Definitely never coming back to this place for any type of work. My truck was stolen originally September 2023 and these guys promised exceptional service. Put my trust on them, gave them my insurance information and proceeded the next 5 months trying to get answers from them on my the status on my truck. Then ,2nd week of January 2024, I ended up getting a call from the service advisor stating that my truck has just been stolen again from their lot. Mind you, I haven t received my truck from my first claim. Truck was recovered by HCSO approximately 14hrs later across the freeway abandon. Truck was then taken back to these guys and was told by the original service advisor that they were going to have a meeting with hire ups on how to proceed with this issue. Management here pretty much said, they re no going to cover any damages done to my truck, according to the service advisor. I then end up getting and invoice for storage fees, tow, etc. This truck was stolen from you guys is property and all I get is a middle finger to my face, a bigger bill (that you guys need to be responsible for), and a damaged truck that you guys don t want to fix. I m at a loss and definitely advise, please do not take your vehicles here. I hope upper management sees this and instead of laughing at me, does something to make it right.

Rene Aguilar WAS AMAZING!!, I recommend him highly, car looks beautiful. I was hit by a careless negligent driver BUT the tow company that s they work with was kind and worked fast. through the whole process of my car being repaired, he was communicating with me fully and in a timely manner, I appreciate this type of customer service. (Whoever cleaned my car did an amazing job never in my life seen my car this clean lol)

Rene Aguilar helped me out with my vehicle repairs! My car was hit by a crowbar along the freeway and he was able to order the correct parts and start the repair immediately. He was very helpful from day one and ensure it was a smooth process. He explained what would be happening from beginning to end and it was easy for me to move accordingly to schedule. I would highly recommend him especially for us woman who don t know a thing about vehicle repairs. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!

My headache began when a drunk driver hit my vehicle, reversed, and hit my vehicle again with my family in my car. That night, Little Ruben relieved some of the stress and started helping me. He told me not to worry and that he'll take care of everything. He did just that! Him and Big Ruben took no time to help me in every way possible. They kept me updated, made me feel like family, and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. They even made sure I had a ride to and from the car rental place. This made me comfortable and I had no worries during the time they had my vehicle. I could have never picked a better place to help! Thank you so much! P.s. little Ruben even filled my gas tank and had my car detailed right before I received it.

This shop has done so much great work I have to leave a review. I'm a hard judge when it comes to reviewing a company's. But i have to say this shop has met all of my need and expectations. They are very professional organized and helpful. I run a car business and for time to time I have damaged cars. Everytime I have brought one of my vehicles to them the work has be outstanding. They make the whole process easy. I want thank the whole team for working with me and making this a wonderful experience. And special thanks to Wesley for going above and beyond. I wanted to leave a positive comment because he really helped me out. After my accident Rene took care of us and our truck was ready with in a couple weeks. He explained everything and he took care of everything. He is very knowledgeable and that s always a plus. (Stress free) His customer service was top notch and I definitely recommend him.

I would like to thank Wesley and the other gentleman whom name I didn t get. I broke down on the fwy today. I was finally able to get off and walked to get help. Wesley saw me and asked if he could help. He got my car to the garage made a quick repair and had me on my way. I am so grateful for the care, concerns and quick response.

I have taken multiple cars there for repair. This most recent time I received my car back with a non-charged up air conditioner, the fans shorted out so the vehicle overheated and missing parts that were paid for by the insurance. This was 5 months ago. They have refused to return phone calls until just the other day. I waited for the promise of the return to find out on parts and I still have not gotten that. I had a multitude of stuff stolen out of the car and actual change, no big deal out of my console. They stole the hand remotes for my Oculus headset and a very special tester for Network systems and not once did they offer anything other than kick me out of their office when I called the police. Do not take your car there. Do not take your car there I repeat do not take your car there you will get ripped off and you will have a waiting game to get your vehicle back

Rene and everyone at this shop were amazing. Having your car stolen is hard enough but having great mechanics and a shop that cares made it easier to deal with. My car came back better than ever. The people here are great and understanding. I worked with Anakaren directly and she made everything so easy for us when it came to getting our vehicle repaired. She answered all our calls and returned them in a timely manner. Overall I would definitely choose this place again. Ty anakaren!

I literally cannot say enough how thankful I am for everyone up there! This was my first time having to file a claim with insurance for an accident and they made everything such a breeze! I have never been more grateful to have my car back and she is perfect! I would give every single person that I encountered up there 10 stars if there were reviews on them!!! They held on to my car for about 2 months and trying to get a update from them was like pulling teeth. Worst customer service i ever experienced. I was in a minor car accident and the towing company had my car towed here and they convinced me to leave my car their for repairs rather than towing it to the original shop my insurance assigned. WORST DECISION EVER. These guys don't care about your vehicle. You're better off going to literally ANY other body shop in town. I kept having to pull up to the shop because i couldnt get a hold of anybody through phone/email/etc. When i got my car back, i had a crack in my windshield (which wasnt their before), my AC had stopped blowing cold air (they were supposed to have fixed the condensor, radiator and any other AC problems related to the accident), my windshield wiper fluid reservoir was cracked and was leaking fluid, I asked them to fix some paint issues with my car and they just straight up didnt, they promised my car would be clean and detailed when they turned it in and they gave my car back with ALL KINDS OF DUST all over the car. It was probably the dirtiest i've ever seen! To top things off they gave my car back with NO GAS (on EMPTY) luckily their was a gas station right next door, I know i didn't drop it off with ZERO GAS. Needless to say my experience here has been a nightmare and would not be surprised if this place closes down soon. I could go back and make them fix the things they were supposed to fix but i DO NOT want to go back there and have them give me the runaround for another month while they hold my car hostage. Do yourself a favor and go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Have used this tow company 2 times this year, due to wrecks. When I called to see about releasing my vehicle, i was quickly and rudely put on hold for 10 minutes at least.Both times when going to the location, it took forever to be seen by an associate. Even though there were 6 other employees at their desks. They are mostly playing on their phones. Even though the line of customers was 5 or 6 long. Seems only 1 employee can help people sign their cars out..... It just seems like they have a lot of people doing nothing, while 1 employee deals with EVER customer.

My husband and I were in a car accident and the wrecker service towed our vehicle here. The parking lot is a bit tight and tricky but once you are parked and inside the office, you may have to wait a bit depending on how busy they are. The staff are all nice and understanding and very easy to deal with.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!Horrible service, they try to overcharge your insurance for vehicle parts that were never used and excessive storage fees when they are the ones that do not want to return the vehicle so the storage fees keep accumulating to an insane amount.

So I ended the year off badly and got into an accident, I was lost & didn t even know where to begin, until I got the guidance and help from Anakaren. She put me at ease and got me squared away with putting my car into the bodyshop! I walked outta there with less stress on my shoulders compared to walking in. Thanks so much!

Horrible experience. I am still waiting on a call from management regarding the completion of my vehicle. The work should have only take three weeks but it has been well over a month without adequate communication. I have been reaching out and was told I would receive a call Friday and my vehicle delivered Monday; however, I have not. If you want communication coupled with great work please go elsewhere. I made a mistake trusting Eastex Collision. Still waiting on a call.

It's my was my first accident. Cause of Airbags popping out i was told my car is being moved to EastEX Collision centre #US69 and i cannot take it's a rule.I got answers from my Insaurance company and i went to collect it today. All i can see is a big dent on top of my rear tire. With paint wearing out. Payed them 615 just for storage and this is what i see. I called the front desk but they were "That's why we ask our customers to check their vehicles before getting it towed from EastEx collision centre." And since then the front desk is keeping me on hold.No one informed me about that all they had to say was we're short on towing guys right now, your car will be delivered in next 2 hours.I clicked the 'After' picture while it was on the towing truck before even getting it unhooked. Just incase in future I'm gonna make sure my car is never been taken to this location no matter even if I've to pay extra to get it towed elsewhere.Thanks!Ps: There's more deep scratches on the back of the car to be more specific on the Number plate area.

Takes forever to get your car repaired with them. They never answer the phone or call you with updates. I would not suggest bringing your vehicle here.
