Great service! My tire was patch for free in less than an hour. Staff is really welcoming. My special thanks to Ismael for his kindness, and honest technical support for my upcoming new tires. I ll be back.

Andrew gave us a great experience. He was working the front counter. He listened to me quite a while while I vented about the horrific month I was having. He took care of us without me having to provide any information. We were in and out within a relatively short time. They were very efficient. I really unloaded on the guy. He kept a great attitude and listened to my complaints about life while providing a professional standard of service. I wish I could get the same experience elsewhere. He deserves a raise and a promotion. We are a hard luck case. Thank you, Andrew.

I've been coming here for ~ 3 years and always have high quality service and advice. Most recently the tire light was coming on my dash and the technician showed grit and expertise tracking down the problem. Once I did NOT take their advice to replace the old spare when I purchased 4 new tires and it costs me more later on when I had to replace it. Despite being a high volume chain, they seem to always provide high quality service from people that certainly look like they are doing their best to serve me right.

Just moved and this is now the fourth Discount Tire I ve been a regular at. Very competitive prices for any budget and consistently great service. Interestingly this location doesn t have hydraulic lifts, but the crew still gets the job done, just like back in the good old days.If you re in a rush, highly recommend the online appointment request. I scheduled online the night before and when I went in at my time there was a long line of customers in front of me. They were being told 1-2 hour wait due to high volume. Discount Tire honored my appointment request and had me in and out in 45 minutes. Very appreciative of this service. Thanks, Mike!I should also add that their free tire pressure check includes free flat fix. I ve used this service many times. The only fine print is if they cannot safely fix your tire you need to replace it, or they will not touch it. It s a very sound and common sense policy if you ask me.

Very friendly staff, they're always busy but I was able to get my tire replaced under warranty on a walk in, in less than one hour! best service I've seen in a Discount Tire!

Nick and Johnathan did a really good job. I called on Wednesday and ordered a set of tires that they do not carry. I was not in town, but they allowed my father come in and pay the deposit for me. The tires arrived on time and were the correct size for my vehicle. The service was very professional. Even though they were busy, they installed my tires in a very timely manner. I was happy with the service.

What I like about them is they offer free Air Check and topup if required.Have been here for alignment n balancing once, and regularly go there for air checks.Would be my first preference when I get tyres changed next time.

They left my truck unlocked with my tools exposed in the back of the parking lot. Did not contact me when they finished changing tires to add insult to injury, increasing risk of theft.I expect they would take more care of my property when in their care. The consequence of the tools being stolen would have been personally devastating to my business.

One they took care of me in 30 min or less. Got a deal for the tires. 3 they were super friendly and helpful even when I was stressed.

I had a nail in my tire and Hunter provided exceptional assistance, offering clear and accurate estimates for when I could expect to leave. The new feature of being able to track my car's progress through text messages is really cool. Discount Tire patched my tire free of charge, which was truly impressive. I would also like to acknowledge Andrew for his excellent communication skills, as he kept everyone informed about wait times and ensured a comfortable experience for all customers. His efforts truly made a difference.

They did Tire rotation, balancing and alignment. I ended up with missing center caps. When I called up to report, I was told upfront that it fell off the street. Well, had the mechanic who did those services did properly re-attach my center caps and been not careless and did no shortcuts for a quick turnaround (place was quite full that day), I am sure my wheel parts are still intact. It's a small thing but I am trying all I can to preserve the original content of my cars or else I'll end up buying worthless and costly replacement pieces because of their thoughtlessness. I will never recommend this branch in 10700 Westheimer Rd Houston, TX 77042-3404 or you may end up spending more to replace your wheel parts that I will say will not end on other side of the fence or will not end up in e-Bay. But you may end spending more than you should just to replace the parts the mechanics suddenly forgot to re-attach properly. advertently or inadvertently misplaced tire parts. I paid their services just for them to lose my center wheel cap. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND.

I had a front tire vibration issue. After a rebalance the vibration was still there. The suspension checked out fine, so Discount Tire then inspected the wheel and tire separately and found that the tire was was out of spec. Since these tires were purchased at Discount Tire they replaced the tire at no charge. The car drives very smoothly now. Thanks Dicsount Tire.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! Definitely an inviting, easy, and safe experience. Every employee is very welcoming the second you walk through the door. For some reason, we always have the pleasure of working with Staff ,Excellent customer service!! Not a single bad thing to say about this location. My family already frequents here; although, Their warranties and after sales service wow I would recommend this particular Discount Tire to everyone!

Customer service was amazing! They were willing to match Costco's price and the employees were very helpful in answering my questions! I ended up getting 4 new tires and an alignment! I would definitely recommend this Discount Tire and I would go again!

Just a FAIR warning to future customers using Discount Tire at this location.....I have used many Discount Tires in the past. Since I moved closer to here, I have been using this location more.Unfortunately, even though my tires have warranty. I was not PRO-rated for the wear of the tire. I kept repeating this to remind the service guy at the front counter. When I went back home to look at my receipt, I see that the receipt does not show any PRO-rated discount on my new purchase of tires I bought from Discount Tires.I am reluctant to write bad reviews but this is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE when I repetitively remind the sales person to pro-rate my tires and did not get the warranty for it.

The customer service here is top tier! Every time I go everyone is so friendly, understanding and helpful. Needed to have my tire sensors replaced on my car which currently has some limitations and while other locations said they couldn t help me, Johnny didn t hesitate and told me to come right in. I arrived and he assisted me with getting my car serviced with no stress on my part and Nick was wonderful with helping the whole process move quickly and getting me back on the road. These guys made what felt like an impossible task feel like a breeze and I m very grateful to them for that.

Great experience! They called me around 330PM that they had received my complete set of tires, scheduled me for 4:45PM same day and I was out in less that 30 minutes. The guys were all in a good mood and we re very helpful. Best experience in a tire shop for sure

Dude had an attitude and was super disrespectful before I even said one word when I walked in the door . He s very lucky I told myself to stay calm today or I woulda definitely knocked him out .
