I was there for a tire rotation and balancing. Was in and out within 40 minutes and that too at noon . They are very courteous, the front desk staff and jorge. Did the rotation and balancing well and even checked my spare tire air pressure. Highly recommend this store compared to the one on Buffalo Speedway store.

This is my go to location for all tire related issues. The prices are straightforward. The staff are friendly and respectful and they are not here just trying to rip you off just because you re a woman.I highly recommend discount tire. I woke up this morning and my back tire was completely flat. My other three had pretty low tread and I needed them replaced soon anyhow. Unfortunately my vehicle requires special tires that need to be ordered in from else where. I called all over town. Most places would make me wait a few days.But at Discount Tire I was able to come in and get all four of my tires replaced with warranty for only $450 SAME DAY! The special tires arrived with in two hours of ordering them. Thank you thank you thank you discount tire on Stella Link. Y all never let me down.

I have dealt with discount tire for over 25 years at the store that is located on 9402 Stella Link Rd. in Houston Texas. The manager is very rude. I had an issue with an employee that did not give me the correct information I came back to try and rectify the problem. The manager was OK with it. I came in the next day, stood in line. He didn t even acknowledge that. I was standing there. He took another customer in front of me. I remained calm three or four other gentlemen asked me had been helped I remain calm stood there. He walked past me five or six times didn t speak didn t acknowledge me when it was not my fault that his employee made a mistake the day before I will never deal with discount tire the company as a whole again in my life, he s always rude to me what is very pleasant with other customers when I m always very pleasant with him the company should feel embarrassed that they have a manager representing them this way I still purchased the two tires as I told him I would do this place needs some more training on their customer service skills

I have to dealt with discount tires for years the location on Stella Link, in Houston Texas. They drive the customers cars really fast. They have horrible attitude. They re horse playing we can simply ask them a question or to get a price on tires. That attitude are simply horrible. There are several other companies that sell the same exact thing that discount does. This will be my last visit with this company you hire people that represent your company in this manner, I sure don t want to be a customer ever again the videos of the horse playing and driving customers cars recklessly has been recorded by several different customers

Discount Tire General Manager, Mr.Cutter And Assistant Manager, Mr. Douglass Wolf are the leaders who provide the best quality service and they stand firm on their promises. My cars have been serviced for many years at this location. They fix any mistakes and problems if they mess it up while working on my vehicle . I recommend this shop! Kudos for Cutter and DOUGIEWOLF .

Great experience at this business today. I was greeted kindly by store manager Cutter. He serviced me with a smile and installed my tire at a good price . I look forward to coming back to this location when I m ready for my next set of shoes . Also big shout out to all the other members of the team here as well, they got that the job done correctly. This establishment is under outstanding leadership by manager Cutter.

1/12/24 I came in to purchase 2 new tires and while taking the tire off the lug nut broke. Cutter and Manny told me about the problem and took care it. They told me which shop that can fix it and they took care of the cost. I'm really grateful for their concern and the care that was displayed. I really appreciate you guys and the wonderful customer service that was given too me.

Raul was awesome!!! I am a single mom clueless about any car problems. He explained every detail to me. He was so nice and helped me feel at ease about my tire problem. He listened to me and helped me make an affordable decision to fit my budget! He also let me bring in my dog to sit in the waiting room! Thank you Raul!

I went to Discount Tire on 11/9/23 (Ford Edge 2008) and was met with impressive service from Raul. I was greeted warmly. Raul explained the options and was able to change out my rims and get me back on the road safely. I was in and out in less than an hour. I recommend Discount Tire to anyone needing new tires or tire service. Thank you Raul and the guys that worked on my car!

I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire on Stella Link on Friday, Jan. 5, 2024. After a rough day at work in the Med Center, I walked out to my car in the garage and found the right rear tire completely flat, with a visible nail in it. A garage employee was able to get air in the tire and I safely made it to Discount Tire. I met with a courteous young man named Douglas who explained how they'd determine whether it could be patched or whether a new tire would need to be purchased. About twenty minutes later, one of the technicians (sorry, I didn't catch his name, also a courteous young man), showed me the tire with the nail in the area and at an angle that can't be patched. What I found most impressive is that Douglas did not try to upsell me to buy two new tires. I made the decision myself to get a 2nd tire so I'd have two new tires on the same axle. All in all, this took just a little over an hour and I was on my way home. I enthusiastically recommend this location and will be a customer for life. Thank you, Discount Tire, for helping out this damsel in distress!

It is so comforting that they take care of your tires for you, and some of the care is free. When my tires were very worn, I was going to replace them in pairs. They cut me a deal to buy a full set WITH the hazard protection for just a bit more. It wasn't the brand I had chosen, but the brand I chose wasn't really what I wanted; those escalated in cost. Needless to say, they put me back on the road SAFELY, not financially broke!I wish they had more stores around, they do seem packed everywhere all the time.

Since the weather has changed mostly everybody receive notice surrounding their tire pressure and went to go get their tire pressure checked. I was no exception to the rule. There was a line at this particular location however the location was moving very quickly in checking people's tires.

After my last set of new tires, I noticed a bit of fender scrape when hitting unforeseen and serious bumps in the road (thanks Houston). The associate at Discount Tire thoroughly inspected my tires and their clearance and gave me a recommendation that was both aesthetically pleasing, and reduced the overall wear on my fender and fender liners. I was very impressed with the knowledge with the staff. The one downside was I saw a technician remove a hub centric ring from my rim and they clearly didn t know what it was and had to ask another technician what is was and how to reinstall it.

My low tire came on and stopped here to have them put air and noticed that I had a nail in my tire. They were close to closing and still offered to patch it. They got me in and out and were all super friendly! Great Customer service definitely wins business!

Do not got this location, they re the cheaters. Let me tell you about my experience. Two weeks ago, my flat tire signal lighted up, so I went to this shop to check. A staff filled the air for my tires and checked my tire tread depth, then told me that it s the time to change my tires because my tire tread depths are 3. I told him that I had to come next time because I didn t have a free time that day. So, I went back to this shop yesterday and told another staff that my tires might need to be replaced, and he said he could tell that even without measuring the tire tread depth. Then I told him that I bought my tires in their shop and had 6000-miles warranty, right now I only drove them for 2500 miles. That staff checked my files in their system and confirmed I did have a warranty. Then he said I have to measure your tire tread depth again , then he came back to told me that your tire tread depth is 5, and he could only replace my tires with some credits, because I could only get free replacements at tread depth of 3. I was shocked and said you just told me my tire depth was 3, now you said it s 3? Can you measure it again with me? At this time, another staff came, and he measured my tires with me. The measurements are 5, 3 and 4, 5 and 4 are at the left and right sides of my tires and 3 is the middle measurement. Then he said your tire tread depth is 5 and 5 is still in a safe ranges, so we can only give you some credits instead of free replacements. I said If my tires are still in safe ranges, why did your staff ask me to replace them? And should you use the tire middle measurement instead of left side? It s ridiculous that this shop cheats their customers like this. I will never go back to this shop again.

5 stars bc I was in and out fast! If your busy like me this place is great! I got a flat on my Benz suv, they checked my spare, I paid for my tire and the next day picked it up. Ubaldo scheduled a time with me to install and I got a call, a text, and a tracker to notify me they got it early. they stuck to the time and I was in and out and matched me with the same tire. Great customer service bc these guys are fast and do it right, no bs.

I came in 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday with an impact bubble, and was met by Scott with a smile. Thank you, Scott, for being so friendly and for sharing all of your knowledge with me.
