I don t have enough words to express my gratitude for the work that E1 has done for my vehicle. I m very particular about who services or does any work on my car. E1 goes above and beyond demonstrating knowledge about what they do. Whether you re taking your vehicle for maintenance, performance upgrades, or improving the look and the ride, they ve excellent service and fantastic customer service. Especially Alec excels in customer care and support. He will provide you with the best recommendations for your needs. I will recommend E1 if you re looking for professional and reliable work.

I brought in my Plaid for an alignment to go with the new set of wheels+tires I had recently installed in preparation for winter. I was able to call them earlier in the week and snag their last opening before New Years travels, a Friday evening. I explained prior that I had a few aftermarket suspension components installed, to which they said no problem. Awesome!Day of I met Alec, a fellow Tesla nerd, and saw the car got taken back within 15 minutes of checking in. Off to a great start. I hang out in their clean office/waiting space, surrounded by a neat showcase of products and services, with comfy seating and snacks, refreshments, etc. While these things add a nice touch to the experience, what really matters at the end is quality of service After a few minutes, Alec brings me to the back where the car is up on the Hunter machine to go over alignment specs with their tech, Israel this is where they won my business, by going the extra mile and including me in the experience. This transparency and proactive communication is what earned my trust. I felt my vehicle was in good hands with these guys. The alignment was perfect and I felt confident leaving the shop knowing she s rock solid - especially when you re dealing with a car with this much power.E1, thank you for the excellent service you ve earned my business!

Excellent customer service. Reliable and reasonably priced high quality work. Extremely pleased with the service provided here. Honestly I gave them a very difficult project car and now it is my daily driver!! I recommend E1 without reservation!

Went to get the APR Plus tune for my MK8 Golf R and ALEC and the whole facility was great and amazing! He was even nice enough to remind me about my plugs being due so I got that done as well. Went couldn t have been more than an hour also to get that all done! Strongly recommend and will be returning for sure!!

Took my Mercedes for its scheduled service and Alec and the E1 Team did amazing. Better price than the dealer, honest and had my vehicle completed same day. They offered me an Uber back home and for pick up which was very convenient for me. Looking forward to coming back to get my maintenance work done on my other cars.

These kind of people are the reason I work on my own car. They tried to tell me they needed to pull my dashboard to replace the center flap actuator on my ac. They said that would cost at least $1000 to remove my dash then 250-$300 for the new actuator.I bought the factory repair manual online for $130.. found out I did NOT have to pull the dash but just the panel under my steering wheel, the airbag, and the foot vent. The actuator was fairly easy to get to. I then found 2 of the exact actuators on eBay. Bought both for $70 total. Changed the actuator, did a recalibration sequence with my OBDeleven and now I m back in business WITHOUT REMOVING THE DASH! It only cost me about $200 and I have an extra actuator.Either the tech doesn t know what they were talking about or they were lying to make more money.Customers, go somewhere honest. Not here.

Great service. Had to get my Tesla Model S alignment done. They called and set up an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and they immediately got to work on the car. As promised in about 1 hour the car was ready. Much better pricing than Tesla itself.

I came here because they had good reviews. They have good customer service. They had an alignment special. Well I got the alignment done and it was off. Gave them a chance to fix it, well it was a little better. Ended up taking it to dealer to get it done correctly. Don't come here for alignment.

YOOOOO (crying emoji) let me marry Alec. This is what a business should be. After reading reviews and gathering other people s opinions, there is no doubt that the reason this is the number one spot to go to is BECAUSE they are invested in YOU. THEY CARE FOR YOU. And while I failed to mention it the first time, they are invested in your car too. E1Autospa, literally 5 minutes away and they re commitment to you as their guest is unmatched <3 I have all physical records on the way and it s thanks tho these guys unmatched commitment to being badass. Thanks and I ll see y all soon <edit>Hopefully, soon to be 5 stars. Everything you would expect from a place that offers free fig bars. Communicated promptly, handled everything professionally, emphasized the necessity for the little repairs before trying to dive deeper and diagnose anything else. Only reason for 4 is because I m a hard copy kind of guy. I appreciate all the digital stuff, but physical records are easier to hand over to the next owner. I m gonna attempt to print out everything for my records and we ll check back in.The vehicle in question is a 2010 Audi TT and while I m currently informing myself more and more on the vehicle, I ll continue to use and cherish this vehicle, confidently knowing E1 Motorsports got my back.Thank you Alec for your time and a shoutout to Humberto, the gm, for checking in after the service of the vehicle was completed.

E1 really takes care of me. I trust them because they stand behind their work. If you ever have an issue with a service they've done, they'll fix it immediately at no charge. They are honest and I never feel like taken advantage of. Even if they are super busy, they still fit you in and finish the work quickly. I usually have my vehicle back the same day or next day. And I feel confident in the knowledge they have about my B8 S4. They know what to look for and if there are any known issues with this model. I've had them do oil changes, battery replacement, stage 1 tuning, DSG tuning, control arms, brakes, alignment, everything. I'm always happy with the work. And they check in often to make sure your car is running well and see if you need any service. They sometimes do discounted specials for services like oil changes. For the quality of the work and the great customer service, they are worth every penny.

The entire E1 Motorsports team has been extremely helpful. I ve had both regular maintenance and other work done here, and they are outstanding throughout the whole process. Alec was extremely helpful when something I recently had replaced failed, he fit me in as soon as it happened and replaced the ball joint with no charge. Will 100% be coming back for future work on my Audi. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work with OEM parts, at a cheaper price.

The guys at E1 are awesome. Very profession, skilled and do great work. I am very happy with the cat back exhaust, cool air intake, hi flow cat down pipe and stage II tune that they have installed on my Audi S5. I will be back for more work in the future and am planning on bringing my car here for service appts. Night and day difference compared to dealing with the dealership. Could not recommend more!

Recently took my Toyota Tacoma for its scheduled maintenance and alignment. The team did a great job at taking care of my car in a timely manner and sending over a multi point inspection via text. Highly recommend.

Got my tesla model Y alignment done here and it was done quick. No issues and would recommended again. Had coilovers and camber arms added so that was the reason for the alignment.

I've always had service & maintenance on my BMWs performed at the dealership--until now.E-1 is (1) closer/more convenient (2) less expensive (3) has expertise on foreign vehicles (4) better communication and (5) personal customer service.Highly recommend E-1 if you want white-glove service without a hefty price tag!

I'd recommend E1 to anyone. They're a very professional team and do a great job at building transparency with you. The service is fast and proffesional, and Alec does a fantastic job at following up with you, and keeping you in the loop. More shops need to operate at this level. I recently got my car lowered and purchases new wheels through E1. Alec is an excellent service advisor. He was able to hook me up right away! These guys were able to get the car done the same day as well! Amazing service, very responsive. I find this wonderful place after I was about to sell my car! Thank God that I didn t do it! I was so sad when in my dealership that I was going for about 12 years they told me that in orden to fix my car it s going to cost me about $10,000 dollars I did have a warranty with CAR SHIELD my dealership PORSCHE IN GREENBRIAR TOLD ME that it was a peace of garbage! And I told them that they were a thieves! And I was not wrong! I find E.1 MOTORSPORT AND THEY FIX MY CAR it s a PORSCHE CAYENNE 2009 for $1,200.00, so yes!!! I LOVE THEM AND ALEC IS A YOUNG GENTLEMAN VERY NICE it was fast they care about my car! I will keep going to E.1 MOTORSPORT ITS IN 2510 YALE STREETHouston, TX. 77008THANK GOD THAT I FIND THIS PLACE!!I m very happy with them!..I recommend them!

Very professional, great attention to detail, reasonably priced and even gave me a loaner while they installed my springs. I am picky as hell when it comes to finding a place to work on my car and believe me when I say, they have my business. Great place for them to work on your Tesla.
