I have received two services here and Julie is very friendly. They have given me excellent service and amazing customer service. Be dry friendly men of the same faith who helped me and that always draws me back to a place. I definitely recommend this place and the prices are so great! Thankful for the new management.

One Star for being polite. It shouldn't cost almost $700 to get a state inspection! During my inspection and oil change, I was informed the low level of brake fluid is an indication of worn brakes. I did not see anyone check my brakes only the fluid; however, I was told if I do not replace the front and rear brakes on my car, it will not pass inspection. In fact, there was even an offer to finance the price! As a gracious response, I declined and said I would go to the dealership instead. My car passed inspection for $29. It was obvious that the person was trying to sell something rather than offering genuine advice. Although I understand that everyone needs to make a living, this felt like outright theft.

Went in for a simple car wash. My car was absolutely filthy from spring coming, as it was covered in pollen and dead leaves of oak trees since I park under trees when I get home.Eventually, I decided to stop here since it was on my way home from UHCL. The staff were very nice, showing me that the build up of leaves and pollen couldn't be removed from a simple trip for a basic wash.I was kind of surprised how it turned out since it blew my expectations. They were very thorough with their cleaning and the staff in the waiting room offered me snacks and drinks while I was waiting. I came on a non busy day so they were able to immediately clean my car. If you're an university student, they're willing to give you a discount for some of the services that they provide there. They also offer auto repairs and such from my visit there. I haven't used it as of writing this review but from the people in the lobby I was with, I think the service is quite satisfying.

I did love being there for the first time. I live very close and is convent for me. I was very upset that the lady in charge stood and bold face lied to me about why my car was taking so long. Instead of telling me the truth- which I would have been just fine with. Seems you were short on fluids and said they were waiting for coolant to cool down so her guy s didn t burn their self. Sad she thought I was that stupid- I live 5 minutes from the store.Your guys were amazing and very professional.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Wheel alignment, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Tony assisted me today being my first time here. First thing he did for me was break down what my car needed vs. what was recommended, which I appreciated. He made sure I understood what my car needed & how it would get fixed. Plus complimentary car wash afterwards next door with Julie with comfortable seats, snacks & tv to pass the time!

This place has an issue with honesty. Like most mechanics, they will do whatever it takes to get as much money out of you as possible.I've gone to this shop for almost 5 years regularly, and have had a decent experience overall.But the last few months, it has become unrecognizable. The frequency of my bad experiences and money spent have increased dramatically.I honestly don't mind the money spent, as they did complete the repairs that my vehicle needed. My issue is the constant lying and overwhelming inconvenience that comes with those lies.Just a disclaimer, the mechanics are great at what they do. The people that I communicate with when dealing with this business are the problem.My first bad experience involved getting my front axle replaced. I showed up at 8am and dropped my car off. I was assured that it would be ready that day, and checked in periodically to check the progress. Time kept going by and I kept getting the same answer. They're almost done. At that point I went up to the shop, under the impression that they were almost done like they said they were. Not only did that end up being a lie, but they decided to close shop before finishing with my vehicle. As a result, the next Monday I had to take off of work (since I had to pick up my car) and it was completed that afternoon. What was supposed to take a few hours took 3 days and sabotaged my weekend.My final bad experience involved getting my rear main seal replaced. Once again, I showed up at 8am on Saturday morning and asked about both the price as the time the repair would take. I was given a price, which I agreed to, and told it would take half a day. So we'll before they closed at 6pm. A few hours go by and I call to check in. They said they were still working on it and it should be done later this afternoon. That seemed reasonable, so I waited a few more hours before checking in again. I called at around 3:20pm to check the status, and they specifically told me an hour and a half. At 5pm, I made my way to the shop to wait and pick up my vehicle that I expected would be finished soon. Turns out, they'll say whatever they need to get you off of the phone. They were not almost done.I sat in the lobby until almost 7pm and finally my vehicle was finished. Almost 12 hours later.To make matters worse, apparently they had to special order the part needed for my repair and decided to not tell me about it until I was about to pay the invoice. They added $70 to the agreed upon price without my knowledge, and didn't address it until I asked them why the price changed.I understand that inconvenient situations happen. The issue is the lack of transparency and constant lying about the status of everything. I really don't see how playing with people's time is a good business model.Regardless, I was completely disgusted with the place, so I paid the invoice and left.I'm definitely never returning to this auto shop after being deceived and inconvenienced to this level twice within a year.If that's how they treat loyal customers who have spent thousands at their establishment for a number of years, I fear how they would treat a first timer.Just be careful and take what they say with a great deal of skepticism.

I came to get some fluids changed for my car and inspection and Tony was the one taking care of my car. Let me tell you Tony is absolutely the man hes transparent easy to understand and he really cares about helping the customer.If every car place had a Tony getting your car repaired and maintained wouldn't be so bad God bless that man

Really friendly employees, asked if I wanted extra things done and didn t badger me about them - just respected my decisions. Quick service, walk-in state inspection taken immediately. I appreciated that the employees seemed nice and respectful toward each other. Clean office. Great local car service center.

I came to get my car inspected & am so impressed with the top notch service. Tony found a few issues, several of which he offered to take care of for free. And he is throwing in a free car wash! Lastly, I learned that they do free inspections if you are over 60! I highly recommend Elite Car Wash & Auto Repair.

Took my truck in to get washed and the interior detailed. I was greeted by a gentleman called Nathan. He did a great job of explaining the process of what i was getting done and was accurate with the timing. I recommend this this place to anyone that wants quick and great service for the price.

I had high expectations for this establishment, particularly given its professional exterior appearance. We visited on the evening of December 30 and observed significant understaffing, resulting in prolonged waiting times, a situation I empathize with. Initially, the vehicle's exterior seemed adequately clean, though a few noticeable spots remained covered in dirt, which I didn't find overly bothersome.However, upon inspecting the interior the next day, I discovered that the seats were insufficiently vacuumed and the interior appeared to have received minimal wiping down, still retaining the same dust from when I initially brought it in. Despite acknowledging the worker's challenging workload and generously tipping her due to the lack of assistance, I am hesitant about returning to this facility in the future.And the fact that they request for a 5 star review BEFORE the job is even complete is unethical by any standards. Most definitely will NOT be returning to this business.

Firstly, there was a mega Karen in front of me in line. The people working the front desk handled the situation like pros. They're really friendly, and the guy doing my state safety inspection went over in detail what all needed to be done to my car. Overall, a pretty good experience.

Tommy helped me with my 2013 Nissan. He looked at everything that needed to be done , then took his time to show me all I needed. I appreciate the extra attention to fluids and tires and brakes. Great job! I will be back.

The car detailing looks great but the shop is not worth it. They over price you for everything and will lie to you about the price of things. I was told one price before getting an oil change and then the bill said something completely different and way over what they told me even after declining everything else but an oil change.

I came to this location for the first time to get both mine and my husband s cars inspected for the registration renewals. Both cars are 2021 and under 70,000 miles. First up was my Toyota Rav 4 and after about 30 minutes they come get me and say that it failed the inspection because it had no brake fluid, needed both rear brake pads replaced and a brake fluid flush. They said it would cost about $383. So I told them let me go to my husband s work down the street and get his car instead and I ll have to talk with him and see what he wants to do with my car.We both found it odd that Toyota never said anything about the brakes or brake fluid because we go there for all of the required maintenance and oil changes etc. however we still needed his inspection done too, so I brought his car to them. After another 30 minutes they come get me and tell me his car is about to need to front brake pads but that his car is only failing because of the windshield whipper blades. So I asked them how much they charged for them and I was told $17.99. I said ok go ahead and change them.When they are finally done, they charged me $109 for the inspection and to change the whipper blades. I was never told they charge over $50 to change them. I would have bought whipper blades from Walmart and changed them myself if they had been upfront with me about the actual amount they were going to charge me.When I got back to my husband s work he was obviously not happy at all. He was able to get a partial refund from them thankfully but they really didn t want to give him one. We also took my car to another location and it passed inspection with no problems at all and we told them what we were told about my rear brakes and brake fluid and they showed us the brakes and all and everything was fine. So this place was really trying to over charge us for nothing. We will never come back to this location.

Gotten better and faster than before. Mike was very helpful. Though my repair plus inspection was simple, still getting my car done in an hour on a Saturday with many customers ahead of me was much faster than I would have guessed.

I came in to the location and Tony came right out to greet and assist me! I could not remove my MD tags to replace them with my new Texas tags. Tony went and retrieved his tools and removed them for me without hesitation! I really appreciate the customer service provided! Thank you Tony!!

Yesterday, my wife took our Toyota Highlander to get inspected. In the past, we had some questionable inspection results at this location, but she thought she d give them another chance.After the inspection, everything was reported to be "checked and okay" according to their report except for one thing - the wiper blades were described as "worn and torn." The thing is, though, that I had replaced the wiper blades the day before. Brand new blades which might have been used once to knock off the morning dew the morning of the inspection.They failed the inspection for that reason. My wife had her suspicions, so she said she needed to call me to ask about some of the issues. Needless to say, she left without doing any of their "recommendations."She then took the car to the Toyota dealership where we bought the car and usually perform routine maintenance. It passed with no issues.So, I do NOT recommend taking your vehicle here.

I am new to this area and my daughter recommended Elite for my auto needs. They were very thorough and offered friendly service. I received an oil change and auto inspection. They also gave me a free elite carwash. Needless to say I have found myself a great auto service center.
