A huge shout out to Geovanna & Tommy for making this process easy and quick! I was given my car back in less than 2 weeks when I was originally expecting 4 weeks. I was given updates just about every other day. The car was nice & cleaned for me also. The communication was great. You can tell they actually care for you. I highly recommend Eagle Collision!

I had extensive repairs made at Eagle Collision Repair Center on 7970 Galveston Road and they did an excellent job putting my car back together under the guidance of Gustavo, a master mechanic and perfectionist who takes pride in his work as you can tell in my before and after pictures. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience today with Rebecca! Amazing and friendly customer service. Very dedicated, as she even stayed after closing to keep helping me with my car s problems. She was very patient with me despite it being her time to leave, which is great since everyone nowadays just hands you off to another person to leave. She was very informative and super helpful in answering my questions and assuring me with the doubts I had about choosing Eagle Collision over another shop I visited earlier. 10/10 customer service!

My car looked like hell after an accident. I called a few places and Geavara was amazing, very helpful with my questions so much that I chose this place to take my car. We spoke a few times and she always remembered who I was. Gustavo kept me up to date on what was going on with the repairs and was always available to answer my questions when I called. The shop was pretty quick to repair my car I was expecting longer than what the expecting. When I picked my car up I almost didn t recognize it. It looked like it just came off the assembly line. I m not sure if they details cars without them being damaged but I m going to ask if they do that on the side. The inside was spotless. I stopped for gas and someone told me my car looked like a Steve McQueen would drive and I got a drink at a drive through and the girl was hanging out the window telling me how beautiful the car looked.

I haven't brought my car in yet but I just got off the phone with Briana. I'm already excited to get my car fixed here. If the overall work is as good as Briana's customer service, I will become a loyal customer for sure! Thanks, Briana! I look forward to bringing my car in next week! I'll update this review when everything is complete :)

They where amazing from the start to the end honestly. Geavana walked me through what will happen and made the transition from dropping my car to getting the rental stress free. Tommy kept me updated through out the whole repair process and made sure I understood what they where doing. 10/10 I plan on coming back and repair more of my car with them

Eagle Collision is the only place I would ever take my Tesla S for any repairs. Ask for Wes, he is great! You will be pleased pleased and satisfied with the speedy repairs. Love them.

I can't say enough good things about Tommy from Eagle Collision. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel like a valued customer and took the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure that my car was repaired quickly and correctly. The quality of his work is top-notch and his attention to detail is unmatched. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car repairs - Tommy is truly the best in the business. Thank you, Tommy!

If there was an option for 10 stars I would rate Eagle Collision 10 stars. I was greeted by Jacquelyn Sharp immediately upon my arrival. She was attentive to my needs, had my estimate written up promptly, and offered me a beverage of my choice. Eagle had to order my parts and notified me when they arrived. I scheduled my drop off of my Tesla Model 3 with Jacquelyn, and repairs took a week. During this time period she kept me apprised of the status of my repair, until completion. Excellent communication from start to finish. Top tier repairs, cant even tell the car was in a fender bender. Highly recommend Eagle!!

Eagle Ford collision did an excellent job of repairing my vehicle. Everyone on staff I encountered was very professional and offered great customer service. I had the pleasure to work with Tommy and the manager David. They were both great guys and I highly recommend this repair center for any of your vehicle repair needs.

service was great and manager David was very helpful and made everything right. Him and Amanda were great and made sure the services I were right. If there is ever a problem they are the go to people because they are very honest and across the board. i recommend eagle collision to all.

My estimator was GustavoHe was present and knowledgeable throughout my experienceHe knew how to deal with the Insurance company from the start. The receptionists are very welcoming. And they have a great waiting area. The insurance company decided to "total" my car and Gustavo helped personally to remove my personal property. All around great service. I pray to not see them again unless it is when I deliver some Christmas cookies to them.

This is a place where you can put your total trust in. Eagle Collision Repair Center work on your car for your best interest with ethical decision making. The team keeps you posted any updates with the status of their works and insurance claim. I am happy!

Dinged up my car pretty bad a few months ago.picked up my car right now and you can't tell a single part where it was hit. They cleaned it so well it looked completely brand new when I got it back and I was so excited to drive it around.Extremely professional and they'll always make sure to take care of you. Geovana and Jacqueline and superstars! Their customer service is amazing and they both above and beyond to assist the customer. One phone call or one email and they are handling business. It makes the car repair process so much easier as they are tracking and keeping me informed on every step. I wouldn t recommend any other place by Eagle for your repair needs. I took my 2016 Honda Quest to be repaaired due to a car accident and the process was smooth from dropping off my vehicle and and getting a rental. Tommy is the person who worked on my vehicle and he was very nice and always available when I called. He sent text updates every day letting me know how my car repair was going and when it will be ready. When I went to pick up my van, Geovana made the process smooth in picking up my vehicle. She was very nice and smiled the entire time. I recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Eagle Collision.

Nothing worse than waking up at 2 am to 2 teens losing control of their vehicle and crashing into your parked car. The service was quick and efficient. I got my car back so fast I almost didn t believe them. I wished I would have came here for my previous car troubles. Will be using but hoping to not have to in the future. The ladies in the front were sweet and helpful! Gustavo was also helpful and informative. Overall, a great experience.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Best service ever! The place is extremely clean and Geovana, at the front, is incredibly friendly and welcoming! The turn around time is incredibly fast and the service is incomparable. Best collision repair shop hands down returning your vehicle good as new. Samir and his team truly deliver the highest quality and best service!

This shop can be good if you have the right insurance (I have usaa). I m extremely disappointed with this shop lying to me they re part of my insurance and hiring tow trucks that lie about being part of the insurance company and trying to haggle free money from me. Giovanna helps occasionally but the entire shop failing to give notices about closed days both regular days and holidays is impossible to retain knowledge from. Nobody should go to this shop unless you got a Tesla it s cool they fix them here.

I must say from the beginning, it has been an awesome experience. With Geovana's attitude and attentiveness, service is awesome. Her ability to handle a customer with kindness and professionalism, while dealing with an unhappy customer, says alot about her performance. They text you with updates and actually read replies. The way this business conducts itself is top notch. Rafael was great in returning calls and answering questions I had. Thank you guys for being through and professional.
