Me and my whole family have been going to express car for over 10 years at least. My father would have his company fleet vehicles taken there and then his personal vehicle. Then my mother, grandmother, brother, my wife and i started taking our cars as well. Mr Tony, Sorosh, Hamid and Clarence, have all been very professional and business minded. I went today to have my wifes 2016 honda hr-v and my 2003 honda civic inspected, and i needed wipers. I dont drive my car alot, and my wipers were old and worn so Mr. Hamid told me that as part of the inspection, for safety, the wipers needed to be replaced. I totally understood and he replaced them for around the same or cheaper than walmart prices. I could have gotten them before getting my car inspected but i forgot and i totally understood about replacing them. Any reasonable person would understand that as well. Overall, i just wanted to thank you guys once again for your consistent and professional service and for Mr. Hamid for taking care of us.

The mechanics is rude.Edit - I have reviewed other reviews. Seems what happened to me has happened to other customers.After the very unpleasant experience (rude remarks and forcing me to buy a windshield wiper), I drove to J&T automotive on Westview and got my inspection done smoothly, no nonsense.

I had a major oil leak on front of engine and thought it was the timing chain cover but they said only vtec filter with very minimal price to fix. They were honest and fixed it right without saying it was the front seal or timing chain cover. They got my business from now on. Honesty goes a longs ways with me.

Normally, this is where we prefer to go because we feel they have a good balance of fair pricing, good work, and quick work. And it's not easy finding a shop with that balance.However, talking to and treating your customers like they're idiots, especially when the whole issue originated with one of your employees forgetting to reset the oil change notification on the computer, that's not cool.We were there for all of maybe 5 minutes, 3 of which spent arguing with the tech about what we needed him to do. I don't know what's difficult about "our car is saying it needs an oil change". I'm not going to accuse someone of not doing their job, whether not doing the oil change or forgetting to reset the notification on the computer. Just check it, that's all we're asking.This is feedback that you guys should be paying attention to, cause this is how you guys lose long-term customers.

It's really "Express Car Care". They provide all sorts of repair and service, very quickly, and relatively, good price.Very professional and friendly.

My experience with Express Car Care was excellent! The management and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about my BMW X5. They fixed my AC in a very timely and economical manner. They provided shuttle service for me while my car was being repaired, which was a very kind gesture. My car was ready when promised without any problems. I will continue to bring my business to Express Car Care, and I will recommend them to both my family and friends!!!Service: Air conditioning

They have have worked on my car, wife's car, family and my police fleet. They are professionals and they stand by there word. Go here you will not want to go any where else. I moved to Tyler and still take my vehicles back there. When i need a big job done. Yes I do go all the way back. Great job helped

Nice having an honest neighborhood mechanic. Brought car in for brakes, figured at 90k miles is was time. The checked all pads and fluids, showed I still had 50% life in pads and sent me on, no charge. Good people.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Express Car Care! They are friendly, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Me and my husband have been taking our vehicles here for about 8 years and would not go anywhere else. Sorosh is always so nice and detailed about explaining things. Thank you guys for everything!

I have been bringing my cars to Express car Care for 6 years now and I have never felt patronized or belittled or suspicious of their intent. Shirosh, Hamid and the others have always been gracious, forthright, and respectful of me and my time. They are HONEST. Three times in the past year I have brought my car in for tiny fixes: that hatch door lock was jammed, the plastic casing on the undercarriage was falling off, the folks who replaced the tires forgot to put all the bolts back on - and each time they made the fix right away and CHARGED ME NOTHING. As long as I live in Houston, I will never take my car anywhere else. These folks are truly the best.

My family and I have gone here for over 20 years. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They also seem to beat their repair estimates, which never happens to me at any other mechanic. Pricing is fair and reasonable, service is quick.

Been using these guys for years now and every time I come in they greet me and have the best service. I know there wasn't anyone in front of me but they had my truck done in 15 min for a full synthetic oil change. They always seem to be very thankful and professional. We had a not so pleasant experience a few weeks ago with one of the associates at this location. The owner stepped in and resolved the situation and the other members of the staff were extremely helpful as well. So we decided to give the location a second opportunity and again dealing with the same associate as the first time, it was just a combative, difficult individual to work with. I asked if the owner was around and was lied to at first by the same individual, that we were having the problem with, and upon asking another member of the staff we were directed to a auxiliary building on the property and when we got over there the person that we were having the problem with was already there, giving their side of the story, I guess. Needless to say the owner was not there and we did not stick around. We took our business elsewhere and had no problem, with the same exact information that we were giving to the associate that was so difficult at express car care. We don't leave very many negative reviews. But this one is well justified especially since we gave them a second chance.

My husband and I have been bringing our cars to Tony Azidhak and his team for the last 20 years. He is the very best in the business! Everyone on the team but especially Tony and Sorosh have the utmost integrity. They will take care of your car as if you are family. They are honest, friendly, and down-to-earth: they will always tell you the truth and are experts at what they do. I have given their business cards to everyone I know. I can't recommend them highly enough-. Thank you, Tony! You and your team are the best of the best!

I took our Yukon XL to get the suspension changed out and I had a wonderful experience. Sorosh quoted a price and they did the work fast and my car now drives great. Fast, but Horrible customer service. If you are in a rush and need your car back quick, this might be the place for you. If you want a professional service job, this is NOT the place to go. Tony and the entire staff are rude and pushy. Definitely be aware of your bill before leaving to see if any additional charges are added. Don't be surprised if there are. Definitely will not be returning or sending any other vehicles from our fleet to this place. And of course, we will not be recommending this repair shop to anyone we know. Good luck if you still decide to go here.

Tony runs a great shop. I drive out of my way to bring all of my vehicles here. People know my name and treat me as an honored guest whenever I come in. Tony makes you feel like you are his best customer. Honest and thoughtful, I would not take my vehicles anywhere else.

This is THE place to take your vehicle for maintenance and repairs. My family has taken our cars here for more than a decade. They offer dealership shop quality at friendly neighborhood mechanic prices. Tony, Sorosh, and the crew offer polite customer service, quick turnarounds, and have always come in at, or under, what they have quoted me. It gives me confidence to see the same staff over the years. They really care about their clients. Take your vehicle here. You won't be disappointed!

The last few times I had my truck serviced here, the more problems I seem to acquire. The last time I had my truck serviced at Express Car Care, the Manager yelled at me for waiting so long to get an oil change. When I asked him if they fixed my oil gauge, he continued to avoid my question. Sorry to say but, I do not recommend having your vehicle serviced here!.

The service there is always amazing! They take care of you like your family with efficiency, honesty, and great quality of work!!!!! Wait...... I haven't gotten to the good part yet! Lol! No matter the day or the weather of the day they always have a fresh pot of coffee awaiting our our arrival

I've been using Express Car Car for about eight years, and every experience has been excellent. They are very honest, fast, pleasant, and competent. They have NEVER tried to stick me for more work or expense than what my car needed.

These guys are good to go. They're fast, friendly, and cheap. I'm stationed in California right now but when I get back into town I always come to these guys. My car is under warranty and these guys are certified so I don't have to worry about my warranty.
