Great customer service!!! Iran (owner) of this shop was very helpful. He was able to give me a diagnose on my SUV, gave me a proximity date of completion, and sure enough my car was ready on time for me to pickup. diffidently recommend Eben-ever Auto Service.

When there are so many untrustworthy mechanics around The Houston area it s great to find a good shop with affordable prices. I ve already recommended Iran Recinos (Owner) to my friends , but I wanted to take the time to share my experience & give his business more exposure. Keep up the good work.

If you are looking for honest, reliable and above all some one with integrity...look no where else. I highly recommend Eben-Ezer auto services.Few weeks back my car battery died and took it to Pep Boys and they changed my battery, the next day my car would not start. I called Pep boys and the manger told me to bring it back. When I went their, the manger and the mechanics convinced me that my alternator was not functioning and that I needed to change my tires as well as they were "bad". The total cost was $550 for the alternator and $560 for 4 tires. I was shocked with the unexpected cost, and since I had a long trip planned within few days, I agreed to their suggestion. But I decided to call the local/nearby auto shop for price (so glad I did). That is how I went to Eben-Ezer.From the moment I called, they (Iran the manager) was very honest with me, with the price, what kind of alternator I will receive (new vs refurbished), the cost of the part, labor (nothing hidden or confusing). When I took it to the shop, they checked my car and told me that my alternator was functioning, and my tire was not as bad as it was described by Pep boys. While he was checking my car, he noticed that the new battery (the one I got from pep-boys) the knot was loose. He gave me few options, option 1, go home and see it works, now that the knot on the batter was tightened also see if I hear a clicking sound while starting it (then may be we can check the starter), or option 2, change the alternator but only on the bases of Pep boys diagnosis. So I went with option 1 and went home, my car never gave me an issue since then, my long trip is now over and my tires were just fine as Iran said.So from about to pay $1100 by Pep Boys to $0 by Eben-Ezer Auto Services, and to be able to travel to my family safely with 5 days trip was the was the best holiday gift that Eben-Ezer Auto Services gave me. Supper grateful of their honesty and integrity.I strongly recommend all of you to go here.

Very good and professional! They diagnosed a problem in my car when no one else could! I truly recommend Iran and trust him with my cars. His workers are also very knowledgeable and kind. I recommend this place for any car issues.Son muy amables y profesionales. Diagnosticaron el problema de mi carro cuando nadie m�s pudo!
