This place was recommended by my mother in law as her vehicle was impounded here, they told her they are under new managment and they also service body work/painy/& repair jobs so I went ahead and brought in my truck on a Monday and had it back up and running for me by Wednesday. The guys here were very welcoming, helpful, informative, and most importantly affordable they helped me out so much! I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends. Thank you all so very much!

I DON T RECOMMEND YOU TRUST THESE LIARS AND CON ARISTS WITH YOUR VEHICLE, THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.I AM AN UPSET CUSTOMER BUT BELIEVE EVERY WORD I TELL YOU , TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE DON T LET THEM CONVINCE YOU TO LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE WITH THEM YOU WILL END UP UPSET AND PAYING EXTRA MONEY OUT OF POCKET TO GET YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU TRUST MARY AND ANYONE ELSE THAT WORKS AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!This particular company should not be able to assist customers in any way possible, their customer service is horrible the way they conduct business is not suitable to even be able to own one. Mary and Hu are not good people they are Liars!!! They file insurance claims so they can get paid the money but won t do the work that the insurance company is paying them to complete. They make agreements with their customers and then they renig on the agreement. They don t properly repair the car which then cause the customer to have to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket to get their car fixed, due to the fact that Fiesta Auto Body Shop didn t do a great job with the repairs. Furthermore they don t even take accountability for their actions they make it seem like the customer is crazy and then proceeds to call the cops and claim the customer is trespassing on their property when the customer don t agree with the repairs that was allegedly done to their vehicle. This place needs to be investigated and shut down, the way they are stealing from us Residents here and Texas.

They are prolonging insurance claim, not being cooperative with insurance, not answering nor returning any insurance calls! Won t release totaled vehicle, making excuses that they don t have to make billing for insurance. It s been weeks and no progress whatsoever !! Very unprofessional !! I don t even know how they haven t reported to state!!

My 87 year old father was in an accident and his truck was towed here. He was without a vehicle for a month and a half while the people in this business made excuses and did not answer the phone. He had 3 phone numbers he could use to contact them, but the voicemail boxes were always full.Mary repeatedly told him different dates he could expect the truck. The date would pass without her contacting him or answering the phone.When he finally got his truck back, it looked good, but the front wheel shimmied. He took it to a reputable repair shop instead of returning it to them.That s what you should do too!

After my ex recently decided she had enough anger left in her for me and my car.I thought that not even the kings horses or his most skilled of men could ever come close to making my car look new or such a pretty red again. And then I brought my most favored chariot to not only the right men but the most professional, curtious, fair and knowledgeable team of paint and body experts that not only restored my vehicle to better than original paint job but got every nick and ding the sledge hammer had gifted my ride with. A Mr Chris Estes of fiesta paint and body will from now on be the standard I hold anyone against every time my car needs cosmetic repair due to any ex or future ex I upset. Thank you for your excellent and professional service you and every employee that I had the absolute pleasure of having worked on my vehicle.

They had my truck for 3 months,and when I got it back,I had to go replace the rim myself and they still not finished. They want me to bring it back to replace my emergency brake cable and leave it with them all day,it only take a hour to do.Do not bring your vehicle to them!

Absolutely terrible!!!! Do not take your car to this place. Took a month and a half for a 2-3 week repair. Never received and update. They barely answer when you call. And then waited until I come pick up my car to tell me I had to pay cash. This place is trash!!!!

Fiesta Paint & Body and Abc Auto Storage are two seperate companies! To enter the storage facilty you must be the registered owner. We are here to protect the owner of the vehicle. ABC doesnt not let you back there if you cant provide proof of ownership. If you enter the body shop you will be instustructed to go to storage lot window. We are not racist by any means. If you approach the storage window with attitude you will get attitude. Everyday the storage attendants dont tow cars an get yelled at an screamed at for no reason. IF anyone has ever had your vehicle towed its not a pleasant experience. We at ABC an Fiesta help people in any way we can but if you come in here mad an angry yelling an are not the owner you will be instructed to get owner an come back. We dont let let anyone in back unless you are the registered owner of vehicle. If your vehicle is wrecked we try to assistant in anyway possible as long as your wanting our help.. We deal with most Insurance companies an have been a family owned businees since 1986. We are a city approved storage facilty an follow all the laws an this is why we are still open an in business today. If you ever look at anyone reviews on here its always the other person complaining...never the owner!!!! MR Techinican

They racist.I m automotive technician I came to this place with one of my clients to see if her car is movable so we can pay it and drive it out. when in through the garage bay door lady stepped out before we got to the door told us to go to a window around the corner, and and to find out the window was a metal door that was 20 feet to the side of the bay we walked thru. she could ve just said is right next-door. It s the same shed. then said that only one person go in and look at the car but I am a technician to see if the car still drivable or whatever and commented just in case somebody decided to take some out of the car.

Michelle is crooked. Everyone is unprofessional here. Smells like cigarettes. The shop is ran down. No one anwers the phones here. Please do not let them trick you into repairing your car here.

Michelle, Chris, Ralph and Pam were awesome and they took such great care of me and made all my repairs in a timely matter.The crew there was very friendly and wanted to make sure I was comfortable.I highly recommend Fiesta Paint Body For any of your repair needs!! Thanks again everyone!
