I recently went to discount tire on Hwy 6. I spoke to Blaze at the front desk about my flat tire on my Honda pilot, gave me the best pricing and was in and out in No time! Very professional environment and great customer service! Even offered complimentary water while we wait because of the hot weather. Thank you Blaze and Discount Tire ! we will be returning!

We came in after a flat tire. The staff was all courteous and efficient. Our tires were luckily purchased and warrantied (road hazard) by Discount Tire. We were in and out very quickly with only the cost of a warranty on the new tire.

Came in for a minor repair which lead to a whole unexpected situation. Jerry helped me and my wife out without us having to worry at all. It was totally unexpected and we will be coming back for my other car for a whole new set. Jerry gave us great customer service and with a great whole hearted attitude. Definitely go to him for any concerns and questions

I just left here after getting 3 tires put on my work car and new windshield wipers. I had went here this morning to order the tires and get everything paid and completed beforehand. The tires came in by 4 and they got my vehicle back there around 445 and it was finished in 20 minutes. Blaze was the guy who answered my original call up there and then who helped me when I arrived there both times today. He was super helpful, genuine and fast. Spencer was also quick to assist him when needed. So overall the staff was super friendly, professional and they make you feel welcome. My service was quick as well and they were very knowledgeable on stuff in terms of my vehicle, maintenance and what my policies would cover and etc. I would definitely come here again and recommend anyone! I actually recommended coworkers already even! Oh and the chairs in there are so super comfy lol

Pulled up 5 mins before closing. Emergency reasoning. They helped us without an attitude and smiled the whole time. I really do appreciate their service and having a kind heart to my situation. A man pulled up 10 mins after closing and needed two wheels for, i guess like a tractor or something, they also helped him without an attitude. 5 star these guys rock!!!!

The tire rep never called me back after several attempts to see what the manufacturer would do on the warranty on the to rear tires. I didn't have a 15 months on the tires and did have 12000 miles on them. they said the rear tires had more mileage then what they had due to a key board error. The found the problem but didn't want to fix the problem and wanted to charge me $310. Before to replace both tires and didn't want to call the manufacturer until I called the manufacturer they told me they would have to speak to the retail store. Then I went back and told blaze that's what they said and he tried to call the manufacturer but was wanting for a call back. I never received a call back from blaze and I tried calling and leaving several messages for him to calle and still. Have not received a call back from blaze or the store manager and it's been a month.

Every time I go in to this store I have a great experience, the wait time is a bit long but understandable. The salesman Blaze is a standout salesman love his experience and understanding my circumstances. Thank you Discount Tire you have had my biz for thirty years now and I don't use anyone else.

I went into change my tires & I left my car there for the wait of 1hr when I come to pick up my car my passenger mirror was broke hanging on by the cable and parked in reverse and conveniently it was parked where the cameras couldn t see what happened or how anyone parked it I asked if there where more cameras to see how my car went in and conveniently they have no cameras anywhere. The Management sucks they want to cover for the accidents the employees make. I m Never ever going back again I wished I wouldn t have ever gone not only did I waste a big buck on tires but i also had to purchase a new side mirror that I didn t brake.

Discount tire has been my go-to for years now but today s service was just so amazing I had to give this Jake & this location a 5 star review. I came in on my spare and a flat tire a nail has punctured the tire. Jake was so welcoming, polite and helpful, he helped me right away, I planned on leaving my car and going back to work by calling an Uber but he offered to patch up my tire so that I could avoid the Uber fees and just come back once the tire was patched to have it mounted on my car. A++ service I was able to make back to work on time and get back to the Discount tire afterwards to have my tire ready and placed back on my car. You couldn t have asked for better customer service thank you Jake and all the folks at this location for making an otherwise stressful situation seamless.

I went to Discount Tire this morning because my tires on the right side of my car were severely flat due to hitting a piece of concrete one night when I was driving home. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by Blaze, who was super friendly and wasted no time in evaluating my tires and worked with me in replacing them along with ALL the rims that needed replacing which would have cost me more if I had gone to my dealers FOR ONE RIM! He was super helpful in finding the best ones for me along with other things that were needed. My bank account didn t like it but I surely did!!! Not only that but the crew kept me up to date on the progress of my car. I feel better knowing that I was in good hands thanks to Blaze! Thank you so very much, Blaze!!!! This is one of the many reasons I love Discount Tire!!!!

There was a light rain today, so they pulled their air check station into the last bay. I pulled in and sat there for five minutes, during which time no one came over to ask if I needed anything. Finally just drove off. I will find another discount tire to use in the future.

All of my tires were brought from Discount Tire. Very pleased with their services. If you can schedule your appointment do it online its easy. Saturday morning is busy so making an appointment is a no brainer choice.

I came in to get my tires rotated; it was an hour wait. Not an issue for me. When they went to get my car it wouldn t start. Four of the employees tried starting it and they kept insisting it was my starter when I told them it was just dead and needed a jump. I asked them to jump it and I waited a total of 2 hours for them to do so. I ended up having to tell them I ll just push the car over by myself to the car that was suppose to jump it to actually help. My issue kept getting pushed back and they offered no REAL solutions. They kept a great attitude but still terrible customer SERVICE.

I discovered a bolt lodged in my rear, driver's side tire this morning and my husband told me to take it to Discount Tire on hwy 6 in Houston. He had previously purchased a set of tires there and received a great deal of savings on the set. So I took my RAV4 in, hoping not to get price gouged and to my surprise they repaired the tire for free. Come to find out they always repair flats for free when it is possible to do so. Very pleased!

A belated thanks to Chris, Jerry, and Adrian. Some months ago, one of my tires popped (Michelin). There seems to be some gap between Discount Tires' warranty policy and Michelin's policy. I wonder if number ranges (i.e. tread wear/life numbers, months, mileage?) in both policies may help to bridge the gap. This was the 2nd discount tire that I went to and heard about the same aforementioned issue, making it harder for Discount to replace tires under the warranty. For customers, it made it hard to do things like get the tires rotated and/or replace a popped tire because of what seemed like more stringent manufacturer parameters. Ultimately and as I worked up to replace tires, the team was able to work together to find a solution that supported me as a customer within what seems to be Discount Tires' policies. Thanks for your help. It seems like Discount has an updated-to-date system of records (at your fingertips) to look up each customer. Thanks, Jakes, for jogging my memory.

Awesome customer service! Feel like a nascar garage all the noises and fast service, in and out on a flash, tires were mounted and balanced super fast and filled at the right pressure.

This is my go to tire shop! The staff are always willing to get my tires back on track. They offer free air pressure checks and free tire patches. One guy even told me which hubcaps to buy from a nearby store at a reasonable price and offered to put them on for me! I always receive good customer service here.

My tire had sidewall failure at 14000 miles and I required a new Michelin. The salesman sold an identical new tire for 1/3 the price of the original. I didn't have certificates and expected to pay full price. In and out in less than 30 minutes. That is why I always buy from that Discount tire store

I have been using Discount Tires for all my auto/truck tires for over 30 years. I have had excellent service, with the best prices I found available. I say shop around but go here last and compare the service, because the price will always be better here.

Love this Discount Tire location. I have purchased my tires from this location for years and always will buy from them. They have courteous counter employees and always take care of the customer. They also have a great selection of tires and stand behind them. I came in today and Brandon took excellent care of my tire issue in a very timely manner. I also appreciate the fact that they check all tires for wear and safety each time I come in. Keep up the great work!

I have shopped at Discount Tire for over 25 years and have always received great service. I have shopped this location the past 15 years. The reason they are receiving 3 stars is due to the fact of having spent over $1100 on a set of Michelins tires, they put on these cheap flimsy plastic gray stems which doesn't cover the stem. You would think a better stem would have been used with a purchase of this amount. I ended up buying 4 new quality stems for less than $10. It is time for me to leave a business who doesn't go the extra mile for their customers.

WARNING!!! A DANGER TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!!! BEWARE!!! No regards to your safety and won't honor their warranty!DO NOT shop at this location, or let your wife, daughter, friends shop here either. GO TO THE OTHER LOCATION DOWN THE ROAD!This location is not the typical fast, friendly, and more importantly SAFE Discount Tire that you may be accustomed to.I purchased 4 brand new top of the line Michelin tires with road hazard warranty.Not long after, I noticed a cut in the sidewall, approximately 3 inches long and about 1/8" deep.I took the vehicle in to have this taken care ofDiscount tire did not want to conver this under the road hazard warranty, claiming that this was purely cosmeticThen they said they could put a "patch" on the cut.I explained to them that I tow up to 8,500lbs and that I must have reliable tires, in the event of a blowout it would put not only what I'm towing in danger, but myself and vehicle as well.They assured me that a 3 cut in the sidewall was purely cosmetic and the tires integrity is 100%I already knew this, but as you can see, this is a sign inside Discount Tire showing sidewalls are not repairable.After arguing with the manager, and warning other customers what was going on, the manager acted like he was doing me a favor (even though I had a warranty) and offered to "go ahead and replace it since I have bought allot of tires and didn't have any claims"How many customers do they send out of this location with dangerous tires?Guaranteed if I didn't have a warranty and it was my dime it would have been "oh no, no no, we can't repair sidewalls, come look at this sign let me explain", but when it's under warranty and on their dime, all the sudden it's "cosmetic" or it can be repaired to 100% integrity, even towing over 8,500lbs it'll be perfectly fine.Update: 8/21/2020After many months I tried this place again since I was close by when I had tire damage.FOR THE SECOND TIME, the first thing they tell me is they are going to patch my tire on my other vehicle with sidewall damage. This time I walked out and had to go to the other location down the road, which took care of me, quickly and without question replaced, and rotated my tires like they are suppose to.This location is going to get you or your family hurt, or worse, and needs to be reprimanded for their dangerous policy of "repair first, replace last" when it comes to their warranties.
