This is THE BEST Discount Tire in Houston!!! I had a nail in my tire and they were able to get me patched up and back driving in less than 20 mins. Thank you Josue M. for being so kind and caring. I will be back. I truly appreciate your service. Thank you!

Best car maintenance experience I have ever had. This awesome team got my car taken care of with 4 new tires in less than an hour and the manager Sergio went above and beyond to give exceptional customer service. Unexpected major car expenses are stressful at baseline but this team was truly a blessing and made my stressful day so much better. Even my 3 year old says thank you!

I wish I could give these guy 7 out of 5 stars! You have a flat ... you get a smile, great service and the tire fixed at no charge!Discount Tire gets 100 percent of my tire business on all 4 cars. With the exception of Firestone's Lifetime Tire Alignment. Discount does not do alignment.Their expertise is genius level ... I feel like I get a college course every time I talk to their management team. They replaced two non-working tire sensors at no cost.They will always get my business!

I went to get a flat tire repair from a tire that I purchased from them. The associate tells me that the tire can't be fixed cause the nail is big. I know you can't fix it if it's on the side, but in the middle of the tread, it is fixable. But he was very clear to try to sell me another tire, but I know you can't trust humans. I go to mom and pop tire shop, and they fix the tire for 20 bucks. Now, if I was a idiot and just listened, then I would've spent 300 bucks unnecessarily. Discount tire has lost a customer forever.

Today, 11-22-2023, at approximately 9:15, I stopped at this Discount Tire store to have some air put in my tires. As I pulled in a young Hispanic male came out with a sign stating air for tires were temporarily closed. He put the sign behind a truck that was there, there were no other vehicles there waiting. I looked at him in disbelief and as I continued to pull in, which I had no choice I couldn t back back I would have been in the street. He continued to stare at me until I pulled off their property. Customer service would have been nice , if he had come to me and explained why that service was closed, BUT he didn t. I normally go to the one on Stella Link / 610 freeway, who has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Of course I called and made a complaint, and then was told why that service was temporarily closed and like I said to the person I would have understood that a lot better than just putting a sign out and not communicating with your customers. And btw, I was the only car there. To the young guy who did that, if you don t want to work, don t, I m pretty sure someone else would love to have your job. This Discount Tire will never get my business again.

I recently visited this location to have my tires changed and balanced, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Francisco, the assistant manager who assisted me, was great. From the moment I walked in, Francisco was kind and knowledgeable. He identified that one of my tires had a bump that had been causing my car to vibrate while driving. Thanks to his help, I now have a smoother and safer ride! I'll be returning to this location for any future tire repair needs.

If you buy tires from here, get the warranty it s worth it! I had a nail in one tire and the replacement was covered! We were in and out in 30 min. Thanks Juan and the rest of the crew for the great customer service!

Went in today due to a noise my tire was making that sounded like a nail/screw was in it. As soon as I walked in I was told they would be right with me making me feel welcomed and attended to. Josue was the one that helped me. He was attentive, polite, and courteous. He confirmed that there was a screw in the middle of my tire and that it is fixable.I ve always been to Discount Tires, but this was my first time at this location. I will be back! All of the gentlemen were polite and professional, and I was in and out within 25 minutes! Thank you guys! :)

They are fine , just they need some more knowledge about free repair form process .. they are trying doing their job but comparing with other branch I just visited today .. they are ok but you have to know what do you need exactly because you might have the wrong advise I gave four stars for the bug name of the company who I know who they are and how they are trying to be the best in customer services ..Don t forget to request a free repair form in case something broken FREE

I went because I was having trouble with one of my tires. The supervisor Francisco didn't want to check it and said I needed a whole new tire. So I left and went to a different place where they actually took a look at it and fixed my tire. I am very unsatisfied with the service on this location; mind you that I have been a loyal customer for years.

I would give a 0 star. I got off work and went to Discount Tire West Bellfort Location and it was 5:30 I asked the young guy to put air in my tire just one tire that I noticed was getting low on air and he told me no to come back at 8 in the morning and told me that they closed the air part 15 minutes early. I told him y all close at 6 and you can t just do this one tire that is low. He said I told you to come back at 8 in the morning. I come to this location all the time and I never had this problem before. They already had the Garage doors half way closed at 5:30 and they close at 6 I will be reporting to corporate also. Poor customer service

He was very professional, kind, in helping provide the best solution for my urgent need of damaged tires in a timely manner. Mr. Lopez you have exceeded my expectations, I am truly grateful for what you have done for me. Also, please relay my appreciation to your asst mgr Fabrizzio and the technician that serviced my vehicle. I've been to this particular Discount Tire location on multiple occasions and have been impressed with the service each time. On the most recent trip, I had to deal with replacing a tire and fully expected to have to pay out of pocket for it. It just so happened that I'd paid for the road hazard insurance and the cost of the replacement was waived. They rotated the tires and topped up the pressure for free and the only charge was $14 to reactivate the hazard insurance. Works for me!

They tried to sell my wife 1200 dollars worth of new tires and the ones on her car can go for at least another year if you don't tires don't go to them all they're trying to do is rip you off

Had my car towed to Discount Tire this morning due to a blowout. As soon as my car was dropped, Jamal came out and started assisting me. He got everything going real fast and easy, and my tires taken care of in less than an hour. Very much appreciated. Definitely recommend this location.

Very nice, and professional staff. They are very helpful and the prices are even good compared to Sam's where I'm a member. They are knowledgeable of the products and recommended the best tire options. Also quickly changed out my set of tires.

First and far most, they fix nails and small leaks for FREE!! Are you kidding me??!!! these group of gentleman know what they are doing and know what customer service is. They ALL greeted me w a good morning and we will be right w you, goes a long way now a days. Great job manager keep up the great work.

These guys are always friendly and willing to give you a good deal. They are happy to check the air in your tires for free and will fix a flat for free. You can call ahead for an appointment so you don't have to wait. Ricky the manager is really nice

Great experience! Spoke to associate named Grey on the phone for a tire replacement. He gave me an excellent price, over $150 cheaper than another company - the one that has their own blimp ;) When I arrived I was greeted promptly, the place was really busy, but they got my truck in right away, with a service time guarantee! When repair was finished, everything was as originally stated, no upsells, extra fees or charges. Overall great experience. These guys are great!!

I made an appointment with hopes of getting in and quicker than I did... unfortunately a busy Saturday morning appointment doesn't matter. I just needed to get a slow leak repaired; I was promised to get out by 10:15... that didn't happen

I had a nail In One of my tires, and it created noise every time the tire was spinning.The air pressure did not go down.I came to discount tire at exactly 8 AM to get there before there are lines.there were already 3-4 customers ahead of me.After about five minutes of waiting someone came to assist me he was very efficient, he checked the tire and pulled it out and verified that there is no air running out.The service was for free,so I tipped the guy.He told me that I should check and verify my air pressure for free-so I did.For the air pressure line there were about three cars in front of me and about five minutes of waiting.The guy that checked my tire after asking him to-checked the rest of my tires as well + Did a quick tread depth and age of my tires as well for free.He was very patient and explained to me about my tire results.Overall the place is very efficient plus they offer free repairs if you buy your tires from them.
