After i was involved in an accident I was devastated finding out the lady that hit me didn t have insurance, I took it to Chevrolet and they didn t even touch my car i had my insurance tow it to Elegant Body shop and the tow truck driver was Mr. Kevin s cousin and recommended that I give him a call. And I don t regret contacting Kevin. Kevin and his team were professional and did amazing work. As promised my car was ready in 2 weeks. I would highly recommend the team at Elegant Collision Center. If I could rate more the 5 I would give it a 100 because they did an awesome job. Thank you Elegant Collusion Team for Everything.

After my wife s Highlander was involved in a hit and run (again) my cousin recommended that we reach out to Kevin at Elegant Collision Center. Kevin and his team were professional and did amazing work. Their turn around times were also quick as we needed the repairs done within a week of dropping off the car. THIS IS THE ONE!Just make the call to Elegant, you won t be disappointed. I made a mistake last year of taking my car to Classic Collision took over a month to get my car fixed, and I couldn t even get the hood open!!! This time around I took my new car to Elegant .QUICK AND BEAUTIFUL WORK. My car literally looks and rides flawlessly. Car was washed and detailed at pickup! Customer service, workmanship and communication is top tier.10 out of 10!!!

My car was damaged during a tow. I was referred to Elegant Collision Center by the towing company so I was suspicious. Because I have had a number of bad experiences in the past with other body shops, I had a ton of questions for Kevin. These questions required over an hour of Kevin's time with several follow up calls on top of the initial meeting. Through it all he was awesome to work with and answered all of my questions. When I got my car back it looked stunning. This is the only body shop that I will work with going forward.

Kevin was professional and great to work with. He made the whole process easy and stress free. I wanted to get work done that was outside of the claimed damage. He thoroughly explained the work that would be done and the costs. It was great to have no hidden fees or surprise charges at the end. He kept me informed with frequent updates on the status of the car. Kevin took great car of my car and made it look brand new. Kevin and his staff is amazing. I know that nobody wants to get involved in any accidents, and i am relieved that my wife is okay when the accident happened. But Kevin has been honest, dependable and kept me updated at all times throughout this process. And our vehicle looks great. I will highly recommend anybody to get the vehicle serviced here.

Look for Kevin here at the shop and he ll take care of you always updated me, send pictures of the car to show the work progress. Great experience! Kevin was up front and honest, the car was ready before estimated. Regular communication about status. They even washed and did a quick clean on the inside before returning. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend anyone to Elegant Collison center. They have been super helpful. My husband stayed in contact with Kevin very helpful and informative from the very beginning all the way to the end. No one expects for accidents to happen. But when they do, it's great to know you have people like Elegant collision in Kevin have your back!!!

I have never left a review for a company before, but for this company I surely had to. Mahmood and his wife Evelyn were so helpful, even before I walked in the door. I had gotten into an accident on a Saturday and they were already closing, but stayed and waited (almost an hour)for my car to get there. After that they gave me a loaner car and assured me that everything would be taken care of. They were right there each time I called and they were even ahead of schedule with the repairs. My car now seems to feel better than when I got it brand new (they had to do some pretty major suspension work along with all the body work). Also, the paint job is impeccable (pearl white) and so is all the body work they did. Plus, all the work that they did is warrantied for life!! I will definitely be coming back here with all my cars and have already started recommending them to everyone I know. 10 stars is more like it! Thank you Jaguar Collision!

Kevin was extremely helpful and provided a service above and beyond what was required for the job. Not only did he replace and paint my front left and rear doors as asked, but he painted the entire left side so that it would all match at no extra cost to me. He also cleaned the whole inside of the vehicle and fixed other minor issues so that the car looked brand new again. Elegant Collision Center takes great pride in their work and I would highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The owner of this business is very kind and efficient! Thank you Kevin and team for your hard work! The insurance of the person who hit me were extremely difficult to deal with, but nevertheless, Kevin did his thing!!! Communication: 10/10Timeliness: 10/10Kevin and Anthony took care of me in a very timely manner, they run an awesome shop! My vehicle was hit and I reached out to them for repairs, the very next day they had coordinated a tow truck to pick up my vehicle so they could start the repair process. Throughout the entire process Kevin and Anthony maintained great communication, keeping me in the loop with the repair/insurance process. My vehicle ended up being totaled but they continued to work with me and the insurance adjuster. They were nice enough to gather all my belongings from my vehicle and set them aside since i was very busy and couldn't stop by myself before the insurance took my vehicle away from their shop. I've heard this process can be a headache but they made it super easy! Would definitely recommend them to anyone that's been in a wreck, you won't regret your decision.

Just AMAZING! I was involved in an accident where the other party was at fault, so of course went through the other persons insurance and I am so glad I chose Elegant Collision Center as my car shop. They handled everything for me from A-Z and in addition brought back my vehicle back to brand new. They were phenomenal with their communication with all the parties involved which were me, insurance company, and the car rental shop. I definitely would recommend this shop to anyone who wants their car fixed whether was involved in accident or not.

Mahmood and the team is so great at what they do. I came in for a t-bone and once they finished my car looked as if it never had been in an accident in the first place. Mahmood was a great help and amazing to keep up with you during the whole process. By far the best experience I ve had at a car shop Mr. Kevin did an amazing job , he informed me about all the stuff my car had issues with that I had no idea about. He was really straight forward he helped me gain some knowledge about my car and was able to point out everything that was wrong with it in less than 10 minutes ! Definitely recommend and will be back soon !
