Long story short, my 1997 Honda Prelude engine(H22a1) piston slapped and died. I bought an accord JDM engine to swap it in. After the swap, the clutch went limb because of a leak and the car made all sort of weird noises and drive very bad. I was really devastated because it took me 2 weeks to do the swap myself and now all that work was going to be for nothing.I knew at this point I needed professional help. I called 5 well known, well reviewed Honda Mechanic shop in Houston from Yelp and NONE OF THEM want to work on my car because of the engine swap. Saying they won't touch anything that has been modified.I was about to give up and sell the Prelude for scrap. Fortunately, I decided to make one last call, and it was to Erfinden Industries. Alekos (owner of Erfinden Industries) was gladly eager to take on the job.He took the car in. Found out my problem with the rough idle. Fixed the clutch line. Fixed oil pan gasket. Fixed my knock sensor...literally everything I did wrong with my engine swap...and even install power steering for my car.And now, it drives amazing. I was super happy and shock. It's quite ridiculous how happy you can be when your beaten down car just drive excellent all of the sudden, and all those negative thoughts you had about your car disappear. I can't just describe it.The best part is, he didn't even charged me an arm and a leg for it. It was very fair. I highly recommend him.

Erfinden Industries is the type of business that you can rest assured in, that your vehicle will be returned to you in brand new condition in comparison to the condition it was in when you dropped it off. I ve had countless experiences with Alekos & the team at Erfinden Industries that confirm this relating to my 1986 BMW 325es M50 swapped e30 (Erfinden Industries build), 1989 BMW 535i e34, 1990 Mercedes 190e and my former 2009 BMW 335i. Whatever the plan is or what work needs to be done, they ve always worked with me on the delivery of my vehicles from Dallas to their shop and even in an emergency situation, Alekos actually traveled all the way to Dallas during the Christmas Holiday to work on my car out in 25 degree weather to save me! Erfinden Industries is meticulous in the services they offer and the work they do which further confirms the value behind their name as evidence of the great pride they place in the quality of their work. These reasons, among many others as it relates to the exceptional customer service and quality of work provided, are why I travel 4 hours one-way to have my vehicles modified/serviced/engine swapped/turbocharged/etc by Erfinden Industries! I have an e30 swapped with a m52b28. I've had this car for two years, it spent more time at other shops trying to get it fixed. This shop was able to find the problem and fix the issue. Was done at a great price. Just wish they had a shop here in Dallas. haha
