Friendly staff and honest service. I had my ford expedition rear brake pads and rotor replaced. They logged at my vehicle and also pointed out other repairs that were needed. They were not pushy at all and got my car back on the road in the shortest time possible. I would highly recommend them for your car repairs. Bilal took care of me

I recently visited Drive Nation Auto for some maintenance on my vehicle and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Called to ask for the price of tire balance and rotation. After asking for the vehicle year, model, tire size and license plate number, the guy starts asking for my first name, last name, phone number, address just to give me a price for a tire balance and rotation. What a joke. Expect to be spammed by these crooks. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I had my Tesla inspected here a while ago. It was super quick! The waiting area was nice. The people I talked to were very polite, they certainly know how to communicate with customers. Thank you for making it a super relaxed experience! Will certainly be back for future services.

i brought my honda accord for inspection and oil change. just spent about half hour in their cool waiting room and along with the oil change received a complete report about all that needs to be done in the car. very impressed with the professional approach and bilal s help and advise with his smile.

My Infiniti QX4 randomly started smoking from the steering column one day and I ve taken it to three different shops and no shop was able to figure it out. I was recommended Drive Nation by my friend so I decided to take it to Drive Nation. They were kind enough to arrange towing for my car and do a thorough inspection. They figured out what the issue was the following day and provided an estimate with a breakdown of all that needs to be done. I felt very comfortable with the service manager because he explained everything to me in a way I can understand. I can t remember the last time I had this level of customer service, professionalism, honesty, and fair pricing from an auto mechanic shop. I was referred to the shop from a friend (one of the shop s customers), and I drove all the way from Missouri City to have the work done on my vehicle. This is my second experience as I took my work truck to them last month.Even with the 45 minute drive, it s 100% worth it. I ll happily pass up 10 s of shops along the way to get to Drive Nation Auto. Moving forward, I will be talking all of my vehicles here because I know they are in good hands and it s peace of mind for me.If I could give you 10-stars, I would. Omg. Mr. Light is a good guy. The owner is wonderful, I can't pronounce his name but they get the job done. And the service center Is great Bilal is so polite and highly recommended and appreciated...go visit to say hi..and get you a ride.

I am so thankful for Irfan and Amir at Drive Nation. We would have had to buy a new car if it wasn t for them! After a little fender bender, other shops were quoting us more than the car was worth to repair it. Drive Nation got the job done! Totally worth the drive from Pearland. It drives better than before the accident!!They are so affordable, so honest, and a joy to work with. Both Irfan and Amir are super attentive and responsive, as well as knowledgeable and helpful. If you re like us, trying to keep your high mileage car as long as possible, trust them with your car. Had a bad leak from my steering rack and Drive Nation saved me a ton of money on diagnosis and repair. Their work quality and customer service is on par with franchise stores but for fraction of the price. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out!!!

Came in due to vibrating steering wheel, first shop couldn t figure it out. They diagnosed the issue and shared pictures through the inspection report. I was out in about two hours and no problems since. Juney was great help. Thank you!!

Made an appointment on a Thursday to potentially buy a charger in stock. On Monday (day of the appointment) 5 minutes from the shop I get a call that they ve sold the car on Saturday; We have a mustang HORRIBLE.
