Had my car serviced here after a car accident. Staff was very professional, polite and honest with what my car needed. Peter was very helpful and made the process very smooth, was me updated on my vehicle on daily basis. Very honest mechanic shop. Highly recommend. Don t go elsewhere!They also have a the cutest pups (was close to taking the Jack Russell Terrier home)

They are the best, what would I do without them. My car needs regular maintenance and they fix anything that is wrong with my car . I have been going here for 9 years they are like family. Staff is awesome!! My kids love their dogs too!!!!

Went right in and they were great. They did not try to overcharge me they fix exactly what was wrong and I will be taking them my car in the future. Please check out this place they do good work.

I arrived, and no one greeted me. I m not the type to wait around, so I approached the desk and told them I needed an inspection. They took my keys, set them on the desk, and asked me to sit in the office. Another customer told me she had been waiting 40 minutes to get her inspection. (Should take 5) after 20 minutes of watching most of the staff accomplish nothing, while my keys sat on the reception desk untouched, I leftMost of the employees were handling personal business and taking personal calls at work, rather than attending to customers or working on the cars.

RUN RUN RUN FAST this place is horrible, they re using contaminated oil .My engine light came on within 20 minutes after getting an oil change. I brought my car back . The engine code was a sensor. They told me it s not their fault very rudely . Also Told me to go to a mechanic to get the issue fix .I took it to jiffy Lube and got the oil replaced and immediately the engine light went off . Please don t do business with this place they re using bad oil .

It is always good to get a second opinion on a repair, this place is definitely not your best option, they only try to make you spend on parts that your vehicle does not need.

They like family.. took too long fixing an oil leak so they sent me home in a loaner car (Mercedes) had me back up and running the next day!! No charge because of the wait!! Don t get that often!

I've been going here for years. They've never tried to upsell me on anything. Straight, honest and to the point. YMMV, but it's nice to find an auto shop that does good work at a decent price that doesn't make you need to take a shower afterward. Admittedly, they are a little quirky: they have two dogs running around the waiting area, but hey, whatever. I'll take quirky over dishonesty or fraud. In fact, I need to go up there this week and never once considered going any place else.

Great quality for an affordable price. Came for an oil change and they even filled my tires with air without me asking. I always recommend this place to my close friends and family. You can tell they re good owners when they have two rescue dogs.

Very satisfied with the service I recieved here. Peter and his team are honest and friendly. Great customer service. Came in this morning and was greeted kindly by Carlos. Peter diagnosed my car within minutes and had all my vehicle issues fixed and also did an inspection by the end of the day for a very decent price. Keep up the great work guys, I'll definitely be back.

Out of all the car service centers that performed small and large services and repairs on my car, Ed's Car Care is unique. They are very knowledgeable and professional, they are honest and discuss with you all the aspects of the problem and details of the repair, their prices are fair and they honor their warranty. They are very friendly and polite which goes above and beyond regular good customer service.Me and all my family and friends have been their loyal customers for over five years now, and I highly recommend them for all your car needs.

A friend reccomended them to me. I am SO impressed. They are honest, hard-working, and genuinely nice. Charlie is the manager and he is awesome. They explain everything in detail so a lay person understands it. Their work is impeccable. And, best yet, their prices will beat everyone in town. The dealer was going to charge me $1400 for a repair that Ed's Car Care did for $400. Another time, they didn't even charge me for the quick repair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been a customer here for over 10 years. Why let the dealership rob you. I always need major services done on my car and it gets done the same day. They offer rides to your destination and pick you up when your car is ready and lifetime warranty on parts. I never had a problem with my car after it s been fixed here. Charlie never tries to get over on me . I can always count on him to keep it real with me. His prices are reasonable and as a woman that is comforting to know. I recommend this place to get quality service at great prices!

I took my mom s car here for a state inspection. I didn t need an appointment. They were fast and really affordable. I got a coupon from online and they even honored it. I would totally recommend Ed s for at least state inspection service and oil service as well.

Peter provided excellent service and affordable pricing to repair my wrecked vehicle that the insurance wanted to write-off (salvage). Full impact at the backside of the vehicle, including trunk unable to close. Extremely happy with the outcomd. Will definitely do business with them again when necessary.Check them out!Tonya

Awful customer service! I walked in today trying to get an oil change. As I approach the main desk I see the owner I supposed because of his careless attitude. He s sitting on his desk talking to another guy, so I waited for my turn to ask about an oil change. But their conversation was endless, and I just stood there being ignored nobody asked what I needed. So I left. I wish they would have had the same attitude a few years ago when I walked in for an oil change for my infinity and ended up spending $3000.00+ because the guy said something was wrong with my transmission.

I drove my car in this place for oil change, and after the oil change my car never star or got back on the road again. A moving car with good engine, and no sign of any damage or check engine light warning, went totally dead after an oil change. The manager asked me to leave it there so his boys could diagnose it. After 3 days, I received my car back total and completely damaged beyond repair. Whatever they did to my good engine only God knows.
