Guy working the counter named Fabrizzio is the reason I will come back to this location! He s awesome and fantastic customer service. There are two locations closer to me but I saw this one had what I needed in stock so I decided to roll on over here. He got me all set and they had me in and out as fast as I could ve wanted.

Today I discovered I had a nail in one of my tires. I went to this location & the customer service was outstanding. The guy at the front desk was helpful & I felt very comfortable. They got my tire patched in a timely manner. I m always glad to be respected at a vehicle-based business as a woman. 10/10!!

I received amazing service from Tino and the team! I was able to order my Hankook Ion Evo tires and price match the same day. I was in and out in 25 minutes. The tires themself ride like a dream. They definitely earn your business and treat you with the utmost respect. I highly recommended this location and any Tesla owners!

I was towed in for a flat on Saturday afternoon. This team had me checked in and out in an hour! After going over a couple of options they got to work immediately so I enjoyed a cold bottle of water and read some news while the guys worked. Really thankful for the professional team and quick turnaround.

Visited right after the holiday and it was pretty busy but Jose assisted me in my new tire service. I needed brake service as well and the referral also took great care of me. Came back to this location to get an alignment and I was referred to another Discount Tire location for service which upheld the great service.Thank you!

Worst vehicle service experience of my life. I always go to discount tire for anything wheels and tires and they always do a good job but not this location.1. The guy literally drove my truck backwards with the jack still behind it, messing up my brake lines and I probably have to get new ball joints.2. I reminded them twice to rotate the tires and they simply would not.3. 2 hours over the estimated time. Which is the only thing I'm okay with.

All four of my tires were low this morning and I didn t want to take time to get them examined, I just wanted a quick way to get them all aired up without killing my knees, and what do you know? I was in the area and dropped by Discount Tire to find they have exactly what I wanted...a drive up free air service! I wish I had had cash to tip the young man who helped me, but I didn t, so I am making sure to leave a review. I will definitely come back for service when I need it!

Came for a fast tire patch, Mario was super friendly, Discount Tire always gets you with the upselling but Mario did a good job without being too aggressive about it. Was in and out and the tire patch was done at no cost. This was actually my second time at the store, good experiences all around, will continue coming here.

I scheduled an appointment for a tire repair, but was able to go 2 hours earlier. It wasn t a problem for them to get me in when I arrived. They repaired my tire for free (all tire repairs are free I believe). It was busy, but I didn t wait longer than an hour. Great service.

The place was clean, the employees were professional, the work was good and they didn't even charge me. For this level of service I would pay to have the tire fixed. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Good place to go have your tires repair or to replace them with new ones. Prices are reasonable and the warranty covers nails and such. You can watch the tech repairs your tire through the see through glass in the main lobby. Service is friendly and knowledgeable. Place needs a WiFi so you can kill time while you wait.

I have been patronizing Discount Tire for decades. They are always professional, efficient, and always going out of their way to satisfy the customer. I want to commend my favorite location at Hillcroft and Westheimer and especially Jose. Got me my tires in record time.

I was next in line for tire pressure check for 20 minutes and the tech guy was still chatting with the driver of the car in front of me. There was a line of car waiting behind me. There s one or two cars already left the line, and the service guy was still chatting. I understand it is a complimentary service but if you see a line of people waiting, please have some courtesy to speed it up or move aside to not hold up the line. I won t be back there again.

Honest and fast service. Appreciated the advice on purchasing new tires, no upselling or pushy sales. Free wipers too and fast walk-in service, 30 mins on a Saturday PM. Will only be coming here for all my tire needs from now on!

These place is next to my condo and I have been there a few times....they are professionals, and all the guys at the front desk treat you really good. They boys working with the tires are fast and the quality is always the same.....I do recommend this place if you need to change or check your tires

Went to get a tire rotation and inspection because of a drop in pressure in one of my tires. Service was quick, about 30 minutes.I was told that a nail was found in the tire that was causing concern, and that it was removed and the tire was patched. I did not inspect the work done before leaving due to having work after my appointment.When I got in my car to head home after work, my tire pressure light was on, which I found odd. After checking my tires, I found that a valve cap was not put back on one of my tires, which coincidentally is the tire that was patched up.So, I went to buy new valve caps. Once those were put on, I used my digital tire inflator on my tires. Next day, I noticed my tire pressure light was on again. All of my tires were at the target PSI except for the tire that was patched, meaning air was somehow still coming out of it.I was happy with how quick the service was, but I can t help but feel a little disappointed by the issues I am still having following my appointment.

Not only do these guys know what they re doing, but they also always put the customer first, and make you feel like you re right at home!I just went to have my tires inflated since the cold weather made my dashboard light up like a Christmas tree, stating all the tires were low, lol!The young man filling air in my tires was incredible, professional, and made great conversation, all the while never trying to upsell me on anything I didn t need.This is the reason I ve previously purchased all my tires there, and will continue to do so in the future!I had my bicycle in the car as well, and he told me he d fill up the air in those tires too if he could, but unfortunately that pump wouldn t work on them, lol!Great crew they ve got there!

went to get two tires installed, app didn't notify me car was finished nor did anyone call to let me know car was done. after getting there to pick up my truck i find that someone stole a $2 dollar bill that was given to me by my wife last year on the lunar new year. discount tire underpays their employees that bad they have to steal two dollars. I let the manager know he had a thief working for him but you could tell he did not care. last time i go discount tire. discount tire do better

Amazing customer service! Still raving about my experience.I quickly came to them during my lunch break when one of my tire alerts came on and Flavio promptly checked all of my sensors and then had Christoper help me with refilling them. Christopher was very helpful in inspecting them to make sure they didn t have an air leaks.Thankful for such great attention to detail!Highly recommend!!

Waited for almost half an hour to be acknowledged by the employees who were talking to each other and playing on their phones even though I was standing right in front of them. As I started to leave is when they asked if I had any questions. Deplorable service.

This is my local store for all things tire related. Free air, free flat fixes and I use them when it's time for new tires. Trustworthy to give good value for the cost

I have all 4 tires replaced for a RAV4 2017. Excellent service. They were a little bit overinflated but I just let some air out.I did also installed 4 Kenda Kevler tired I bought myself and one of them was installed the other way around and I came back to get it fixed and they were very very helpful and they rushed the service. Spent 10 min thereAmazing service, great experience. I am very impressed.Thank you folks.

Flavio and the whole team were phenomenal. Got there a little early for my appt. and they were able get me started right away. I appreciated their candor with the status of my tires and their professional recommendations without pressuring me into purchasing more than I needed. I also had a great conversation with the whole team working the desks. Everyone was SO NICE! And I didn t feel patronized for being a chick walking in to talk tires/cars/etc. I will be coming back here to get my tires taken care of in the future for sure.

They do a great job for having a million clients at once.Newer location, can look inside. Luckily mine was front row. Here a hint, if you have a brand new car take it in and buy certificates for it, they'll warranty your new car tires. Unless you're blessed with never needing a replacement tire, which in Houston you must be a unicorn.

I had an appointment scheduled, but decided to arrive early and was in and out replacing two front tires along with rotation within a hour, which is amazing! Jose provided amazing customer service! Thanks to the Team at DCT!

The team was so welcoming and friendly. Even with a line of people waiting, they greeted everyone and thanked them for coming in. Very impressed with the level of customer service while waiting for my vehicle.
