

Worst service I have ever received at a Firestone. Came in for a battery replacement and multiple times I had to return because my car continued not to start after the replacement. When I called to come back Carlos was short and rude. When I towed it back to have it looked at again, Luis (the manager) tells me something else needed to be fixed completely unrelated to the issue. I paid $600+ for bearings and the battery was still not working. They showed no care in the regard to my safety and lack of effort to resolve the problem. My car wouldn't start for a third time and it wasn't until I went to a completely different Firestone location where they determined my new battery was installed incorrectly. This location did not tighten the terminals OR screw the battery in resulting in it continuing to disconnect/short. I will not be returning and think this location should reexamine their quality assurance and service.

Horrible customer service by a guy with a red Birth mark on his face. I called To get a tire patch before I had to go to work and I express that concern and when I got There he told me I would Have to wait 20 min to even be looked at. I asked him for something as small as a tire patch He said it s not that simple it takes time. And then proceeded to go back in forth with me about how long it took.Had I had a tire patch kit at home I would Have just done it myself but again I m in a full blow suit headed to work. It wasn t what he said it was the way he said it 55% of communication is to tonality. This guys SUCKS he needs to take a class on customer service cause he doesn t have a lick of it. I have over 6 years of customer service experience and never talked to anyone like that And if I was The owner walking in hearing him talk to a PAYING customer like that it would be a whole problem. I laughed and took my business to another tire shop who took care of my patch FOR FREE vs paying $30 plus tax with them.and did it in under 7 min so I gave Him a $50 tip.Guys like him will run off customers who have a zero tolerance for lack of customer service in business.Glad I was Able to help a small business though.

I ve taken all my vehicles to get serviced at this location and have gotten nothing but the best experience. Staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. The work on my most recent vehicle was top notch. Highly recommend this store

I went to this place to do a simple "state inspection". I got there around 4:20pm. and the attendant told me that it would no longer be possible to do it. That I would come back the next day. I needed it at that time and not the next day. It was over an hour and a half before closing and they didn't do the inspection. That's why I was upset.

I took my Nissan cube in to get a diagnosis for the miss firing issue I was having. I got told I needed a new head gasket and a new catalytic converter. And if you didn t know those are two extremely expensive things to replace. I got quoted 3,400$. I decided to get a second opinion from a locally owned shop and I got told that all I needed was a fuel injector and spark plugs and they repaired the slow leak in my tire that Firestone said that they couldn t fix and I got my car back in 2 days. And only spent 550$ So yes I m pissed. I wish I could get the 140$ diagnosis fee back. But they won t refund it. When it comes to cars spend your money locally and stop support these big business, like Firestone , pensky, and pep boys.

Was not informed about the services that were needed. Was told everything was fine but called later and was told it needed several repairs. There was no communication. I never received the estimates for the repairs.

Took my car in at 7 am for a flat. Never received a call from them. Went at 6:30 pm and wS informed that I needed new tire and will be there the next afternoon. Took my car and left. I have been taking my car there for years since I live a block away but I guess this is the end. Discount tire took care of it in an hour.

I was in on time per my appointment and my vehicle was complete with the repair in the expected time I was told as I waited for it. This is my second visit to this location and satisfaction both times.

This establishment totaled my engine. It was a simple oil change. They flooded the engine with oil, ruined my spark plugs, stripped the oil pan plug, and completely trashed the car. A separate Firestone location had to file a claim against ~this- location for damages. Ask me or the Clear Lake, TX Firestone about more details

I had them do an oil change and the oil filler cap was not put back on or not tight enough and is gone. They told me to go buy one at Autozone and they would reimburse me if I brought my receipt. I also had to get under the truck and tighten the oil filter after a week of driving.

I made an appointment to have my tires delivered around 1pmarrived 20 minutes later thinking I was going to wait at least an hour late but when dropping off my keys the lady in the front laughed and said it would be ready till 5pm. I arrived @6pm and mind you I made an appointment. My car wasn t ready and they close at 7pm I do not recommend this location whatsoever! Good luck!! Luis is the manager and was unavailable!

They said this tiny nail was near the sidewall and couldn t be patched. It almost couldn t be any closer to the center of the tire. Tried to lie to me to cheat and scam me into paying $275 for their cheapest new tire. Total crooks in my opinion.

This location has poor customer service. I will not be giving Firestone any of my money going forward. I had an appointment confirmed and scheduled 24 hrs in advance and they canceled my appointment with no effort of contacting me. The tech rep said they were understaffed and there s nothing they can do and didn t offer any solution to my situation. This has put me in a bind since I needed an oil change before traveling to my destination. They need to fire everybody in there and host a global training on professional customer service skills because they were extremely unprofessional.

The service, the managers, and the overall operations are run by monkeys. Monkeys is too good of a description for them; monkeys can do their purpose and job effectively and efficiently as opposed to these dim wits. But thus far, they are all monkeys and not worth a damn. I d rather eat a carcass than have to deal with their incompetent, below freezing IQ.Service: Tires

Do not go here. EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE STAFF. I towed my car here because I had a flat tire and they straight out told us they can t do it and lied to our faces saying that they only have 1 tech when we saw multiple of them working right at in front of our eyes. We paid a tow service person who brought us here and they outright denied to help and we had get it towed back to another place. Absolutely pathetic

I have had a good experience and a bad experience here. Hence the two stars. I will say the staff is nice. However I think they are sometimes not great with time frames and expectations. I came here to align my car and it went well. Decided to return to get my headlights inspected and witched. I took 1 & 1/2 days to change one headlight and they couldn t change my day running lights because apparently there was something working with my car.The actual part that did not sit well with me was that every time I called to ask about the status of my car they kept asking for to hang in there.Mind you, when I first asked they told it would take 2-3 hours if I made an appointment, which I did at 10:00 AM. Then after I handed the keys over they told me they would have it ready in the afternoon and that maybe I should leave and come back to get it because they needed to order a bulb. I asked if I could drive back and come when they had the piece, they advised against it because it would take more time . So I ubered back home. I called at 3 pm and they told me they had just received the piece and that they would have the car ready by 5 or so.. I called back at 5 and they told me by the end of their working day (7:00 PM). A few minutes before 7 I called three times from my phone and they did not pick up. I am assuming they knew it was me and they did not want to deliver the news that I would have to wait until the next day to pick up my car. After I called from a different number they picked up and had to tell me I would need to pick up the car the next day. They had the car ready at 12:00 PM the next day, and of course with the news that they were only able to change 1 out of three lights I had requested to change.Maybe my expectations were really high, maybe they are just not a good place. I don t know. Hope this can help someone.

Service is horrible, I trust them with my tires but they are clueless to under the hood problems . Please don t take your care here if your having any under the hood issues ..I m a regular here for oil changes and coming to find out they don t replace the oil filters GO TO WALMART OR NTB . Firestone is a lose screw and is VERY careless

I genuinely can't say enough good things about this location and the people who work here. I've been coming to this Firestone for 5 years now, and every time, I have received impeccable service. The guys who work here are very knowledgeable and upfront about what your car needs are, which I really appreciate.Carlos (location manager I believe) has been absolutely phenomenal, and he treats me very well every time I come in. Whether it has been a quick fix like getting air in my tires or something that needs more attention, he makes sure to take care of you. I highly recommend this location!

They wouldn t do my alignment because I replaced my own wheel and tie rod the day prior. I simply came in to have it properly aligned as that is not something I can do at home. Car is absolutely fine I drove it up to the shop no clue why this was a problem.

Great, efficient mechanics here. I have lifetime alignment at Firestone and have come several times over the last couple of years. They are very professional and chill, i ve never had a problem. Today I came in without an appointment at 8AM and they were done with my car by 11ish, which I think is great considering I didn t have an appointment. Overall, very happy customer and I will continue to come to this and other Firestone locations for service, thanks guys.

This place is Ok. Mechanics could be working a little bit more instead of just seating, eating and listening to music while you end up waiting for ever!! Don t mind waiting but you got to be working. Not even a the dealership I ve waited this long for a simple oil change, by the way there was only one person I front me.. NO EXCUSE!!!

Horrible customer service. Prices are not explained upfront, and then at check out you are met with "I don't know what the other person told you, not my problem". Would not recommend.

Very high prices for decent to poor customer service. Got new tires then returned 3 times for a leak in a tire that was denied existed each time. On the third time, the manager gave me a business card to another shop, essentially told to screw off, then when they realized I bought their tires that they should help me prorate a tire. Now i have to have a fourth visit for one leaj in a tire. Never have I been here where I wasn't tied up by them all day or service was incomplete or denied because "they couldn't find the issue". I'm sorry I hate leaving bad reviews but I have had over 6 poor experiences at this shop and will never return.
