I showed up to the place for inspection during business hours. There were 2 other cars waiting. No one knew where the owner was. I called the number in the building/sign and the guy answers with an aggressive rudeness. Like I was an inconvenience to him. I took my business elsewhere, you should do the same, don t waste your time.

Save your money! If I could do 0 stars I would! He lack s communication skills. I went in and failed the test due to dirty Cat. Which is totally understandable things happen it s life. So he tells me take care of the problem drive the car for 100 miles and bring back. So I did I had a cat installed and O2sensor. So long story short light went away so I had my significant other bring the car back in because I work out of town. She gets there and the guy tells her that the tint is too dark. This man passed the same car same tint last yr and the yr before and now wants to fail me doesn t make any sense. He never said anything to me about tint. Sad part is the tint is not even dark smh. In my opinion he tried to take advantage of her to get more money out of us. If you have Tint on your car go elsewhere he s gonna fail you.

With all due respect, when you are working on a car inspection issue and especially in the case of a state inspection, you must be quite CLEAR from the first moment with all the details that must be corrected with the car, so that the owner take the necessary actions before bring the car back to you. In the previous inspection that you carried out at no time did you mention the tint because we would've solved it before going this second time around, also without mentioning that it is the same car without any change to the tint of the windows from these previous two years that you yourself inspected, so , how did the vehicle pass before, and not now? If you're really a qualified inspector you must communicate to the customer all the necessary that need to be changed to the vehicle so you don't waste people's time to go again and then say something else we're not here to waste time...if you don't know, all of this has to do with good customer service

I think my experience was a lot of ppl experience. They operate from 2 locations! But literally 2 mins away from each other. I went to 1 and had to go to the other. I m not mad at that because he answered the phone the 1st time I called, gave me good directions and the service was QUICK AND EASY!!!!Thank you!!!

The service was excellent. The technician was very thorough and accurate. Was very pleased they were open on Sunday. Inspection was done very well and yet quickly. I will definitely be back to have my wife's car inspected next month!

We love dealing with this business owner. He is always available on short notice. Have been using his car inspection services for 3 years now. He doesn't pull any tricks like some inspection places do. An Exxon car care center on Westheimer one year claimed I had an oil leak, but they had dripped oil out of the oil container onto the hoses. My longtime mechanic confirmed that I had no oil leak. But with Fast 5 Auto you won't have to worry about that junk. Great fast service. I will be back next year if he is available again.

An interesting little place! Call ahead to make an appointment. There is a very nice and respectful owner, Mr. Ali. He was super fast and I'm glad I chose this spot!

Great and quick service. I called to schedule an appointment, but he offered to take me right away which I gladly accepted. I didn t have to get out of car, which during this current pandemic, was appreciated. I called because of the excellent reviews, so I m more than happy to add another excellent review.

I messaged the owner on a Sunday morning and he made an appt right away. Such a nice man! The shop is 24 hours, 7 days a week. You can message through google to schedule and will get a quick response. Such a blessing for those that work during the week and have to cram everything in on weekends!

Mr. Ali was very personable. I made an appointment last night for 8 am this morning for 3 cars to be inspected. When he saw I had my toddlers in the car with me, he lead us to his drive thru location so I didn't have to get them our of the car. The inspection was quick and thorough. He is a very kind man. I highly recommend this place and we will be returning!

Mr. Ali was kind, friendly, helpful, and worked super fast. He even helped me find my insurance card online. His small talk was great, he is an awesome human being, he just loves to help people. Best of all he offers 24 hr customer service, even for me today being Easter Sunday!! Thank you so much Mr. Ali for helping Mr accomplish my task for the day!! You are a true blessing!

Sam was very professional and quick with the service! I was in and out within 15-20 minutes. Call ahead and he will make sure you get taken care of before the walk-ins! Even if he is closed, he will be at the shop within minutes to work with your schedule. I'll be back next year!

Mr. Ali is awesome! He is extremely Courteous.My car inspection was done very quick And Speedy. He even offered to fill up my tire that was a little Low on air. I 100% recommend Mr. Ali especially if you want to be treated as family vs a customer.

Keep expectations low when visiting. No waiting room, just a 'one man operation' that inspects cars, and replaces auto glass. Very very efficient at inspections though. Multipleachines permit multiple inspections simultaneously.

I had to make a early appointment at such short notice on a Saturday. He picked up the phone as soon as I called & made a appointment for 30 minutes later . Once I got there he did the inspection in timely fashion. He was such a friendly man & made me feel welcomed . I will definitely come back & recommend him to my family & friends.
