These guys do a pretty good job, except in putting BACK your tire stem caps the ones that came on your vehicle not the cheesy generic black ones they have tossed all over the floor. I only go to discount and they have taken or misplaced my Benz caps yet again. And can never find them even if you go right back. ;-(

Waited over an hr for a tire repair. When I was no one in line. Then told it would be an hour. Wait an hour, and they hadn't pulled the truck in. Spoke with the Manger "John" who says it take 9 to 10 minutes for a tire repair. But waited an hr. Not only bad service but management. When I spoke with "john" he seemed to no be bothered and was just on to the next. Will never return.

Discount tires always have been my favorite place to buy tires today. I had a bad experience. I came to do a tire rotation, on my company vehicle, but the person who was supposed to be helping me he was finding some excuses to sell me new tires. I just purchased tires three months ago and I did add all the warranties nothing wrong with the tire. All I need was tire rotation tried to do it every other oil change. So this time I think I m gonna take my business somewhere else.

This review is for Discount Tire 16004 1-45 North. Salesman Victor. I purchaseThree tired from this store. 2 tires with cash. Only under warranty. I was only given two tires. I attempted to obtain the additional tires that I paid for it was not added to my car. Not only that Victor tried to sell me two additional tires.I am so turned off by this experience and will be contacting Mr Perry from the Regional Office.Update Manager John is addressing and resolving my issue. Thank You John

There s a reason we only buy tires at discount. Even when service is bad *cough* brownwood discount tire *cough* it is still better than anywhere else. The only recommendation I have is to get some more trailer tires and rims. This is Texas yall. Whataburger literally designs their drive through to allow small trailers.

Purchased 4 new tires today from the Discount at 16004 I-45 today and has to be the best experience ever at discount. In and out in less than 45 min. John DW my sales rep really took care of me and will definitely go back!!

Every time i ve come to this discount tire, whether i m picking up for a delivery service or having service done to my own vehicle. My experience has always been pleasurable and professional. Victor was a huge help today, getting tires put on all the way around to my car. and they re so helpful with repairs. i ll always buy my tires here !

Recently, I made an appointment to have tires installed by Discount Tire's mobile tire installation van. The appointment was made 1 week prior to the tentative installation date. On the day of my appointment, I received a confirmation that they'll be at my residence at 9:30 am. However, the Discount Tire van never came. Two hours later, I received a text message stating they were servicing my vehicle despite never showing up. SUBSTANDARD SERVICE!

My Discount Tire experiences have always been very good except when I come to this location. I don t know what s wrong this one particular shop. They recommended that I replace all my tires, two were at 6mm and one at 7mm. All my current tires are from them and they denied my request to get them rotated. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this location.

This is the worst Discount Tire ever!! I had them replace a tire of mine because, my tire went bad, and they were so grateful and helpful that they damaged my car. They broke my lug nut and my wheel stud. I had just replaced this tire that day and, it was so bad that, it went flat that exact same day!! At 11:00p.m. after working a hard shift at my job, I was driving down the road and, all of a sudden I had a flat tire!!! I couldn't even get the tire off because of the idiot that stripped my lug nut. I had to call a wrecker and pay an additional fee just to get my tire in working condition to make it hime. So, then I had to turn around and take it back to Discount on my day off, only for them to tell me," We're not sure if we did it or you did it." After arguing with a rep, and him telling me multiple times, well we're still not sure if you did it, or we did it.. they found out that the valve stem was bad on the tire. I then was told to take the car into a repair shop where Discount paid for them to tix it and, I had them pay for the wrecker driver to come out. If you're not going to do your job and do it right then, get out of the business!! Not only did this cost me a huge amount of stress, this cost me my day off thanks to their screw ups!!!

I went because I got something stuck on my tire, I thought I had to pay at least $50 for the service, at the end they fixed perfectly and it was for free, they are very nice and great people.

I've been to several DT stores and this one is the most professional and efficient. Got a slow leaking tire (5 psi during period of a month) and it's time for rotation. Service advisor took note and Jeffery was able to find a tiny nail in the tire. Tire repair and rotation all done within 20 minutes. Very good!!Fred quickly programmed the new tpms sensors. The warning lights gone. Very good experience at this store again. Thanks a lot. Btw it s great to see the big air compressors gone. Replaced by Milwaukee M18 torque wrenches.

Horrible horrible horrible!!! I want to explain myself with pure clarity. I have a truck and trailer that I drive together. I had a flat on the TRUCK ONLY so I took to get repaired. After 2 hours of waiting I went outside and TWO discount tire techs had removed 2 tires OFF the TRAILER!!! Why???? I have no clue! I stopped them and told them the flat was on the TRUCK ONLY!!! Keep in mind this is all after I was checked in and showed the guy which tire was flat! Another hour n half I got it repaired and left! I told the mgr and all he said was yeah I don t know why they did that ! Well guess what .. the next morning, the exact same tire is FLAT AGAIN!!! I don t even know what to think anymore about discount tire stores!!! I have about 8 vehicles that I have tires with them on. I hope someone opens up a better chain of stores so I can go there! Their quality of work is slowly declining!!

I was driving home today and realized I had a flat tire 30 mins before they closed. I called them and they were so kind! They told me to come on in and that they would take care of me. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and they were amazing! I m so appreciative that I didn t have to wait until the next day to get it taken care of and risk damaging my car.

The cold weather shocked my tires, so when I got up this morning, they were all low. I get there at 8:10, and I'm out by 8:39. ALL the associates were wonderful!

The staff at this location were amazing and the service is definitely worth the wait. Discount took the time to fully examine my rim so it wouldn t damage my new tire.I felt comfortable knowing they put my daughter and I safely back on these bumpy Texas roads.

I came to discount tire stressed out completely and and low on money late for work. My girl was in the car not dressed for public. The manager John Wayne (that's his real name) told me not to worry and get to work he got me. He came to the car so my girl was comfortable and got a brand new tire on the car at a price I could afford. The rest of the staff was great too, KG and the Duke (John Wayne) I can't thank yall enough and it's free olive garden for life with me!!! Best experience ever

The staff at this Discount Tire are amazing. They all greet you as soon as you drive in the parking lot. They re all very presentable and make you feel welcome and safe. There are pretty quick and very experienced.

I arrived 30 min after they opened and even though they were already busy I was in and out in no time!! Gentleman at the counter was nice and professional and the techs in the bay all seemed happy. My tire balance and rotation took less than 30 min and they even found a nail in one of my tires which they repaired for no charge! Def coming back to this location for all my tire needs

hello my name Leonardo Santana. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It is the second time in this place that I leave my car for a punch on the tire and when I return they tell me that there is no solution. In this place, nails are driven into the tires in the places that cannot be repaired, so that you buy new tires. I have bought tires here several times. But I will never buy here again nor would I recommend it to anyone. I'll leave a picture of the nail if I can for you to see.

Great experience. Also management for this location is superb. John and Mark were knowledgeable, courteous, and get the job done. Also the person the work on the tires showed me what was bad. Have confirmed confidence while driving.

Best price in town. the only gripe I have is if you don't tell them you don't want full replacement tire certificates at $22 per tire, then they'll charge you for it. They should know better than to do this! Otherwise, they're still the best tire shop to go to no matter what. They also got right to my flat repair today when low tire pressure alarm went off at a stoplight right by them. Perfect timing if you ask me.

Needed air in my tires. They were ready and taking care of everyone. Nice to know that you can get help no matter how small when you need it!
