Don t come to this place. Did state inspection today and they failed it because of wiper blades. Have owed multiple cars in many years and this is first time a shop force me to replace it and charge it because of inspection. I will never come back again. The ratings of this store is lower comparing to other places and there are good reasons.

I am from out of town with problems with two of my tires. Though they were not able to fix the tires, the were able to order some new tires to much the others and got me on my way. Great group of guys to work with!

I always bring my car here. I trust them. They are pretty busy, so others trust them as well. If you're looking for an auto shop that won't screw you, bring it here. They have done quality and affordable work on my old car for years.They have a clean waiting area, clean bathroom, and they also have coffee.

I usually have better experiences at Firestone, this weekend was an exception :/From what I can tell from one day of driving so far, they did good work on my brakes, however they derailed an entire weekend day to do so, and cost me extra money. They had my car for over 10 hours and did not update me until I called them. They ordered a part from a vendor and told me they sent the wrong ones, only after I called after 8 hours asking about my vehicle. My friend who was going to bring me to get it had to go to work, so I then had to pay almost $20 for a lyft. They did not offer any additional discounts to their sale due to the inconvenience. I was already spending over $1000 on the day and didn't get so much as an apology.

Honest inspection of issues with your vehicle. They make sure to apply any deals that may be going on with the company. They made sure to try to complete repairs in a timely manner. They get the repairs done properly.

Been here a few times due to proximity. They take so long and when they do the job they always try to upsell. You want me to buy a $200 tire? a singular tire? There are more than a few autobody shops in the area. Even other name brand shops don't charge that much.

I visited this place for oil change over the weekend. It took long hours to get it done. May be, they will get better soon. Some of the reviews here are old too, I personally thinks that the time change everything, to be exact everything is bound to change. So, old reviews can be revised. Fine, my experience was good. I felt they were honest in doing the business. I had pleasant conversation with 3 staffs. I even felt comfortable and protected. Because, they were not trying to sell me unwanted things. Instead, they quoted the price upfront truthfully. I think it is a must to have for a business to stand for a long time. Never to forget, good staffs are the most important part for any business.I would recommend this place to go for your car care.Also, Firestone have a competitive price and even price match for their loyal customers to enjoy the full benefits.Finally, thinks are changing around us, I think if they conduct car care sessions for the car owners to better understand their car to run it for long time. This will increase the awareness and give stress free driving.Overall, I wish the stars to go up and up with more customers get served better here.

They were courteous and the work was done properly. I got what I asked for. The guy up front was forthcoming with information to other customers in the store (my request was simple and needed no explanation). There was even a grumpy old man in the store who was pacing and muttering and he left satisfied. Definitely recommend this place for service.

Went a couple weeks ago to get my free wheel alignment but as you know "it's never free". There is always going to be something. I was told I need my two inner tire rods done and that they can do it right now but I declined. Took it to a mom and pop shop that I've been to a few times and asked them for a quote and told them what I needed. They came back with the diagnoses that I needed ONLY ONE of my tire rods changed not both. Just sick of the dishonesty when there is more than enough business for cars needing work that you feel you need to get an extra dime from me.......

I am a new, loyal customer. I set my same-day appointment online this morning, and received an email confirmation instantly! I even came 20 minutes early, and still got in right away. Even during COVID19, front desk is still very knowledgeable and friendly. Very open, warm welcome. My battery comes with a 5-year warranty! I recommend this location.

Horrible experience! I just left work early to pick up a copy of my inspection that they didn t even do! I called the store to ask for a copy of my state inspection to be told I needed to come pick up the report to be told one wasn t even done! My car was left from 7:30 am and I had to call at 6 to see if it was done! I asked for a state inspection, oil change , alignment and tire rotation. When I called at 6 they hadn t even done my alignment or even looked at my car that I dropped off at 7:30 that morning. They rushed through my service didn t offer to change my air filter or cabin filter but put they recommended them being change but didn t offer to do it while they had it. Didn t tell me I needed 2 new tires or breaks and they didn t even do the inspection like I asked. The manager is this store should be ashamed or the incompetent employees and clearly doesn t deserve to be the store manager when they store cannot even run at basic minimum service ability. The whole store should be retrained on how to do their job properly. Offer recommended services and complete work in a timely manner. I see now why Firestone has such a bad reputation and why everyone questioned why I took my car here! Worst mistake and I highly suggest you find some where else to take your car. If they can t even do basic maintenance lord knows major repairs will be an even bigger nightmare! Save your self the trouble and just go somewhere else!

They are either dishonest or incompetent or both brought my car in for an alignment they said they could only do it partially because the tie rods are bent due to rust and old age . The car still pulled strongly to the right. A week later I took it to my specialist mechanic and he told me they did the alignment totally wrong at Firestone. He said the car doesn t need tie rods at all. Now the car drives straight as an arrow. I am willing to give Firestone the benefit of the doubt and assume it was just incompetence but I ll never go back there.

I went to another neighborhood shop because of an engine light. When they said the car had 5 things to work on totaling $2,867, I knew something was up. Took it to Norman at Firestone and got 1 thing fixed to get the light off for under $500. Wish I had come here years ago, they certainly have by business now. I sincerely appreciate the honesty and integrity!

Had my car towed here for a flat tire we couldn't get off ourselves. They were friendly and fair and got us out within a couple of hours. Pricing was in line with what we usually get from Discount Tire. Bonus points for being open on Sunday when Discount Tire was not. Would come back.

They took my car for an hour or so just to tell me that they didn't have my size tire and to come back the next day in the morning. I called in the morning, but there was still no tire. Once it was in later that afternoon, they were quick and efficient. Everyone was friendly and polite. But the initial time wasted was a bit off-putting.

I can in for an alignment on my vehicle on March 4, 2023. Once the work was complete, I noticed that my steering wheel was now pulling to the left and my traction system was now off. I called them and they advised me to bring it back in but they couldn t get to it that day. So I came in on the following Saturday, March the 1-, 2023. They told me that I could either leave it or wait two hours because they had 4 alignments in front of me. Now, I am returning to have you correct an error that YOU made and you mean to tell me that I have to wait! I waited 3 hours the prior weekend and PAID YOU to do the job correctly the first time and now you want me to give you another 3 hours of my day again to do what you should have done in the first place. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!! I will be calling corporate because this utterly ridiculous! A word of advice. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PARTICULAR FIRESTONE! If you do l, you do at your own risk! I AM A BEEY UNHAPPY FORMER CUSTOMER!!

0 stars if I couldCame in here during the week because my car was having weird issues that couldn t even be detected by the dashboard, they did some funky diagnostic and fixed the issue but after driving off the issue still existed. I went back and they recommended me to a Nissan dealership and some other person which didn t solve the issue, no the person didn t have the decency to give me a call back to say they didn t know what was wrong . I went to another business and my issue has been solved AKA my initial money spent on people who don t know what they re doing was wastedService: Transmission

This location used to be good. Now, I've had to visit 3 times in the last month for them to fix the incomplete service provided. Went in for a wheel balance and the weights already fell off, 1 week after the service. If you can go to a different place, I'd recommend you stir clear from here. I used to come here all the time but there's no reason for me to visit again after this.I actually made an appointment for them to fix it and they called me saying they remember me but won't actually do anything about it until they feel like it. I tried to give them a chance to fix it already, I'm done with this place.

This is the best Firestone location. The guys do a really good job with timing. Eddie took care of me when I had to get my alignment done because another location closer to my house refuse to do the work. I only get my tires from here because they have the best tires ever.

I took my car here for an alignment. Whenever dealing with car issues I always expect to have problems. I must say the manager, Eddie, was awesome. He was so knowledgeable and so thorough! He even did some things out of scope of the alignment to make sure that I drove off safe. I would highly recommend this location. Great customer service!
