I had unpleasent experiences buying new cars before, this time was different.The sales representative ( Adrian Garcia ) was super friendly and helpful, also we did the deal in less than 2 hours ( With the help of Leandro Donoso, a guy from Argentina that it was super nice and friendly too )They just gain a new customer, I've been driving Toyotas since 1990's and I don't plan to change that for now! IThank you guys !!! Super happy with my new Tundra !!!!!!

A shoutout to my awesome car salesman Rana! Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and helpful from the second my husband and I arrived.None of the salesmen I ve dealt with in other dealerships have provided me with the experience Mr. Ishtiaq Rana had. He was knowledgeable, patient, and listened to what I wanted. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the car I wanted within my price range. He made sure that the car was washed and had all accessories included, and he went further to offer to drive my car home when I requested a home delivery service.I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a new ride!

I would have so give it 5 stars because nothing beats Toyota BUT we recently purchased a new vehicle, not the first time doing business here but by far the worst experience ever.So the tint on the vehicle was not done correctly, I had to go 4 times to the dealership to finally be able to get the sales person to have someone fix the tint, I arrived at the dealership at 8:30 am, by 12:45 I had not seen the truck move or nothing ( I know because it has a gps and start remote app ) well I call the sales guy who took my vehicle and said they would work on it soon, about 15 minutes later he calls me and says it s fixed it was just a flap they cut. THIS WAS A LIE. NOTHING WAS DONE TO THE VEHICLE the tint it s still making the peeling noise. After being there for close to 6 hours I left so upset THEN TO PUT CHERRY ONTOP like 30 minutes after they call me to say the plates have arrived at the dealership. I am now just starting to see they re only out to sale vehicles and meet their numbers but after the purchase it s done GOOD LUCK getting them to fix anything wrong.Update: took the vehicle for the 5th time. I was told there was nothing wrong and that all of the tacomas made the same noise when putting down the windows. Picked up the vehicle and showed Robert the advisor the issue that according to the dealership was not an issue, he at least acknowledged that it took 5 trips to the dealership and probably about 10 people who missed the issue. Well now I m posting a pic of the tint on a window of a brand new truck, it is peeling just like I told them 5 TIMES.

One of the best experiences I've ever had! Taylor was phenomenal! I made an appointment and came in early for the appointment because I know how things work when you're at the dealership. An appointment means that you will probably wait many many hours. I was waiting in line with the other customers and one of the employees, who came in late, broke up the line and put several people in front of me. I voice my opinion to him, very boldly and quite loudly. Taylor heard me from across the room. Of course she did lol lol. In any case, she took it up on herself to come and serve me personally because she was witness to the screw up by the other employee. Phenomenal service by her! If you're ever here ask for her by name! Thank you Taylor for everything!!!

They are supposed to be professionals, but it seems that Toyota mechanics like to work in the dirty, they gave me the car with the dirt that the engine and other components accumulate over time, I also took it to have it repaired, but now there is a msg that I need to take the car to a dealer for maintenance, that msg didn't come out before the pump was damaged, and now I get that msg?The shop the toyota is worse than a second-hand workshop

My experience here was great. Yuniesky (the salesman) and Kenny (the finance manager) were straight forward and honest. No nonsense. I got the vehicle I wanted and got a great deal. Could not be happier! Yuniesky really helped to make sure the car was exactly how I wanted before leaving the dealership! Thank you all so much. Highly recommend!

Would ve given it one star except Alec was absolutely worth it. Made us feel comfortable. Was having a great experience until financing came in. We agreed on the price and then financing bully came out and made a big stiff. His way or the highway. So the HIGHWAY we went! Straight to EcoPark (great prices and great cars. No hassle of negotiation. Priced at or right below market value for best competition).

Very poor communication with service advisors. I left my wife's RAV4 with them to diagnose an electrical issue. The service tech suggested leaving the car overnight to do a battery drain test and assured me that I would not be charged for a new battery and he would call me first thing the next morning.The next morning, I waited an hour and a half past their opening time to call the desk for an update and had to wait another hour to get any info back. When I arrived, they had charged me for a new battery and wanted to make me wait even longer to get my original battery back.I conceded to their deceptive sales move and kept the dealership battery if nothing else just to be done with them and get my car back.

In August my husband and I purchased a 2023 Highlander. We were told we would receive a lifetime of oil changes and tire rotation and other vehicle maintenance. Yesterday I went for my first maintenance check and tire rotation. When I tell you the process was seamless. It was like the Chick Fila of car service. EVERYONE was nice and polite. I am sorry I did not remember the young lady s name that helped me but she was super kind and then Ury the assistant service manager helped me and he was super kind. Both very professional. I m not even a morning person and they made me happy I came. They were amazing. They told me about how long I would wait. I waited less time than that. There was plenty of seating while I waited. The time just seemed to have flown by. I am so happy that we chose Don McGill. I am now a lifetime customer.

Scheduled a minor repair and was pleased with the service. I dropped the car off and was offered a complimentary ride to my job. The work was completed quickly, and they even caught that the battery in my key fob was dead and asked if I wanted it replaced. I appreciated the reminder, because it completely slipped my mind when I dropped the car off. I was kept up to date throughout the service via text message. Picking up was also quick and easy.

I have been coming here and will not be returning to this toyota, I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The services horrible your mechanic striped my drain plug then blamed it on my previous oil change if they had problems getting the plug out I should of been notified they proceeded, not only did they damage my vehicle the service should of been free I didn't come in with a leak then to fix the error on Toyotas behave they tell me a new oil pan and drain plug 500 dollars no I think not and I will not be servicing any of my cars here anymore, at Toyota because damage was done and instead of fixing what they messed up I left out with damage parts and a leaking car for oil and a fyi, this can damage my engine and more components can fail and is costly, so unprofessional, and should have been on the house. Costing me money to fix had I did a claim against Toyota it would of been fixed I will b on the phone with cooperate first thing Monday morning for the inconvenience and the damage done to my vehicle and I will being calling my insurance. If there was any issues I would have been notified before the damage was done, instead they give me 20 off not covering my parts and labor that I have to fix on my Toyota. I feel this is completely a get over because iam a woman. It's truly sad this is happening in the car repair industry in regards to What they do to woman that can't fix there cars themselves. Woman be cautious had and weary because we are a target at this location and it s not right and I am sharing my experience, my experiences before have been great but this time nightmare what do you mean then they are closed Sunday ok and have to wait til Monday when the work week especially mines starts , wow complete disaster. Not a fan of this dealerships work by far after today, satisfaction ,customer service, integrity, and quality of work at a low one star. You don t do your valuable customers like this.

$350 repair bill for tightening my gas fuel cap. OUTRAGEOUS. Toyota has a check engine light for environmental controls. Anytime a check engine light is on, Don McGill requires $140 diagnostic fee with the hand held scanner. They read the error codes and then checked the gas tank emission controls. The technician indicated he tightened the gas cap, and the problem was fixed. This is an absolute money grab and took 3 hours. BEWARE OF THIS DISHONEST MONEY GRAB!

It s almost impressive how many employees walk around in circles doing nothing. Some at least try to look busy. Others walk aimlessly with their phone in both hands. An hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. My truck has moved to four different spots in the shop. Been an hour and just now on the lift. I was quoted $700 for the front breaks on my last visit (pads and labor only.) Absolutely ridiculous. This dealership is not what it used to be.

I made an appointment to get my oil changed being a brand new customer. The representative was very helpful and explaining things to my understanding. Everyone was very friendly in a timely manner. My car was service for an oil change and tire rotation. Had to take my truck in for service today and I was so impressed. Taylor came up to me with a smile and was so helpful. She made sure that I knew everything that was gonna happen with no fluff. She was so nice and helpful. She even ordered me an Uber because I had errands. I know it s a small thing but not having to worry about that mad a big difference. Came in for a oil change, get a free oil pool on drive way. Here are photos taken less than 24 hours from an oil change service. The oil pan bolt was lose up on touch. Yikes!!!Left a detail message to the service manager asking for call back and provided details with service desk reception as well, they said they'll call back within 24 hours. It's been 5 days, guess their phone system is not working neither.

It was explained to me what needed to be done and was told the time this should take. My wait in the service waiting area was comfortable and pleasant. The service was completed in the time that they had told me. Not a good experience. Very unresponsive despite promises to send estimates for work. Never call you back. Finally had a job done, but they somehow "lost" my reservation, and it took extra time to check the car in. When finished in afternoon, it was clearly unfinished and not close to quality level for checkout. Do they not know how to glue on trim? Supremely disappointing. Not sure I've ever felt less respected by a business, and this all came AFTER already complaining about the non-responsiveness to Lindsey Lobos. So she really didn't help solve the issue at all.

Brought my car for an 8am appointment. It was done at exactly 10am. I had new headlights put in and transmission fluid flushed. I was charged for 4.5 hours at $165/hour. I asked Ivan (the service member) why they charged for 4.5 hours of labor if it only took 2hrs. I got the most round about answer. Only to pop the hood of my car and see that they did not put the plastic rivets back in, that hold the plastic trim pieces.For some reason, I would ve understood being charged 3 hours. But I do not understand being charged over double the time it took. If you re going to make up numbers then come up with a number for each service. If you re going to charge by the hour, then actually charge by the hours it took!

At this dealership, everything takes forever, they have so many service advisors but you never get an update on status of repair or work.Definitely don't use their windshield guy. If you bought a warranty there better bring the paperwork as it definitely isn't in their system. The paint and fabric warranty does not cover minor touch up work as the finance guy will tell you to get you to buy the service. Free oil changes! Great right except the forget to re-attach the cover and now you have to replace it or something else. (Seems intentional)Advice to Don Mcgill be upfront about wait times, get rid of some of your service advisors it's not like they answer the phone and hire some more skilled technicians to complete repairs.
