Sam is very unprofessional, hateful, and rude. After over 10 years I've been a loyal customer. After a disagreement with Sam due to shady dealings I began dealing only with Carlos. I towed my vehicle to Carlos over 2 months ago thinking he would take care of it. Not only did they brush me off every time I called and never returned my calls but today after two months of no communication I was told my motor would cost $3500 for labor not including cost for the motor. The issue is not the cost as I understand this is a Range Rover; but the lack of communication for over two months to tell me this. When I communicated the mistreatment I received the last couple months to Carlos his response was for me to pick my vehicle up. Not only did I incur expenses to tow my vehicle from one state to Houston (over 200 miles) because I thought I could trust Carlos, but realized I was being retaliated against by Sam so now I have added cost to tow my vehicle home. My time and money has been wasted because I thought I could trust this mechanic. .

They do some of the best alignment work in town. Sam and Oscar are very professional and courteuos.Did an excellent job on my customers 1949 Husdon Commodore Convertible.Replacing engine and transmission seals.Services: Transmission, Engine repair

Fantastic service, extremely knowledgeable staff. Bobby is the best there is in alignments. I drove from Austin to have him fix my Jeep. Went to two places before, and they couldn't figure it out. Bobby spent the time on it and got it fixed. Thanks so much.

Sam, shop foreman, and Oscar, office, are great. From the 3 services I have had over the last couple of months for both my vehicle, F150, and my wife's Ford Escape we have had a great experience. Sam was able to find an issue out with my suspension issue that 2 other shops could not find. Prices are right inline with other good shops I have been to. I highly recommend them.

Great place for Euro cars. I had an issue with my B9 SQ5. Apparently they came aligned weird from the factory. No uneven tire wear, but offset steering wheel. Adjusted the toe to zero (factory default is toe out).Sam was exceptionally patient and understanding. Didn't oversell anything. Took care of exactly what I wanted. And advised me to come back when I got new tires to get the rear alignment checked (camber only).

As a mechanically incapable car enthusiast with keen interest in car maintenance, I happily recommend Carlos' team. In the 2 years I was in Houston, they looked after my '98 Mercedes C280 Sport to an excellent mechanical standard it drove like a dream when I finally had to sell it. The Benz never broke down on me once, and even if it did, I had full confidence that they will be able to fix it right the first time, at a reasonable cost. I wish there are trustworthy experts like this where I live now in Sydney, Australia.

Came here for an alignment because of a decent quote and close location and good reviews on Google. I was told it would be around an hour. After two hours of waiting and two false time quotes I decided to leave. There were no customers ahead of me and only one person that does alignment. They seemed nice and knowledgeable but I would advise not to come here unless you can drop off the car.

Boby was cool and helpful he explained everything in the best way so I could understand what he was doing to adjust the suspension, my car is lowered on coilovers and they still charged me only $75 instead of the inflation you'll see in other shops like $100+, highly recommend this place.

Straight and honest service! I had a slight pull to the right and the dealership was asking $300 for the alignment, so before dishing out the money I called around and received quotes ranging from $75 to $300. I chose Euro Wheel Alignment because they quoted around $80 and they had a good rating online. I went in expecting to pay $80 but was willing to pay the $300 if needed. Bobby looked at it, flipped the two front tires and made some tweaks. He came into the waiting room and sat next to me and explained the complexity of alignments on Mercedes Benz and that he did what he could without having to do a "Full Mercedes Alignment" that would in fact cost $300. He then said I could drive it and if I still wanted the full alignment to set up an appointment and bring it back. The alignment if near perfect, if not perfect. To top off the great service, there wasn't a fee for the work he did, just a firm handshake and an opportunity for future business.

Bobby set me up with an excellent alignment that was well beyond anything the run-of-the-mill tire shops in town could manage. If you have aftermarket suspension and tires and you need slightly more camber than "what the manufacturer recommends" then this is a place you can go.

Took my lowered '13 Audi S5 in for an alignment check, as the car pulled slightly to the right. Bobby, the alignment tech, listened to my description of the issue and took the car for a short drive for first hand understanding. The machine showed that the alignment was spot on, so Bobby suggested swapping the front tires around. That cured the issue - no more pulling. Bobby suggested $20 for a fee and I was on my way. It would have been easy for any shop to have claimed alignment was needed and charge me for the service. Kudos to Bobby and Euro Wheel for outstanding ethics, knowledge and service.

In 2005 I was at the Mecedes Benz dealership getting some work done on my prescious 2003 vehicle. I met an older guy who told me that if I have any more problems I should go to his mechanic, Carlos. I've been a faithful and loyal customer of Euro Wheel every since. I started with Carlos, now I generally talk to Sam. Love their honesty. And yes, thanks to them its 2015, but my 2003 vehicle is still running smoothly!

My last trip did not resolve the gradual overheat problem that was introduced when the mechanics opened the antifreeze cooling system in reference to an alternator replacementit was cooling okay up to that point?So I have to return and get them to diagnose a tissue or flush the air out of the system by the wayI hope my return trip there will resolve this problem on Tuesday

Great shop, fixed a very bad alignment that was all red readings to perfect all green readings that brake check did. They also do about everything a vehicle needs so its a one stop shop.

Professional Scam Artists!!! *BEWARE* these guys appear to be very honest and sincere but in reality they are not. the older white gentleman there is a very nice guy but he will break your vehicle and charge you more money. I went there for a simple $75 wheel alignment and my car drove fine before then except for a slight pull to the right. the older white man brought me to the back of the shop and showed me that I had a bad tire rod. he said I cannot drive on it and had to have it replaced right away. after they charge me 230 dollars to replace the rod they said that my CV boots were going bad on the car. needless to say I have never had a problem with CV boots or tire rods so I only fixed the tire rod after he broke it. I paid to have my car fix it drives even worse! I have been back several times and they continue to charge me money and guess what the problem might be. now my CV boots are completely bad. this all happen within 1 week!!! I have been driving my car for the year with no problems. all of the sudden it is having so many issues with my tires and alignment. my car drives Horrible and I feel like I wasted a bunch of money for nothing. I have decided to cut my losses and take my car to someone I can trust. beware of the guys cuz they will break things on your vehicle so that it only works for a short amount of time so you can keep bringing it back and charge you more money!

Went to Euro Wheel Alignment on 10/09/2017 at 11:00am and was informed by someone named Sam I believe they only work by appointment and that the tech has not arrived yet. He wrote my name and number down and 24hrs later still no phone call. Very poor customer service.

I used to live in Channelview tx and I drove to his shop to fix my cars. Even if it was far, the confidence of knowing it will be done right and fair, makes it worth the drive. Would never go anywhere else. Now I live close by and continue to go here.

Bobby was great. They checked if my car needs allignment or not, they said no! If they said yes, I would be totally down and pay. Trustworthy establishment!

Actually I went there and they did alignment lomg time ago and the guy who took my car said "we did fix it yet because you have to set up an appointment" but everything was wonderful and he did it for free. Highly recommended
