This place is a joke! I dropped my Porsche here on Nov 27th and after calling for updates (I never received the call backs I was promised) I was finally able to pick up my car 6days & $4,000 dollars later. When I picked up my car there were still issues with the car and the very next day MY CAR STOPPED ON ME while driving and there was a new error message appearing on my dash. The car was now worst off then when I dropped it off. Since it was after hours, I sent an email with videos and pictures of the car as well as fluid that was now leaking from the car. When I called the next morning and talked to the service advisor Hank, he was oblivious to what was happening and said he will talk to the tech that worked on the car. Then the manager Tia (spelling?) called me asking what happened, and I pointed her to the detailed email I previously sent. To say the least, she was not helpful at all and asked that I bring the car in for them to check. I asked if they would pick up the car since it will not drive and she told me no . She had audacity to tell me that they don t know if they did anything wrong and that they will not cover the tow to get my car to their facility unless they are at fault and she does not think they are despite me explaining to her that my car NEVER stopped on my before and is now worse then when I drove It in. Still, she did not once apologize or even acknowledge the issues. She was dismissive and her tone was condescending. I am well aware that if I were to take my car back there, they would deny that they did anything wrong at all since she basically lauded to this on the phone! Tia just said you can get it here and we will try to look at it today if not it could take approx. 3 days. Again, not once did she apologize for the inconvenience nor did she even take any accountability. Instead she kept telling me about codes that I don't understand and what may be wrong with the car, that would most likely not be their fault (of course). AGAIN, MY CAR BECAME WORSE AFTER THEY WORKED ON MY VEHICLE!! I did not trust them any longer and towed the car somewhere else. The new shop confirmed that whatever European Service Center did was NOT done properly and they also did not close a part in my transmission that holds oil. So, I was driving the car for approximately 24+hrs with liquid leaking from my car, unbeknownst to me! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Don t let them fool you into thinking they are competent in servicing your car because they have proven that they are not and will not admit if the made an error nor try to rectify the error with additional costs from the customer. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

Absolutely incredible experience at European Service Center.After recently purchasing a preowned M2 and noticing braking issues, I ran around town trying to get a proper diagnosis to get the job covered under the dealer warranty. 2 claim denials due to poor diagnosis later, I stumbled on this place and in the first shot their service advisors and techs were able to communicate the problem to the warranty and get it fully covered. The whole time their staff was kind and set clear expectations. Every time they over delivered.A special shoutout to Kevin, the super talented BMW tech, who treated this car like his own. Tia, Hank John, and Brody. They took excellent care of me. They do outstanding work! The service is top tier, and they had me in and out and back to work. I will only come here for service. The dealership tries to take your money; they are fair and kind, and the service is impressive. Thank you for having these great individuals working hard to help us.

Nightmare of a shop!!!!!!! This is your sign not to come here. I paid 3k for them to fix my car and it broke down when I picked it up and drove it a few miles. They didn't want to take responsibility of the damage. I had fight for 2 days straight until they ran a diagnosis and found the issue.They changed my transmission fluids and and the car broke down because of the transmission. They tried blaming Mercedes for a malfunction however my car has never broken down or had transmission issues only when they put their hands on my car. They don't know what they are doing bad business practices and liars. I wish I never came across this shop it's ran by people who don't know what they are doing or saying. I paid a lot of money just for them to damage my car. I worked with Tia she's is unprofessional. My car is in worse conditions than what I brought in before. Highly don't recommend!!!

Very efficient and knowledgeable. My 2010 Range Rover needs special attention, and other shops don't always fix the problems. But I had a great experience there and will definitely return.

Updated 11.19.23New management is awful. Major communication issues. They didn't listen to my concerns or even write them down in their notes, apparently. Charged me for a brand new $4,000 part that didn't cause, nor fix the initial issue. Then, continued to quote me prices for things that it could be. I picked my car up and returned it a total of 6 times because every time I picked it up, the issue remained, or something else was broken. It seems as though if the computer doesn't tell them what's wrong, they don't know what to do to fix it. The last part they installed, they had to get it used because I told them I wasn't able to pay anything else after dropping 6k and the initial issue continued. When I got my car returned the final time after 2 months, I was still having issues so I checked a part I personally replaced before bringing it into the shop in the first place and they broke it while they had it at the shop, dented the metal around it, and broke a mechanism on my fuel pump so my gas guage no longer works. I will not be returning here anymore.Went in for preventative maintenance for my 2015 VW GTI with 97,000 mi., water pump and timing belt. The tech recommended I get an additional service of intake and exhaust cleaning after looking at the mileage. I okayed it. They found an issue I was unaware of and called me in to the shop to explain it and literally show me what was going on with my vehicle. They did not try to force me to have them change it in house right then, they were just making sure i knew about the non major issue. Now my car runs so much smoother and I feel confident in my vehicle for my next 100,000 miles. Shops often try to take advantage of me since i am a woman, too bad I'm a car enthusiast that can smell b.s. from a mile away. This shop is VERY professional, keeps you up to date on the progress on your vehicle, and fairly priced. I will definitely be sending business their way in the future and will stay a patron myself. I would highly recommend this shop.

1 stars because, I like the neighborhood around them but, I will NEVER take my car back to the location on Dickson St.in Houston. Yes they are a whole Joke My car still isn t fix after my warranty company and I paid over $3,000 for what the tech diagnosed my car with and I told them the issue. Now they wanna make another claim for more money when they should ve fixed and knew what was needed the 1st time. Take my advice and go somewhere else.

Have brought 2 of my vehicles here for specific needs in the past (one visit recently), and the team has always been very responsive, competitive and good pricing, and Hank was very knowledgeable in my recent visit and had the evaluation I needed done in an efficient timeframe.

Will be back. Great staff, great communication, and fair prices. Can't beat that service. Went to get my Audi checked out. They have a thorough reporting process that educates you on what they find. They don't do chargeable work without your approval first. This will be my go-to service center!

This shop really is excellent. From their customer service - both Tia and Hank were very courteous, direct, patient, and friendly. Very flexible in terms of over-night drop off, follow up calls, will communicate via text or email if preferred and made the whole experience 10/10.My car needed some expensive diesel repairs and the shop rates are very fair - labor rate, they quoted MSRP on all OEM parts and they got the job done in the within the time promised. Aside of waiting on parts to deliver, my car was diagnosed, fixed and ready to go in a very reasonable amount of time.Throughout the process, Tia kept me updated. I didn't have to wait on hold for too long and she would leave detailed voicemails in case I couldn't answer my phone.The only thing I don't love is their hours of operation - only because they match my particular work schedule. But nothing that can't be worked around - techs deserve weekends off, too!10/10Service: Exhaust

Excellent customer service. I dropped my vehicle off and had it back same day. My spare vehicle is a 1997 Range Rover and these guys knocked it out of the park with fixing a few issues. Pricing wasn't as bad as I had expected either considering its essentially a specialty shop. I no longer have to search for a good shop as I have found the best.

Excellent service done on time and within estimates. European Service Center found and fixed my oil leak along with an EVP system problem (that resulted in lower gas-mileage). Customer service with Tia and Hank was exceptional. They were communicative, informative, and kept me availed to the problems and the cost estimates. All in all 5/5 for both service and value.

Came here for an A/C recharge and they did a great job. Came back for another issue, in which they misdiagnosed the problem, for $200. They wanted to charge +$800 to replace something but mentioned that I would still have the same problem that I came in with because they couldn t properly diagnose the car due to having aftermarket wheel spacers.They wanted to charge +$300 to remove the spacers (which is ridiculous), due to the fact that all they have to do is remove the tires and pull the spacer out.They also mentioned that my air cabin filter was dirty, after having it replaced less than 4 months ago at BMW.I went to Little Shop of Motors and they diagnosed my car and fixed the problem in 4 hours.After my second experience I would not recommend this place to anyone.*UPDATE*After reading my review I received a call from the manager Tia. She apologized for the misunderstanding that her staff went through with the technicians and fully refunded my diagnostic fee! She ensured me that if I needed any maintenance, that they will cover it for me and promised to provide me a better experience next time.

good work by technicians to repair and maintain the vehicle on two occasions. unfortunately, on my last visit, the custom HRE wheel on my vehicle was scratched, and responsibility was not owned by the shop. the shop claimed that the scratch was there and showed an image of the the wheel with the scratch, once the vehicle had been driven and moved into the garage from where it was dropped off on the street. i am the only driver of this vehicle and know when something is different or when i have damaged it ( specially the wheels) i will not peruse compensation nor escalate this issue other than through this forum. the damage is minor, the repair will be inexpensive, and the incident is forgettable. I will NOT do Business w this shop again ~ this is unfortunate because elijah had been great and the work done by the techs had been solid as well. euro performance vehicles need to be handled with care. *take pics bfr dropping off*Service: Oil change

This shop is amazing! They did a super detailed pre-purchase inspection with a very thorough report, then performed repairs and maintenance so quickly! They had me back on the road well before I expected. Elijah is awesome! I have to be honest you told me I needed rear brakes. I went to NTB and they said I did not need rear brakes. You told me I had 3 mm on on my brakes. and they measured 4 1/2 to 5. You told me my battery was at 53% and I had it tested as 73%.

Tia is always polite, personable and knowledgeable. This experience was A+. I was told an estimated price, which ended up right on target and a timeframe to complete the work, which was also on target. The staff found out it was my birthday and made me feel like a personal friend.

This shop has been a one stop with our 2018 C300 Mercedes maintenance. The service and knowledge is just like a dealership but with 50% the cost. We just did service B PLUS they filled our A/C Freon and checked for leaks. It s still cheaper than just service B at dealership.You walk in and you see the caliber of cars they work with, then you know they re good!

I brought them my X5 2012 Diesel, with 200 k miles. They took the time to fix a few issues given age and mileage. This place is awesome! Even though it took a little longer than I expected to repair my car (2011 BMW 328i convertible), these guys did a great job!I m reviewing them with five stars because they found and fixed an issue with my electrical system that other places could not find. And instead of replacing everything as they went along, they took the time to find out exactly what was going on and repair just the specific issue.Elijah, the owner, called me with the good news that they found the problem. Additionally, he stated that the repair would not cost as much as he originally estimated. This is always great news!!The bottom line is, these guys know what they re doing, and they are very professional. And rest assured, if it takes a little longer than you expected, it s because they re taking their time to find out exactly what s wrong.I have not had any problems with my car since they repaired it. Additionally, they reached out to me at least two separate times to check up. Not many repair shops will do this anymore. I highly recommend these guys!Service: Electrical repair

I called European Service center after seeing all the positive reviews here on google, and Am I glad I did. I needed to have some serious work on my suspension and my transmission and also just wanted to replace quite a bit of other stuff because I felt like it for peace of mind since it s a 05 with original parts. I expected the job to take longer than it did and they got it done fairly quick and the work they performed was noticeable and my car feels amazing driving it. Thank you to Elijah and his team for there great work and thank you to the receptionist as well for all your patience with me. I will be using only this shop for my car repairs and I am very picky when it comes to my car and where I take it I also have to say that the price was very reasonable. Elijah and his team did an amazing job as usual. They clearly explained the issue with my vehicle and steps/cost to fix it. They even test drove my vehicle as I arrived to pick it up, and followed up a few days later to make sure there were no remaining issues. I have taken my vehicle here 4 or 5 times, and pricing is significantly better than the dealership. They never try to recommend more repairs than needed in order to make a quick buck. Additionally, in one instance, where my car was already at the dealership and additional services were recommended, I called Elijah for a second opinion on whether the quote was reasonable, to which he replied that it seemed fair. Him and his team truly value transparency and honesty to their customers, which feels rare in an industry where most service providers prioritize maximizing their service count and profit. I will certainly continuing to bring them my vehicle or call them first with any questions for years to come.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have a Jaguar F-Type so as you can imagine when it started sputtering out of nowhere my heart dropped $$$. I bought a new battery and it drained pretty fast. After replacing the battery and noticing it again, I took it straight to European Service Center. I just saw they had good reviews. Long story short, I sprung an oil leak that got into my alternator and ultimately caused my car to shut down. I found this out from the very knowledgeable service techs. Everything was so prompt and organized. Everyone was very responsive. By far the best car service I ve ever had it s not even close. OH AND I GOT MY CAR BACK SAME DAY! Had to leave my car overnight at the shop, and I m so glad that I did. Elijah had amazing customer service when I called the following morning. They did a detailed inspection of my vehicle, including videos and pictures. Once I gave them the okay to repair my car, they got it done in less than 24 hours, gave me a discount, and an extra bottle of oil. If you have a European car this is the place for you. They know what to look for and will definitely take care of you. Highly recommend.
