Anna and her team have been with me all the way. They have rebuilt one car and serviced another. I have been with them since 2017. I will continue to do so. Everyone "needs to find their mechanic". Allow her team to be your mechanic.

Great service. Brought my honda in because the alignment was off and my breaks were squeaking. They fixed my alignment and replaced my pads and rotors all in the same day for a good price. will be coming back for all my other car troubles in the future.

I got my alignment done here and it left my car perfect. Also fixed a camber issue that was the cause of my car pulling and wearing out my tires. Now everything works great.

Read the comments below other people have had similar experiences. They claim to have a $39.99 price for alignment my struts are new and my car only has 60,000 miles and new tires. I knew they would find something wrong and get the price higher. This is a common thing shops do. I did not mind paying up to $100 for what ever issue they suddenly find. I sure was surprised they wanted near $340 to make an alignment, because my camber needed adjusting and struts needed to be taken off for this. I know basics of mechanic I worked in a shop before. This enraged me since I know my parts are good and have no issue. Their is no need to take off struts for alignment, you cannot aligned the car with out it having the struts on. (The sales lady explained it wrong or maybe just did not know what she was talking about).I stayed calm and said no thank you, and she than offered a made up "student discount" and wanted $256 instead of the original price of $340. I was like once again no thank you. You are very kind, but just do your best job all I have is $50. I waited 45min and got my car back..... I asked to drive it before paying and Her mechanic then got angry and stormed off when I asked if I could drive the car. No point or time was I disrespectful or out of line... In other words I will stick to Sears and just pay $80-$100 for alignment.... Now I asked to try and drive the car after the alignment. They said "you have to wait 60 minutes until the mechanic gets back from lunch". I am currently waiting 45 minutes for my alignment plus 60minutes because apparently the mechanic is on his lunch. I will be waiting over 2 hours for an alignment... I do not mean to be difficult, but since my alignment has NO WARRANTY ... Meaning that when I drive off the shop warranty is gone and if the alignment is bad they won't fix it... I am camly waiting and will update after I drive my car to let you know of the alignment performed on my car....Oh their office staff are bilingual very proffesional. Also very good sells man. Clean facility and nice waiting area. Free coffee and I'm general very nice. Their mechanic was rude maybe because he misses his 1pm lunch time I understand, but he could have allowed me to test drive for 30seconds before paying for my non warranty backed up alignment. I understand being in a hot shop causes people to get annoyed with customers after all his job is to work with cars not customers.....UPDATE AFTER DRIVING.The car is perfect!!!Alignment is better and for $43 it's perfect .Are they time consuming. YesWorth it waiting 2 hours. NoWould I come again. Maybe but probably not....What this shop has to understand is that when you promote your $39.99 alignment you have to stay true to it. I drove 20min to this shop just so see if this was true and IT WAS! I am a college student and do not have much money so i rather drive to a far away shop to get a $39.99 alignment. I do not expect it to be perfect or for it to the the best, after all it's 1/2 the price of Sears. When you come back telling me my alignment will be $340 because the camber need to be adjusted this is outrages. What makes you think I will pay $340.00 for alignment, when I came in for a $39.99 alignment?

Anna is the best she helped through the whole process. She was honest about everything from parts cost to service time length. If you are in Houston go to them it is worth it.

I was directed to this shop since they were approved by my warranty company. Anna was very upfront about the process before any work was done. I appreciate the honesty.The mechanics identified a number of issues that were all covered with my policy and did really clean, solid work.Anna was great with communication through the whole process and the guys did a great job getting me back on the road. I highly recommend them for any of your auto needs.

I recently moved to the Galleria area from California.Moved here for the affordable living and a bigger space for the kids.was driving in the area when I decided to stop by a local bakery, I asked the people there if there was a good auto shop in the area , two people said the best shop in the area is European Automotive so I decided to take my car to this shop. We put brand new tires on our way to Texas by the time we got to Houston the tires had worn out we freaked out and took it to a shop near the house they said nothing was wrong with the car just needed tires and sold us 4 tires again. but it didn't make sense to us how the tires had worn out so Quickly! I explained this to the lady at European auto they checked it and said it was an alignment and camber problem.We decided to get it fixed before it would worn out the tires again. That was the end of the problem the tires we bought look good! The steering wheel is straight and no more problems with the tires and it stopped pulling.We're SO happy!Service: Steering & suspension repair

From start to finish, a terrible experience.1.) The worst communication I've ever been a part of with an organization.- I had to contact European Automotive Center every day, multiple times a day about my vehicle. The first excuse as to why nobody contacted me after they held my car for 4 days was, "the technician just stepped out to get lunch, they'll be back soon and I'll have them call you." I was never called back.-The second excuse on the next day was, "they're feeling sick, they left early. I was never called back after another promise of doing so.-The third excuse was, "family emergency." Of course, no call back.2.) Completely overpriced. They tried to charge me $110 for a computer diagnostic that I had already gotten done. I had to explain to them for 5 minutes over the phone that I already knew the problem with my vehicle and didn't need it before the woman unprofessionally lowered the price to $90. This further showed that the pricing was never legitimate to begin with. That was confirmed when I received my receipt that shows a blank spot under the section for the description of work completed. It only had the price. Also, they had no results from the computer test. They could not provide me with any proof that it had been completed. Of course, "the printer was down."3.) No timetable for when anything would be completed. It took 5 days just to do the overpriced diagnostic that told me nothing.4.) The worst thing is when I went to pick my vehicle up (today) the hood wasn't completely closed. I opened it to close it and saw the picture below. The tube for my windshield wiper fluid is completely disconnected and there is smoke coming from my engine. I asked who worked on my vehicle and why it was like this and the receptionist immediately told me that nobody did any under-the-hood work. Once i explained how that is impossible, seeing as how the hood was open and the tube is now BROKEN, he checked with the technician and came back with a different answer; "The hood was opened, but no engine work was authorized." Then why did you open my hood?Overall a terrible business that has no idea what they're doing or how to deal with customers. A horrible waste of time that left my car in worse condition than when it was dropped off. It is unbelievable that this place is still in business. If anybody has mechanical knowledge of how their vehicle works, like myself, uses this establish you will not only be greatly disappointed, you will leave enraged at the gall of this shady organization to call itself a business. Zero star rating. I'll be taking my dispute much further than Google reviews and am pursuing legal action to shut this place down.

I was highly recommended to this shop by a co worker . My husband's Mercedes Suv was wearing out the tires every few months ,and we couldn't understand what was going! However We visited the shop because the car was loosing power. A mechanic had already looked at the car and was going to charge my husband more than this shop.We are glad we made the decision to fix it at this place . We felt comfortable when we found out they been in business for over 40 years. The price was very affordable for a European car, we drooped off the Mercedes for a few days . while they were working on the car we found out they also work on all other cars and they do laser Alignments also, my husband was very impressed with their Alignment machine . so we decided to fix our Toyota sienna at the same time.The Sienna had a very bad noise . I was so glad they found the noise. The Mercedes had an Alignment and what they called Camber problem and that's why it kept messing up the tires .We were So happy to find a complete shop to fix all these problems. I needed a good alignment place since I had two alignments done at Brake Check and my car kept pulling and the tires kept being worn on the shoulders after new tires and two alignments! I asked a friend and he highly recommended European Automotive. I went there and they took their time to check. They really cared to listen to my problem. Turned out I needed what they call camber adjustment bolt to correct my tires that were inward and not straight! The new alignment, a tie rod and camber adjustment bolt fixed the problem that I had for over 3 years. I spent so much money at other places doing alignment and buying tires over and over. I am so glad to find a place that really knows what they are doing. Now I take my car for regular maintenance too and they recently worked on my husband truck as well. Great place!!

Great experience. Great service from Anna and marco and staff. Anna kept me up to date on car. The whole staff was kind and highly knowledgeable of foreign cars. Prices reasonable. They washed my car upon completion of repairs. Car runs great. I will be returning to them as needed in the future

Took my Ford F 250 to these guys because I had gotten into a fender bender and needed it repaired. Since I have a large deductible, I was going to have to come out of pocket on this repair. I am happy to report that these guys totally worked with me and gave me a great price and to top it off the workmanship was first class. I would definitely use them again to handle any kind of paint & body work.

I been coming here for over 16 years. I had a Mercedes and had been taking it to the dealership but it was not fixed correctly. A friend recommend me to European Automotive Center and I was very pleased with how they serviced my car. Price was great, service was excellent that ever since then I have brought all my cars here. I would defiantly recommend to bring your car here.

$39.99 ALIGNMENT SCAM ALERTI fell for their scam few years ago when I took my Hyndai for alignment and the camber was a problem; they gave me a $700 bill and I left after paying for the alignment(which they dont do as soon as you reject their rip off offer). Since they already said there will be no warranty, they dont have to do it. They only have to park your car behind their shop for 30 mins to earn free money. I went back this year again with a new Honda(50k mile) for first time routine alignment. As soon as they called me to the back, it clicked that it was the same company that ripped me off few years back but by then it was too late. The repeated the same problem with my Hyundai on the Honda, I wanted to tell them to their face that they are crooks but decided that $40 aint worth my time. I regretted being suckered for the 2nd time but I've told few people who saw their ad to stay away. One actually promised that he will go there for the purpose of making trouble and I told him to ignore them. They will see their match someday because you cant scam people forever.I don't pity the lady who does the explaining(she wasn't there on my previous visit) because she knew what she is doing and is happy to oblige but I do pity the big kid who collects the proceeds from their scam because he is very young and they are training him badly.

I was scheduled for a regular oil-change and I just wanted to congratulate European Auto Center for doing such a great job. I like to see good customer service and a job done professionally and on time. I came here before and l keep coming every time my car needs work because this shop offers the best services for the best prices. Keep up the good work!

I brought my honda civic here for alignment since my tires kept messing up on the road and wasting away from the sides and the people there were beyond helpful. I honestly don't know much about cars but they let me know exactly what work was going to be done and how much time it would take for the job to get done, the lady at the shop helped me understand the procedure and answered all of my questions and gave me explanations on why they do what they do on my car. The workers are also very helpful since I dont know much about cars they explained it to me in lamens terms, the place itself is very clean and the staff is communicative and helpful. Now this is the perfect place for all my car needs after going through other mechanic shops that take way too long and don't offer any type of advice or explanation on your car. I will definitely be coming back here whenever I have car troubles.

I took my car to the dealer and was told that my car needed front and rear brakes. So, for a second opinion I went to European on the recommendation of a friend. I found that I did not need the rear brakes as they were working perfectly. It is so affirming to know that there are people who are honest and not trying to take advantage of others.

I am really happy and pleased with how Anna communicated with me, she is simply an amazing girl really.I was having an issue with my 2009 Audi TT 3.2, I shipped wrong part after I sourced it from outside but they were patient with me and did not charge me an extra money despite the car was sitting in the lifter for almost 2 extra weeks and after I finally sourced the right part then changed it professionallyHIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Alignment scam! They wanted an extra $120 on top of the "$39 special" to adjust my cambers, a service included in all other alignment services. I refused to be charged so much to have a simple nut and bolt turned so they refused my warranty. THEN I asked for a print out of the before and after alignment specs... suprise suprise they couldn't give me one.

They are ROBBERS. They advertised tirelessly on Craiglist that Alignment is $39.99 I took my car there, they said alignment cannot be done cuz camber bolts need to be replaced and asked for $115 for that. I had to pay $20 for checkup fee!! I went to my mechanic and replaced new cam bolts for $60 (Parts+service). I came again to ask for alignment this time he said since you put the bolts so we again need adjustment and it will cost another $132...F#$%^g Dacoits.

I only have two words to describe this shop: Total Professionalism. I have taken my car to this shop several times, from changing the oil to repairs. They guarantee their work and their service is quick. If the work needed is something complicated, the owner of the shop calls you direct and explains to you in layman s terms what the situation is and what needs to be done. I am completely satisfied with the work at this shop, and I always recommend it to friends and family without any hesitation. I am a person that loves honesty, and I am sure that you reading this review love it as well. I finally found a place with excellent service for my car, and that place is European Automotive Center.Paulene Camargo

I came here yesterday and it was a good price they having a promotion for 39.99 for alignment I got lucky enough to find out soon. Juan was very nice and professional . I got off at 5 and they close at 6 he was kind to let me get my car in. Good place nice, job.

I highly recommend this auto repair center! They helped me several days ago with my car. It was not a big deal, although I was a bit scared at first because I didn� know what to believe about the strange noises my car was making. Anyway, I wanted to say I am impressed with how professionally and nicely they treated the whole deal. Thank you European Automotive Center!

They didn't do the work, they let you know it was needed. Seems that is an indication of integrity. How would you like it if you went to the doctor and he didn't tell you what was wrong with you? With cars, getting things repaired when there is a problem usually saves having worse more expensive problems and worst of all, a lot of things could cause safety problems for you and your family.I doubt if giving advice is how they make their money.

Bad service, so I took my truck so they can fix the A/C and the board. intead of doing a clean neat work they just did a crapy job. Waited 6 months for the parts to come in. I told them not to start the work if they didn't have the board because there's no way It can go back since its all broke. At the end I leave the truck with them, because they said they had all the parts, at the end they LIE, they didn't have the top board, so now what they did they stick the pices with Glues -.- which is not right.

They say they have "$39.99" alignment but once you give them your car they will tell you all this "problems" and charge you $200-300. And if you didn't want the service they still charge you a checkup charge. That's how they make money.
