Bad customer service, the employees has no respect for the customers. Over charges women, tried to charge my wife $400 to a oil change and front brakes on a hyundai elantra. Help fine that man a good lawyer to sue the shop owner. It's better cause it was the shop owner and not a employee that they can fire and move on.

Owner has been arrested. After attempting to KILL one of his customers over petty nonsense. Everything about this shop is sketch. To top it off, the owner has no respect for race as he sees it okay to pistol whip someone and repeatedly call them a N-word. Can't wait to see the doors shut down for good.

A family member of mine recently undertook a routine inspection test, a seemingly straightforward task. Regrettably, an error occurred wherein an incorrect Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) was recorded on the documentation provided. While it is evident that we should have exercised due diligence in verifying this information initially, we did not. Upon notifying the relevant party to rectify the error, we were informed that a duplicate fee would be required, despite the error originating from their end. Though the sum in question amounts to a nominal $25, the underlying concern pertains more to the principle at stake. A conscientious business, prioritizing customer satisfaction, would endeavor to promptly address and remedy such discrepancies. Additionally, it is pertinent to note the potential legal implications associated with the ongoing litigation against them.

This business was just shown on Houston Fox 26 News! The owner is accused of asking a customer to pay more than his insurance would. When the customer refused the owner baited him into walking around the desk to get his keys and then the owner pulled a gun on him! called him a derogatory racial slur and then as the customer was walking away the owner of this business is accused of pistol whipping the customer. this was all verified on the security camera tapes of the business itself. charges are to be filed against this owner by the Harris County District Attorney's office.

Horrible racist shop that are scammers and give bad aervice. Will take your money and try to rob you all in the same day. Make sure you carry doing business with this company. I'll trust DJ envy with my money before I trust this shop.

This place has ALWAYS been a scam, and now recently a hate crime. Hope the brutha ends up getting most of them fired and owning the shop....until then AVOID. GET YOUR CAR TOWED ELSEWHERE.

I took two cars to this shop the same day and it was a disaster. My car had electrical issue and he said he fixed it, but my car stopped with the same issue in less than a month. When I called him, he was rude because he doesn t want yo take the responsibility. I took it to another shop and it is running perfectly. My wife s car had an oil leak and he said he fixed it. I took it back to his shop because I didn t want to pay another shop for the same issue again. He was so rude again because he didn t want to take ownership. I left my car with him for 2 hours and he said the issue was fixed. He charged me for the oil, and some materials because he had to drain the oil. It started leaking more than ever and I gave up with him. I m about to take my car to another shop.Learn from me please stay away from this shop. I actually paid him to destroy my cars.Service: General repairs & maintenance

DO NOT TRUST THIS MECHANIC. I WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING!!!!He had my car for months, would never give updates, would promise a certain date and would go past the day with no answer or reasoning. I had to take my car back to his 4 times!!!! He promised was fixed only to TRY to drive home & the car break down. Got my car back on July 2nd tried to drive downtown to watch the fireworks with my children to be STRANDED on side of 59 because of the overheating issue that was "fixed" to find the serpentine belt SHREDDED!!!! Throw money at this man each time he swore it was covered in his original quote for repairs! DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF HIS MOUTH, he tried to tell me I had a VANOS system ... IN A CHEVY CRUZE. That is only in a BMW. Would just tell me things to shut me up, because I'm sure I'm a woman he thinks I'm dumb. Please save yourself the hassle, money wasted, and headache.

These guys just open the shop, they don t know how to talk with the customer, how to run business, not leaving a review about their job bcz they ate unexperienced guys,I brought the oil and the filter first they said we will but change then they came again said we will change but we are gonna charge 25$ i said ok, then the put is up the vehicle on the jack and start opening the oil nut and said you need to reset the lights, this is the first time that some one is telling me to reset the light after oil change, I said ok reset they said we will charge you 25$ more and for total just for the oil change 45$This is really ridiculous

A close friend of mine has trusted Enzos on multiple occasions. Last December he had me take my vehicle in to get my brakes done. Maybe less than a week after I took my car back because of a noise that continued to come from my brakes. I was told that it could be due to weather. Then he told me a few weeks later that they brakes were loosening up. Now we are here In August and I take my car to a break specialist for them to tell me that I have 10% worth of back brake pads left! $400 for nothing.They also held my friends car hostage for 2 weeks claiming they were working on the problem, yet as soon as we pulled off the lot his car cut off less than a mile down Richmond.This place has no integrity, they are very dishonest and care 0% about others well being, time nor money. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Months ago I had a car accident that damaged pretty badly the driver front side of the care. I took the car to Enzo car care. He gave me an estimate of $1,800 in 4 days of work. After two months the car is not even working properly nor has all its parts and he charged me $2000. Kept telling me next week is ready over and over until I went to pick it up. Don t waste your precious time, money and patience with Enzo.Services: Painting, Auto detailing

Absolutely fabulous work in a timely manner and for a great price. Most honest mechanic . I've been dealing with Enzo car care for over a year and a half now. I have them work and repair on two of my Mercedes automobiles and two of my Toyota automobiles. Outstanding workmanship fair price and always honest. Highly recommend.. specializes in German cars

*BAIT AND SWITCH! BEWARE!Cant even believe the experience I just had! Took my car here for an emergency repair and let the owner know I was on a very limited budget and that worst-case I could rent a car until I could afford the repair if it was out of budget. He reassured me it was an easy fix and presented a reasonable quote (which I had paid for in cash up-front) then proceeded to take my keys with a smile. After not returning calls and text messages for several days, I finally take off of work to come see the car in person. He then doubles the price and asks me to pay again to pick up the vehicle. He never mentioned any additional work ever! Obviously I refuse to pay it. Then he claims as a repair shop he can take the possession of the vehicle on a lein and during that time reverse any work he has done and charge me an "advanced diagnostic" fee. He callously mentions that I was welcome to "grab a lawyer and try small claims court" to get the car if I didn't feel like paying. It was a total shake-down, which I had to pay for and he knew it. But wait, it gets worse! The following day, the car breaks down, over heating and ripping the engine timing belt to shreds. My only option is a small claims court again and affording an attorney. Given my circumstance, you can see how this went down. This is the kind of cutthroat experience I've had herr. At the least I can write this review and hopefully prevent another robbery of a "car care" service from these manipulative goons.

Mazen is such a helpful person, he is willing to spend all his time to help you get the cheapest price. I got all my family's cars fixed with him. Don't hesitate walk in and be assured your car is in good hands. Tip if you want your car faster just go earlier.

WARNING! This place scams! The owner of the establishment has held our car hostage and forced us to pay an inflated bill which we had to then take to small claims court! He began with charging us $600 for a job we were quoted $1000 for and said our previous mechanic didn't know what he was doing. He then made repairs (including replacing a Vanos which does not exist in a Chevy Cruze) and dodged our calls for 4-5 days at a time, forcing us to appear in person for answers. Twice after making repairs we had to tow the car back to him as his repairs did not hold (he refused to test drive). Finally, after the car was 'ready' for pick up, he changed the bill to $1200 without any paper work suggesting that number or ever even mentioning an increased bill. He always reassured us with 'warranty on his work' and an apology. When the car was ready, he quickly changed to a menacing character and said if we refused to pay, the car would be at his mercy to tamper with while we made our claim in court. He mentioned this was not new territory for him, but also mentioned we didnt have a choice but to fork over the money. We called police and ended up having to pay the shake-down and are currently fighting for it. NEVER TRUST THIS ENZO. HE IS MALICIOUS, DEVIOUS, AND WILL LOOK LIKE YOUR FRIEND BEFORE SCREWING YOU OUT OF MONEY. HE ALSO DID ANOTHER JOB FOR ME THAT COST $250 ON A REMOTE KEY THAT WAS COMPLETELY DEFUNCTIONAL AND HAD TO BE REMOVED. THIS GUY IS BAD PEOPLE!!!

Not an honest person, will say car is fixed and have it rigged only to break down while driving down the road, will take advantage of you and rip you off not producing any sort of paper trail or records and receipts of said work! Also does not guarantee and warranty work like he says either.Bad service , bad work, bad people!Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY!!

I ve come to this place a couple times and every time the guys there do a decent job.. I ve seem a couple bad reviews but I think that depends on everybody needs So far for my Corolla it s doing great.
