This was the second time Excel Frame worked on my car. Both times they did an amazing job,. Not only did the work done on my car amazing, but their communication before and during the process was incredible. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else for bodywork.

Had an accident a couple months ago where another car hit the front left bumper on my car. I found this body shop through my insurance All State and they told me they were certified to work with them. WOW! Really couldn't believe what my eyes saw when I picked up my car, it was just incredible how beautiful they left my car. Really thankful with Marvin, Steve and all the staff that work there, they really know what they're doing. I would definitely recommend you take your car to them in case you need some body work done. Here are some pictures of the before and after from my car so you can judge yourself but personally I love how it looks now more than ever. Amazing place!

These guys hit did everything right. They were courteous, quick, and completed their work to a very high degree of quality. Brought my father's car in for an insurance repair, they handled everything and he got the car back even better than before the accident. Definitely a nice change of pace. Also, thanks Chris for the frequent updates and for ensuring the schedule you originally gave was met.

These guys were a big help after I was in an accident and had to deal with the other drivers very difficult insurance company. They helped guide me through the repair process and pointed out several times where multiple reps at Kemper insurance were trying to mislead and take advantage of me. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to working with insurance companies and I would highly recommend them if your vehicle has been in an accident.

My experience with Excel Frame was more than I could image, they did great work and then some in a short amount of time. They kept me updated throughout the process and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. Steven was incredible to work with. I have a 1995 Jeep Wrangler yj restoration project that I am doing. Steven helped with with the frame replacement and many other upgrades that were needed. He communicated with me often. Explaining what was needed and why. He help educate me. I could not be more happy with how it turned out. I will be going back to him for all the other parts of my restoration that are still needed. Top notch job. Great company and people.

I put an unfortunate dent in my car and took it to Excel to get fixed, and the service was right on point! Steven the manager worked with me and gave me the best price he could offer for the work that needed to be done. I needed the damage fixed in a time crunch because I travel far for school and they were finished before the time they told me and WOW it looks like nothing ever happened.. very impressed with the timeliness and work! I will be back for any and all work!

Took a used car on a salvage title here to make sure the frame was straight. The inspection they did blew me away. They went above and beyond finding things as simple as a missing bolt buried in the engine bay. Way more than I was expecting. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with Excel from the first time I spoke to Marvin when he offered to look at my car to see how long he thought it would take because I was worried about a rental. All the other shops said just bring it in. The whole process was so seamless Marvin kept me informed and got it done a day early!!!! I am definitely one of those people who don t know a lot about cars so I always worry that someone is going to scam me. I did not feel like that at all with this team. I brought my car in on a Monday and picked it up on Friday morning. Not only did they take care of the damage on the outside but they made sure everything underneath was damage free. I was rear ended and was having a difficult time with the responsible party's insurance. I chose to use my personal insurance, Allstate, and Excel Frame & Front End Service was on their recommended list of shops. After getting my car back, I understand why. Throughout the process, Marvin provided a constant stream of information. He kept me up to date with the progression of the repairs and was even very helpful concerning next steps regarding the insurance process. When it came time to pick up the car, the work that was done was flawless. No evidence of the accident could be seen. I just had the best experience at Excel for repairs to my Lexus IS-250. I have never taken my car anywhere other than Lexus for repairs until now. Thankfully a friend told me about Excel and I am so grateful. This place is great! I stopped by to show them the damages on a Tuesday around lunch time and received a comprehensive estimate by the time I got back to work. I dropped my car off the next morning and had it back in less than 48 hours looking just like new. I literally could not tell where the work had been done and the price was exactly as quoted. Steve, Marvin and Beverly were so professional and friendly; they have clearly been doing this work for a long time. I am so glad to have found this affordable, reputable car repair service. They went above and beyond in more ways than one, including arranging my rental car. I give them five stars all the way!

This place is the best! They were recommended by Clear Choice. I knew I could trust them to take good care of my Lexus RX 350. Beverly was very cordial and helpful. Marvin was awesome! He kept me informed and had to do a lot of research to find the right parts.My car looks new! I hope I never need to use them again but I definitely will and I highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the service and frame repair I received here. The office staff and owner are very courteous, professional, and excellent communication. Great price for the amount of work I received. Will be coming here next time I need some body work on my cars.Update: Minor cosmetic misalignment of their repair from a year ago. I was a bit suspect of how many good reviews this shop has (most mechanics don't get good reviews due to the unwanted/sudden expense of the situation).But I must agree, they do outstanding work, that exceeded expectations. I have an old Bronco that I've worked hard to restore, but still has many flaws. Not only did they find the issue I brought it in for (with the loud clunking noise, coming form a not common problem) , they also fixed more than expected issues with my body panels and hood. Marvin was outstanding in explaining the work that was done and the very fair price. Also the work was done faster than expected. Marvin and Anthony were wonderful when it came to my situation. I was rear-ended and I had to go through the other driver's insurance. This was my first time going through this and Marvin explained in detail the expectation going forward. Marvin outlined everything that was done and his crew did a wonderful job to my Honda Civic. This is the best place! I usually only use dealerships, but I will use Excel for now on! Marvin is a good, kind, and fair person, and he and his staff did an incredible job! Very professional and I never once had to call them, because Marvin kept me well informed and they do incredible work!! Highly recommended and highly knowledgeable!!!! They re the best!

I had a unique situation with my car and called Steven at Excel for advice. Steven had me bring the car into the shop where the issue was diagnosed. He went above and beyond to resolve the problem for me. Excel is a first tier enterprise. Steven and his team are ultimate professionals - honest, helpful and capable. Their shop is immaculate and the work they perform is excellent.I d give them ten stars if possible. If you need professional assistance, auto repair or body work go see these folks. They will exceed your expectations.

This is probably the best shop I have been to in Houston, and with a 13 year old car, I have been to several. I had major damage to one of my car doors (among other things) from an accident, and when I got my car back, it was like new!! Steven was so nice - not even 15min after I dropped my car off, he was already on the phone calling around for parts to fix it. He kept me updated through phone calls and texts over the next few days. The repairs were completed sooner than expected, and I received my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off (both inside and out). Great customer service, no hassles. I think I will be returning for any future repairs! Thanks so much.

We have been taking our cars to Excel for almost twenty years and will continue to do so. Owner Steve, Bev, and Marvin are all top notch. Excellent communication about the repair process and amazing work! On top of that, they provide that sometimes hard to find characteristic: complete honesty and integrity. We wouldn t take our cars anywhere else.

I had to choose a shop in the Allstate network after an 18 year-old hit me, and Excel was a stab in the dark based solely on reviews. I now feel really lucky to have had them repair extensive front-end damage. I was amazed to see a car that looked new, after being heartbroken for weeks over the accident. A few weeks later I started hearing a strange noise under the carriage, and took it back. A technician checked it out thoroughly and couldn't find anything. The manager told me to bring it back the following week. They were apparently very busy then, but the owner took pity on me and checked it out himself straightaway. He got behind the wheel, drove a few feet and immediately diagnosed what would have stumped most mere mortals in the business. This is one of those instances where experience really matters I imagine. He had them fix me up and sent me on my way, a happy woman. And the issue was likely not even accident or repair related. Again so glad chose I this place, it was a pleasure dealing with Steve. Would highly recommend!

I just had an incredible experience with Excel. Someone key scratched 2 words into the side panels of my '96 Ford ranger. The letters were ~ 12" tall and covered 2 body panels. Marvin Bernal (the owner and main guy at Excel) looked at it last Friday, and gave me a cost estimate and timing to do the repair. I dropped the truck there yesterday (monday morning) and just picked it up today (Tuesday). It looks brand new! The paint match is excellent, there is no hint of the damages, and the repair blends right into the surrounding color. Final cost was BELOW the estimate (when does that ever happen with car repairs?) , and the time needed for repair was just as estimated! Pablo in the service bay did the repair and painting. WAY TO GO PABLO - THANK YOU SO MUCH! Can't recommend these guys and this shop enough!Service: Body & Trim

Honestly, I typically don't write reviews. However, I must say that I am extremely happy with this particular shop. I took my Range Rover to about 3 different shops within the Houston area, concerning a noise I was hearing from the front end. I spent thousands of dollars and nobody was able to resolve it. I was at the point of trading the car in, until someone told me to try Excel Frame and Front. The owner Steve was extremely nice and I could tell he had passion for his work. He told me to leave the SUV with him, and promised me he was going to find the noise. He actually did the next day! I paid so little for this, compared to other places I had visited prior that took my money and changed parts I didn't need. I am just grateful!

These guys are a 100% class act and take GREAT pride in their work. My wife has a new 4Runner and unfortunately we have gotten to know this body better than I wish...but if I have to need a body shop, I'm glad these guys are here! They treat her with total respect when she's there, drive her to the rental car office, communicate clearly, and their work is exceptional. I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to body work and especially paint. Honestly, I literally could not even tell it was ever damaged when they finished.I would not hesitate to go back or to recommend them. Wow!!! We are novices when it comes to collision repair but Steve, the owner, made our experience a pleasurable one. He was so helpful and communicated with us every step of the way! The repair process went smoothly and seamlessly. Most importantly, the repair exceeded our expectation. No one would ever know it had been damaged. These people are very honest and we would highly recommend them. A special shout out to Beverly for her great customer service!!

I found this firm after Googling for an Acura-certified body repair shop near the Galleria, Houston. Marvin, the Estimator (and Shop Foreman) looked over the damage to my car & identified what needed to be done very quickly. His estimate seemed reasonable (what needed to be done as well as the price) so I decided to go ahead. I brought the car in next day and Excel Frame's owner, Steve, drove me to the nearby Enterprise so i could pick up a rental car. I had a call from Marvin later that day to say that the price of the parts had gone up - a whopping $4. My Acura was ready when promised the following day and the price was exactly as I had been told. I was able to leave the rental car there for Enterprise to come pick up (very convenient!). Best of all - my car looks as good as new again! I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely take my car to them again for any body work. Thank you Excel!
