Expro was amazing from the time I dropped my car off to me picking it up!!! Mr. Terry was concerned about my safety when he came out a saw my car he immediately asked if I was ok!!! They had great communication throughout the process!!! The care for me and my vehicle was amazing!!! The work looks great and they we meticulous about making sure it was done right!!! Dasha was also very helpful and provided effective direct communication which i appreciate!!! Thank you so much Expro!!!

I was very satisfied with my service very good at communicating and explaining all repairs involved with my vehicle left no questions unanswered. Dasha was also very helpful throughout the whole process and was persistent that I receive the best customer service.

I loved how they made the process of repairing my vehicle so much easier. Their customer service was what made the process easier, keeping me updated on every detail when they began the process of repair.Bri was an amazing rep, if anything in my vehicles need repair this is a place I would definitely come back!

I initially brought my car here to be repaired after no longer being able to afford a conventional rental car service they loaned me a car ! This was a life saver as my car was not scheduled to be ready for another 18 days .After the 15th day, I got a call from the total loss adjuster telling me my car was a total loss. I was devastated!!!! But let me tell you! It was customer service for me. The women at the front exhibit TOP TIER customer service. I had to keep the rental car for 2 additional days, and they worked with me. Customer service means A LOT to me. God willing, I don't have any more accidents, but I will tell you from the work they do and how proficient they are at the front. I will be referring them in the future.

Expro did great with the repairs, they were done in a timely manner & now my vehicle just looks brand new!!!!Thanks to Elizabeth she was able to get the company to pay for my rental cost while repairs were still in progress what a great way to keep a customer happy !I will be recommending expro !!!

I repaired 2 vehicles at this shop , Terry works really hard , he took great care of my vehicles answered all my questions and did an excellent job in repairing them. I only dropped the cars at the shop and he took care of everything from examining the damages on my vehicles to calling the insurance and repairing the vehicles . If you re going to let a tow truck driver, who coincidentally works for these people, let them take your car here, expect a charge of 1790$ just to release your car if you don t decide to do the repairs with them within a weeks time. Also, make sure you inspect your car before dropping it off with pictures, a rotor was broken on purpose to justify the eventual replacement. After trying to charge me 2190$ for the release of it after 12 days and NO WORK DONE. It took me a whole day to bring it down to 1200$. These ppl will scam you out of money and hold your car for ransom.

Great experience. The team was very professional. Elizabeth in the front office was very helpful, had the tow truck driver sent to pick up my car timely, worked with my insurance adjuster to get me setup with a rental, had it waiting once I arrived with the tow truck driver. Terry has been very patient and made sure everything needed to properly repair my car was captured in the estimate and kept me looped in throughout the repair time. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and would use them again if need be especially for Acura owners.

Customer Service and the repairs were great! I left a damaged car and picked up a fully repaired car. The Collision and repair department service manager was honest and very professional. I also received a lifetime warranty on the the parts etc. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Expro did an awesome job with the front body repair of my car. The body work is fantastic and I have no complains. Representative Amber and Mechanic Terry are extremely friendly and helpful with all your concerns, if any. I will definitely come back here for more services, if needed.

Terrible!!! My car was taken here after an accident. I used one their rentals covered by my insurance. They tried giving me a 2018 Chevy and the best they had was a 2020 Acura. After taking over a month and a half on my car they started coming up with all different excuses they blamed me for scratching all 4 tire rims on the rental to get $600 out of me. They then said I can't get my car until I pay. They threatened me and also don't pick phone calls. Avoid this one!!! Owner witnessed me getting accused of the most ridiculous accusations and didn't even care. Super rude!
