Best automotive mechanic repair shop in the spring branch/old spring branch area. Friendly staff! The owner, Bertin is very knowledgeable, friendly and does top notch work at extremely reasonable prices. Will work with your budget without sacrificing integrity, commitment and quality.

Bertin was very very honest with price and everything else. Very well skilled and knowledgeable. Also, great communication and customer service. Wife at the waiting office was very welcoming and nice. Felt like family was taking care of me!! I m about to leave Houston so I hope I can find someone as good as them in CO!!

Very fare and honest owner! He helped me out of a bind twice recently with my cylinder coil repair on my car. Separate issues. He was even kind enough to fix my car at the end of the day phone call from me which got me on the road with peace of mind within an hour. I have other needed car repairs which I will be having done at ERA Automotive. Have also recommended this place to my daughters. Happy and grateful customer! Great prices and great customer service. I have taken both of my vehicles to this shop and both issues were resolved in a timely manner and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I can't complain no matter how hard I try!this guy was honest and straightforward the whole time. he took care of the main job as well as any unexpected hiccup that came up and wouldn't even charge me more.he stayed much later than they usually do just to get my car done on time as I explained to him that I was in a real time crunch! definitely recommend and will never be going to anyone else.

Bertin is a reasonable mechanic who works with customers to give them great service at a good price. He will make sure your car is safe to drive and also not nickel and dime you for everything. Went for an oil change and to check out I'd this could potentially be my new mechanic. He was very communicative. Gave me a good rate so far so good. Made an appointment to check out other issues. So far so good. 4 stars cause this was a "check out visit" will upgrade or downgrade after more visits. I have an older car, there will be more.But so far, this place seems deserving of the 4.9 stars

Bertin gave above and beyond service and after service too. He made sure my electrical problem is solved within a couple of hours. Moreover, when I came back for a minor issue, he solved right on the spot.Professional, spotless and friendly shop.ERA is definitely my new friend from now on!

I found out that my alternator was busted and was recommend by an autozone employee to come here. Bertil checked to make sure it was and said it was, gave me an estimate for labor and parts and how long it was going to take. He instructed me on which part to pick up and autozone. He told me it would take 3 hours but took him 1.5 hours. He was very helpful and I feel he didn t try to scam me out since I m a woman/student trying to get my car fixed. Will take him to any future car issues from now on

I wanted to give a huge shout out to this place! I was at a job site for work and realized my tire was leaking air fast and was about to go flat. I wasn't sure what to do and found this repair shop near by. The owner closed up his shop and came out to where my car was and swapped my flat tire for the spare. I couldn't ask for better service. I barely waited from when I called him to when they arrived. They were true gentlemen for a lady in distress. Thank you so much for getting me back home safely. I have taken my cars to Steve for approximately 12 years. He does great work, at a reasonable price, and does not do any "extra" work we have not agreed to do. I trust him to give me expert service and advice on my cars. He is like a family friend now. I drive about 23 miles out of my way to go to his shop because he has gained my trust and confidence.

In town for high school state water polo champs, and radiator develops hole and car overheating. This is in the afternoon on a Saturday. Toyota dealership nearby tell us they wouldn't look at it until Monday because we didn't call before noon. ERA gets right on it and completed the work in a couple of hours. Got to make my son's final high school game in a fixed car. So grateful!

Went to Steve for a tune up.He did not do anything.Except tell me it was crap in my air intake.Just charged me for my oil change.Most others probably would have charged for a tune up.My car works so much better.My sister goes there now too,he is so fair in price and does GREAT work.

This shop is one of the best place you can take your vehicle. They have great customer service very professional. Finding a good mechanic is like trying to find a good barber. Steve was a great find for a mechanic. Very personable and knowledgeable about his field. I would highly recommend him to anyone.Great person to just talk to also.
