Bought a truck from them haven't had it a week. Now I am sitting on the side of the road waiting on a tow truck. They will repeat themselves saying everything that leaves that shop is top notch. The funny thing is that can't even keep up with the factory screws that they take put of the interior. Will replace them with whatever Phillips headed screw that they can find. Then when working on the motor they can't even mount stuff back. The ecm was just flooding around under the hood, and to find screws to bolt the intake down, and had to tighten up the bolts on the inner fender. Last but I am sure not least, and to bend a bracket, to keep the air filter from banging off the inner fender to stop a rattle that we was told was the train horns. Stay away from this place if you can help it. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating but you got to give them something.

RUN!!!!! If there was negative stars they would be the one to recieve them!!! Bought a truck from a guy that is apperantlfriends with the people that work there and worked on this truck. Multiple factory screws were missing and replaced with just whatever they had. Head lights only worked on the auto setting. What was said to be the train horn loose was actually the intake hitting the inside fender. Not to mention the wheel falling off the truck driving down the road because all the studs broke off of it. Had to fix Multiple issues and still not done. I think all they do down there all day is smoke weed. They definitely don't have "top notch" rides.... more like ghetto rigged rides.

Work van needed a fresh cost of paint. Visham gave me a deal on the paint wheels , tires , automatic locks and windows, will be bringing my other work vans for maintenance and tires thank you Visham

I got into a fender bender at Krogers. Visham was able to take my vehicle in and fix my fender, I needed brakes and tires , turns out this is my one stop shop. I m very pleased with everything they have done

Empire is an amazing business, I can't say enough about the customer service. I've been wanting a set of rims and needing tires. The owner Vishan knew I was stuck at my house. They picked up the car, and brought it back with the new set, looking awesome, and at a great value. They have my business for life.Thanks again!

Wish I could give this place ZERO stars .I paid for a radio for a new radio and they gave me used radio. PLEASE stay away from this place.The radio guy is a no show and they could not resolve my issue. Any music work stay away they reuse stereo equipment and charge you regularl price. Please do not go here its rip off ........The owner you need to contact me to resolve this issue...I will keep you up dated when that happens.But for right now buyer beware... Stay away s Rip off place they are a money grab place better places to do the job at a cheaper price.... Stay away they recycle old parts as new ones do t spend your money here

Had swangs put on my car. Even after mentioning the vibration at the wheel they assured me they were on correctly. Thirty miles down the road my wheel flew off on I 10. They also did the repairs and did the bare minimum to look presentable. Recently had to replace all the suspension parts that were supposed to have been repaired. They also put the damaged wheel and tire back on. They pocketed the 5 grand my insurance paid them (I guess when you get work done here is at your own risk) and only fixed what was immediately noticable. Not sure how they got such great reviews.Garbage.

I telephone late on Friday to see about having repairs done on Saturday. I described the problem, then person with whom I spoke seemed to understand the issue perfectly -- said to bring the car in first thing Saturday morning. They'd get right on it. When I arrived the only person there didn't know anything about car repairs, but he promised me "We'll take great care of your car. You'll be happy." I called after three hours. We haven't been able to get to your car yet. I'll have someone look at it within 90 minutes. Another three hours, I called again. "I don't know what's going on with your car. I'll find out and call you right back." 30 minutes later and no one answers the phone. I borrowed my mother's car to go back to Empire to get my car back. My car hadn't been touched. Two promises broken - "we'll get to your car 1st thing in the morning"; "We'll take great care of your car. You'll be happy". Never again.

Great place to do business with. Owners are willing to work with you and offer you different options. I always feel that they go that extra mile for their customers. Been doing business with Empire for years and they have become a permanent staple for the community on Stuebner Airline. Thank you to the crew at Empire Autosports.

If I had a bicycle I wouldn't take it to this place!!!! Brought my truck to this place to have my 28s put on, so I decided to drop it off and come back later to pick it up. Didn't have any problems until I decided to put my factor wheels back on and my tire pressure warning light wouldn't go off. Didnt think nothing of it just thought maybe one of the tires needed air. So I went and bought new tires for the factor wheels the guy putting the tires on ask me if my tire pressure light was on in my truck, I said yes. So after he took all of the tires off he said the reason my light was on is because all 4 of my tire sensors were missing. Dont understand how you can run a business like that. But 5 stars LMAO!!!! I can't see it didn't want to give them 1!!!!!

I brought my brothers truck here to get a used tire since he had been driving around on a spare. I was charged for a crappy used tire which was fine because I agreed to it and he really needed it. To make a long story short. The brakes were replaced in the process of the tire change and these scammers are trying to tell me that the brakes were bad. His brakes were just replaced two weeks ago!!!! BULLCRAP! They're building an "Empire" by ripping people off. Don't do business with these guys.

i give it 5 stars, not only did they gain a customer but also a new family member cause thats how they treat you, they treated me very well since i started doing business with them, i take all my car needs to them

Lol at the ppl who gave this place five stars. I know all of your roles at this location! LMFAO.. Yall are pathetic for having to do this on your OWN business and EVEN MORE embarrassing to put your name out there on Google so ppl recognize you. (Update I see one of you was smart enough to take ur name off and change it to "A GOOGLE USER" LOL!) Genius! Maybe u should try changing ur name on google BEFORE rating the place lol anyway this place jiff's you for your money.. well actually they give you a very cheap price on work but the work afterwards WILL SHOW WHY IT WAS SO CHEAP! DO NOT trust this place for any work my car alarm was put in any kind of way, the beat in my car was hooked to the battery, NOT the amp, the body work is not good because my car shows where they tried to sand down or repair the dents and it wasn't done correctly, I added lights to the car, they kept falling off because they super glued it which isn't what is suppose to be done! Put in hid lights also and they went out QUICK not even a yr passed.. then the WORST part of all.. the COLOR on my car ISN'T EVEN MATCHED to the original manufacturer color! These ppl tried to COLOR MATCH BY MIXING CHEAP A** PAINT to make it look like the color I already have! Thanks to this shop my car is now half pearl white and HALF YELLOW and on top of that it is CHIPPING OFF! How the HELL do you make that wrong! I could have paid more if making it right was all you had to do! Horrible. I feel dumb for trusting this place bc also when I came back (3 months later mind you) to ask about color chipping and color discoloration they were like do u have a receipt? But I know why they asked.. they knew me VERY WELL seeing that I did A LOT OF BUSINESS with them and they never had to give me receipts... never again will I go to a business and not walk out without a receipt. Lesson learned. The owner was only worried about making his money because at the time he had a baby on the way.... HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE WORK, NO QUALITY IN IT WHATSOEVER! Now I'm having to go to another shop to have all these mistakes taken care of! Ratchet, rinky dink, hole in the wall, good for nothing business! I don't even see how it's still running!

I needed my car fixed from a rear end collision and this shop took care of the damages. They even worked with the car rental to have me on the road the very same day.

Horrible service! Took 4 days to let me know that the quote given to me was wrong. They took a week to give me my money back. Kept giving me the run around and wouldn t answer my calls. When I would call from a different number they would answer.
