This Discount Tire treated me like I was family!!! Manager, Mr. Philip was super knowledgeable about my truck. The salesman Alex had me in and out . But the most important guy on the team was Jacob the tire tech did an excellent job. I don t even live on this side of town but I definitely will be back.

Very communicative, thorough, friendly. From the front counter working all the people in line to the service room they do a great job here.But that s twice now they have popped off and lost the emblem on my rim of my Nissan and that is frustrating. Along with a sensor.

I go to this Discount Tire because it's close to my job. The experience has always been good except one time I had a bad experience. But, yesterday I went and Juan assisted me, he was very nice and helpful, not too pushy about trying to make me buy more tires, he was very understanding. By far, my best experience yesterday.

Joshua is 5 stars. He helped me and was very informative and professional. Later I witnessed a customer get a little Karen-esque, even point and wag her finger at Joshua. He remained kind and patient with said customer. 5 stars. I don t have the patience for that, but he handled it with grace and professionalism.

If there was a less than one star I would go for itThe tire quality is very poor, I paid to change all tires and it should've gave me 60k milesDidn't even give me 2000 miles and the tire is on the ground.Got stuck in a bad area at 2 am where I feared of getting mugged from the homeless around meWent through 5 different gas station to fill up air to make sure I get home safe.Service was good with the workers but the tire quality is bad. Discount tire I will never eve recommend you to my worst enemy!!!New! More ways to react to reviews.

Bad service, I was waiting almost 20 minutes to check the air in the car's tires, I fell asleep, nobody attended to me, I know that I am not the only person who should attend and they were busy, but then why offer the server, I am a customer and I have spent some dollars in the business, how long does it take to check the air? 1 or 2 min, nothing, while the person in red saw me like 4 times and did nothing to help me, he just kept looking at his boxes

Tire safety is extremely important to me. I had a tire that went completely flat after a couple of days of looking low. Found a nail in the tire. Aired it up and got it to DT. Greeted immediately and went ahead and put 4 Michelin tires on so that they would all start off with the same tread. From my arrival to my departure was about an hour wait time. I did not have an appt. Satisfied!

We've been connected at the TIRE for at least 20 odd years. Satisfaction has been guaranteed and I'm still here. Just turned 76, I need my friends at Discount Tire on my side, as always, thank you for all you do with a smile

Tuesday night I had to bring my car at 5:55pm because I got a flat on my way home from work. I thought they would turn me away but the shift lead was very helpful and kind. My car was ready in 10min!

honestly my experience was great... came in as a walk in... ordered tires changed all within 30-45 min... service was friendly... shocked me the speed and they weren't empty. I usually go to the hwy 6 location ...

I spent my whole lunch hour waiting for someone to put air in my tire!!!! I called the office and talked to jose and he told me just be patient. I buy I have always bought all of my tires from discount tire this is an excusable workers just kept walking by me like I might even hear.

I have been a customer for 15 years from California to now living in Houston and I have never received such horrible service. Alex the Manager and two other staff member were at the register while myself and at least six cars were waiting for air service. I had to get out of my car to see what was going on as no one came out to let us know if they were doing air or not. Horrible Service.

Broke the cap from my hubcap. They agreed to replace it and when I went to pick it up I noticed that there was a drawer full of replacements for various cars. The guy reinstalled my cap and did not put it on correctly because by the time I got home it was lost. I will be contacting corporate

I came here to change out a wheel that got bent from accidentally driving over the Echo/Blalock pothole. Thankfully I had a quick and easy experience getting a wheel replacement installed at Discount Tire!Attention: City of Houston/Spring Branch, the pothole at Echo/Blalock still has not been fixed and it was not noticeable, especially at night, since the cones were knocked down )

Discount tire like any other tire company seems to take forever. Even if you have an appointment, it doesn t seem to speed the process up at all. I ve made appointments for every time and they didn t take my car until 30 minutes after I get there. They must be short staffed are not very organized, but otherwise and that I love everything about them. The prices are competitive, and I said to do a professional job and installation.

Tires were supposed to arrive in 4 days. They arrived in 1 day instead. DT gave me a call and told me they could install tires 3 days ahead of schedule. I immediately went to their office. Tires changed in 30 mins. I had lost the wheel locks. They took them out for free. They checked treads on tires and gave me the measurements free of charge. Couldn't ask for a better service.

As usual, Discount Tire on Longpoint did not disappoint. They are always so slammed, yet the guys had my truck in and out in less than 30 minutes! And they are always so personable and professional. My husband and I have gone there for years and I've seen them "in the weeds" with a store full of customers. Yet they get things done and provide excellent customerservice. Kudos to the hard working folks there! You'll always have loyal customers in our household!

This Discount Tire is usually not very busy. There is easy access to the freeway. They have chairs outside for customers to wait but they are not clean, they look like they are very old. I don t mind using them but most women would not want to sit on any of them. Most of the chairs are in he sun as well. The business could be better organized.

Last week my daughter went to have her tires rotated and balanced. She was informed that all 4 tires needed to be replaced. We thought this was weird as the tires were purchased in March 2022. My husband took the car to another Discount Tire. They performed the service and told him that everything was fine. We have bought our tires exclusively from Discount Tire for over a decade. It is disappointing that the technicians would see a young woman and try to take advantage of her. In the year 2023 it would be nice if women could go to a mechanic and not be treated this way. Sadly she did not get the name of the man who tried to swindle her. When I called, the manager made it sound like perhaps she had misunderstood, but since they wouldn t rotate and balance the tires that day because they were too worn out to be safely used, I don t think that was the case. So not only are their techs being taught to mark women, their managers are taught to cover for them. The actions of few reflect on the whole company.

I pulled up to only have one of my tires have put air into it. They denied and insisted on having all 4 of my tires replaced. These guys really will do anything for commission.I just went to my nearest gas station and did it myself.

Always on point with their service, they have implemented a line for miscellaneous tasks, such as air pressure checks and quick patches. This has not only streamlined the service but also designated parking spots for easy customer identification and order of arrival. Now, regardless of the type of line, people can be properly taken care of in the order in which they arrived. This ensures that no one feels slighted or overlooked by any arrogant or pompous individuals who may be present at the time.

Will always take the time to report outstanding work vs complaining about people not doing enough. This location is customer obsessed and does it in a way that makes you happy to be their customer. Met PHILLIP today. I walk in a little late to which he was already waiting for me (he knows his business). After apologizing he told me not to worry and that they would make up the time for me. Enjoy some conversation about our trucks and just life in general (positive upbeat guy). He then took over from there and had my truck ready in less than 30 minutes. Amazing service with a smile! Thank you Phillip. Appreciate your approach and quality of service. Discount has a good one!

Have had them rotating my factory tires for 7 years. Time I bought a set.Megan was great and very knowledgable. Upgraded to a slightly larger tire with same rims.Have been using DT for a long time and they always give consistently good service and value.--12mar2024 free air!

I just really want to thank the team here at Discount Tire. I ve had a really bad experience from a used tire shop recently and I just decided to come to Discount Tire in hopes to get some good customer service and I got that and more, it was EXCELLENT! Phillip was very attentive, quick and super helpful with my issue on my tire and got the team to fix it right away! I couldn t be more impressed and will definitely be giving my business to this location because of Phillip and the rest of the team there on Long Point! Thank you so much!

Josue was awesome, they took care of me right away and recommended the best solution for my issue. They were finished before I could even get back from breakfast next door.
