I attempted to contact this business regarding a pair of tires on OfferUp. They advised that they were not in stock but had a different pair to show me. I provided my phone number and they sent me photos of a pair of very dirty tires. I immediately replied to inquire if the tires had dry rot. I did not get a response, so I called the store, and nobody answered. After several attempts to get a hold of them over the span of a couple of days, I finally spoke with somebody who answered the phone. I was told that it was her nephew I originally received a text from, and she went to get him to provide additional information while I waited. The phone hung up. I called back several times and finally spoke with her again. She advised that the tires had been sold. I asked her why I did not receive an initial reply. I explained that I was very patient due to the crazy weather we had at over the last couple of days with nobody replying to me. My initial response to the photos was immediate. I would have gone straight to the store if I had received a response regarding dry rot. She told me I needed to continue to check their ads to find out when they have another pair. I asked her if she could do more as far as letting me know when they receive the size and brand that I need. She became very impatient with me and told me that there are many tire shops in Houston and why am I relying on Eagle Tire? I advised that it was because I originally started my search replying to an ad from them. Her tone was condescending and she continelued to be rude. I told her that I am unhappy with the way they operate, and I am going to leave a review describing my experience. She told me to do whatever I am going to and made no effort to understand my frustration. Please stay far away from this business. They are rude and have poor business practices.

So very professional, caring and honest. Great price on tires, we will be back for back tires soon. Installed them really fast also. This place has our business for life. Thank you soo very much.

Horrible service, sold me a junk tire with the sidewall badly damaged. Do not buy from this shady shop. Overpriced tires with defects.

Found them thru OfferUp. Was in and out pretty quick. Very good pricing on the tires. Great customer service and will go the extra mile

Highly recommend this place. I called everywhere looking for tires. They had them and at a very affordable price. He was very knowledgeable and gave info i didnt know. Very quick and friendly service. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends..Thanks a bunch...

I came to this shop after getting a flat and one of the guys told me they don t repair tires. However, the gentleman allowed me to use their parking lot so I wouldn t have to be on the side of the road. He even came over and helped me get the tire patched up despite not being his job. I m very thankful for their hospitality and customer service, especially since I wasn t an actual customer. Awesome shop!

I saw their ad on Offer Up for 2 Pirelli Tires so I messaged the guy to see if they still had them and he said yes, but once I got there he said he actually sold them and offered to sell me some cheap used tires chinese tires at a higher price than if you were to just buy them new anywhere else! Do yourself a favor, avoid a headache and just go elsewhere theres like 8 other tire shops in the neighboring area that are all better than this one. Avoid at all cost!

I've been here twice already in the past month for seperate reasons and each time Alex has exceeded my expectations when came to customer service, service quality, and pricing. I ve lived in the Houston area for many years and they are hands down the best tire shop I ve seen thus far.
