They installed Smart Film on my windows. This was a game changer as I do not like draperies or shades. I wanted privacy with a nice clean look, and that is what i received . Great Job! I would highly recommend them for your next project

I contacted Etch Houston with an expedited request to have 10 glasses etched with two monograms and a date. I was amazed at how helpful they were. I dropped the glasses off at 4:00 pm on a Friday. I had a proof in my email within an hour. The glasses were ready to be picked up by 12:00 on Monday. The work was exceptional. I highly recommend Etch Houston for their responsive customer service and quality workmanship. They are proud of their work, as they should be!

Great Architectural Artisans!.I was able to find more than what I had in mind for my business, I wanted to get some signs for my business and found out that there are more stuff that I could get to make my business more interesting like prints on glass, it makes our office looks super.

Etch Houston has some of the greatest customer service experience in the industry.Always prompt and responsive.They create some of the coolest marketing tools out there from sign design, window film, etching of glass and other surfaces, even vinyl wraps and auto darkening film.A great company to work with and comes highly recommended.

I was happy with the product that was provided for a small site. The cost seemed high but not unreasonable, in the middle of COVID while costs were high. I then requested a quote for a much larger order and received a cost much higher per unit. I was able to contact the original manufacturer and get a quote from a second vendor which ended up being 1/3 the cost per unit. Upon further investigation I found that Etch Houston was ordering through an intermediary and reselling at a considerable markup. After speaking to the manufacturer they were not an authorized dealer and misrepresenting themselves as such. I cannot endorse a company that uses misleading tactics and overpriced services. Sometimes you get less than you pay for.

This company is an excellent option if you need etching. They are great at what they do and the service is top notch. I have been using them for years and would highly recommend these folks.

I have used Etch Houston for everything from ethched glass, to plexi glass shields (Covid) to cabinetry and specialty millwork. Their craftsmanship is phenamenal and their attention to detail goes way beyond industry standards. If you have something standard to have done all the way to the most unique , I heighly recommend using Etch Houston.

Worse experience ever! Very sloppy work done. The owner has a horrible attitude and has no professionalism. I would never recommend this unqualified bootleg company. Save yourself the drive and headache and find a professional company who can give you quality work and service. I would rate them a -10 stars if there was an option.

Driving on 59 this person almost demolished the passenger side of my vehicle. I called to complain and realized it was the driver. He told me to go to Hell! Although he came from behind me to cut me off. This is why we have so many accidents in Houston. I would never do business with someone so unprofessional.

I called to get a quote on getting Mirrors sandblasted. I was given one quote over the phone but when I went to go pick up my product I was given another price. Not only that I was also given a ETA to pick up by Friday but was not ready until Tuesday. I called the company and asked why and instead a man named Ronald didn't let me speak to him and hanged up on my phone call. Very unprofessional company!!

I agree with Vikki. Completely unprofessional and rude. Was quoted one price over the phone and showed up at the shop only to be told the price would be double. Unrealistic - search for a better service company.

I'm not sure about their work because i can't get past the rude unprofessional attitude of the owner. If you want to be treated nicely and like they want your business, I wouldn't go here.
