when i first bought my car from fast auto repair, it had a few issues: the wheel bearings were bad, the back shocks were leaking, the front sway bars were missing among other problems. when i took it up to them to let them know, they fixed everything for free and super fast :)) they were extremely nice and patient the whole time! i'm very glad i chose to buy my car here. of course you may drive away with a few issues but i do believe they try their best and are honest people :)) thank you!

Poor customer service and mechanical services at the one on 6922 Ashcroft. I ve paid them $1450 for my car. The first time I paid $250 for an overheating problem and they said it was just my hose, a hose only cost $30. Then I picked my car up and the same problem happened of overheating. Took it back and paid $400. Picked up my car and then noticed my fan stopped working and the car was still overheating. Months later my head gasket blew now he is charging $1800 but a friend of mine went on Aug 22 or 23 and gave $800 since that s what we were quoted. Now he don t remember getting $800. Don t do services with these people. They don t check their work and try to get over on ppl that isn t Hispanic. So Francisco imma hit you where it hurts your pockets. I offered a solution of buying my car back from me or letting me have my car and take that $1800 as a loss because if the problem was fixed the first two times I wouldn t be in this predicament. So if you buy a car from them get it checked out completely and don t go to them for service. All they do is lie, cheat, and steal.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I bought a Mazda 3 from this place and was never informed that there was a salvaged title on the vehicle. The vehicle has given us nothing but a headache. Went to sale the vehicle today only to find out that the odometer reading has been altered as well. This place will scan you out of your money be very careful when dealing with these people. The man that sold me this heap of trash is Jay. He comes off really nice but what a joke and a theif.

I usually do not write reviews, but this this place could be called NOTHING BUT A SCAM. I went to look at a Chrysler 300 here after they posted the car for sale on Facebook. When I arrived, the paint was completely scratched up on all sides (which were not in the Facebook photos), there was smoke coming from the engine after starting it, and the steering wheel looked to be in such poor condition for 82,000 miles. Some one else already complained that the odometer had been turned back, and I wouldn't doubt it for this car either. They sell cars here but are their own auto shop so they just plaster a band aid on it, cover things up, and hope to sell it at a low price. I do not want anyone else to waste their time or money here- this car was supposed to transport my two young children as well (it is not in "Buenas condiciones", as according to the Facebook post). I sincerely hope they change the way they do business and do it correctly and cleanly. And no, I will not be contacting Jay- he's the one who tried to sell me this dangerous pile of junk for $3,700 cash.

I got my transmission replaced here but after it was replaced some items were missing in my vehicle. I talked to the owner (Francisco) about the situation ... basically told me this matter is not important and he's to busy. After the repair, my vehicle is making a strange noise and owner refuses to check the noise since he believes I'm accusing him of stealing and he told me he doesn't want customers who accuse him.Made it clear to him I wasnt accusing him . Told him to simply HELP me see if BY CHANCE my stuff was taken from his shopHe also refused to check my car's noise. He gave me my keys and told me to take my little car to get checked else were....The noise was not being made before I took it to this shop! Unprofessional.

Sold me a car with a bad transmission, the transmission went out after a month & a half. Wanted me to pay $1,500 to get the car fixed . Please do not buy a car from them they'll only take your money & leave you stranded. I had to call in to work for 3 days due to me not having a running car & they said they still wanted their money at the end of the month.

Brought a car from them, said nothing was wrong with the jeep, 20 mintues into my drive home the car was stalling I couldn't even drive 20 mph , called them they said they would fix it on Monday 8/5/19, gave me a loaner car in the mean time. I will update "if" and "when" they fix it.Update: so they did end up fixing the car that following Tuesday is when I got it back, it drives well just have to start out slow & gradually speed up .

These Guys sell cars without titles becarefull,We payed cash for the vehicle It s been already 4 months without the the title.We are now in the transici�n of reporting this Bussiness legally.And guess what ?they don t answer the phone anymore !

Trash of a Place to Buy a carThey claim one price but it turn out being more Both Husband &Wife are Shady AF they shift blame to each other at the end the customer gets the short end of the stick .DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING ANY VEHICLES THERE BAD BAD BAD CUSTIMER SERVICE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. TRYING TO SAVE MONEY ENDED UP COSTING MORE.

It s been a really good mechanic shop they do everything they can order parts for you they sell and buy cars, it has professional car electronic installation, they also have oil change at $35 but over all it s a really good place to go and check out your car I highly recommend this awesome mechanic shop.

Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas se la dar�aHace como 15 d�as agarr� una Ford Explorer limited ise el contrato un jueves dijieron que el s�bado la ten�a lista fui y nada se tardaron m�s de dos semanas en d�rmelo y cuando me lo dieron ten�a fallas en sistema el�ctrico ... la entregu� y agarre un honda fit 2007 le hace falta una parte del lado del piloto. Me dej� botado dos veces en la pura ma�ana enciende y hace como. Que se quiere apagar les llamo y nada y no eh podido ir. A sus tayer xq trabajo. De 4 de la tarde a 10 de la noche espero me puedan resolver esto

Es muy triste ver que hay personas deshonestas ,muy mala experiencia en este lugar ,bonito hermoso carro por fuera por dentro una basura 3 meses me dur� el carro llev�ndolo al mec�nico, qued�ndose en el camino gastando para reck,el motor se quebr� y supuestamente tenia un millaje bajo,ped� aun junk que se lo llevara ,ruego que deverdad sea vendido en partes y no vuelvan a da�ar a alguien mas y es terrible mas esto en los tiempos de pandemia que estamos viviendo ,pero bueno cada quien vive de la manera que le plazca asi sea tranzar para avanzar y otras personas como uno ilusas creyendo en la integridad del ser humano cuando muchas veces no la hay.

They are more or less not so efficient at work, fixing a car breakdown, that's why I give them 3. They can improve in customer service and they must have better workers.Esta mas o menos nos son tan eficientes en el trabajo arreglar un desperfecto del carro por eso les doy 3 pueden mejorar en el servicio de atencion al cliente y deben de tener mejores trabajadores
