Stay away from this location at all cost because they will scar up your wheels. My $1500 wheels are all scratched from the careless of the employees and their impact wrenches. I don t take my truck anywhere else to get the tires rotated and now I have to deal seeing scratches everywhere

I usually try and book my appointments online to try and save me a little time. When I arrive, check-in is fast and simple and they're usually finished before the estimated time frame. Even when I have to go in due to an emergency, they still get me out with great customer service and in a timely manner.

I arrived needing a tire replacement due to a random flat tire. They assisted me immediately and discovered the issue quickly. Billy did not charge me for the service but the true pleasure was him asking me how my day is going and asked about my personal life. He shows true character to his craft and understands the coincidences of everyday life. It is obvious how much him and his team really love their job. Thank you Discount Tire!

Have been here for service twice in about a span of a year. The first time was to repair a flat, and luckily they were able to just plug it and not replace the whole tire. About a year later, I came in for another flat, and was told the tread on my tires was worn enough I should consider replacing them all, which I did. They were the original factory tires and I was nearly at 30k miles, which is about as long as many factory tires last, apparently, according to a quick Google search. So, in both instances, I feel I received honest service with no unnecessary upselling. Staff have always been friendly and attentive. As long as they keep this up, I will be returning whenever I need tire service.

I NEVER write reviews, but doing so now. Flat right before a trip, Arturo over there on SW Frreway finds what I need, gets mobile install over quick, and I'm on the way. Plus everyone was nice and respectful. Impressive.

Prices are best in town. Great customer service. Christian went above and beyond to expedite my tire change after informing him I had to pick up my daughter. I ll definitely be back to this location and I always refer friends and family to discount tires. Thank you for the great service.

I always go to DT for any of my tire needs & everywhere I go I get great service, but the Kirby location has really stood out to me!It always causes an inconvenience to purchase a new tire since it s something you don t always expect, however Billy really came through with top notch service & took care of my needs in the quickest & most efficient way possible. Really turned my day around & feel much safer now knowing I was in good hands & the issue was resolved seamlessly.10s all across the board.

Very helpful. I needed to replace a couple of tires on my vehicle until I could them all replaced. The service recommended a less expensive set that I would not have considered before. He talk too much, he gave me his thoughts, showed me the price, and let me decide. I'm not one to obsess over how a tire looks but, they look really as well. Very happy so far!

Rapid service. I had a nail in my tire. I pulled up and they had an opening and I was able to get on my way. Arturo was the perfect service tech.

I like the store and the location is indeed very nice. However, I will not recommend my friend to this store. Everything comes with reasons. The reason I won't recoomend this store is beacuase the mechanics are not paying attention to the safety of the customer! I changed 4 tires. Two of them have fair air pressures of around 35 psi, and the other two of them, instead have 70 and 56 psi, which are almost twice the recommended pressure.I didn't know until I got to the highway. It was crazy dangerous experience I ever had! The car shake and bias to one direction at high speed, this almost causes a crash to another car. I can hardly control the steering wheel. I went back to the store for this, but the sevice just asked me to lineup for a pressure check. But I guess I would like to know can this stupid mistake happen.If this message can be seen by any manager, I hope one can well-train the mechanics, do the thing right instead of rushing for more tickets from a line of the customers. I know the mechanics are working very hard, but customer's life is valuable and is worth to spend more time checking before handover the key back to the customers.

Had a flat dropped it off early got a text that my car was ready when I got there no one said anything for about 4-10 minutes before anyone even spoke. Finally someone asked me do I need help , I explain picking up my vehicle. He gives me my keys and wheel lock and I ask him did they rotate the tires and check all of the tire pressure. He says yes, says that all didn t show me where my car was parked or anything. I get in my car and none of my tire pressure are correct. I call back and I was told that it must be my tire indicator is not working. I had to go to my Pearland Discount Tire in order to get my tires taken care of properly. So disappointed at their customer service at this location.

Came in Saturday to get a flat repair and tire rotation/balancing. After about an hour, I was informed that my car was ready. When I picked up my car, I noticed that 3/4 tires had low tire pressure. I also realized that my flat was not fixed as my tire pressure dropped significantly the next day. The most annoying aspect of this was they very clearly did not rotate my tires as my flat tire was still my left rear tire. I am not sure what they did to my car besides waste an hour of my time. Now I have to return to the store, wasting more of my time, and get this fixed and properly rotated/balanced again.

This location is the worst run Discount Tire I've ever been to. It took them almost 3 hours to repair a leak in one tire. When I asked how much longer it would be after waiting 2 1/2 hours, I noticed they had parked another vehicle behind mine and had taken the tires off, causing me further unnecessary delays. I've had good service at other Discount Tire locations, but I won't go back to this location.

One hour here - and they actually fixed the problem, vs many hours and days at RMS auto and they didn t fix my tire problem. These guys got after it, made great recommendations on my new tires, washed and put tire shine on. Recommend to come here in the morning during the week to get in and out, as opposed to the weekend where the wait time may be a bit longer.Bought new tires at RMS auto a year and a half ago and they didn t bother to balance them or wash them. And I had to return to make them rebalance them. And if I had any problems (nails, rotation, etc) it takes half a day for them to even look at it. Awful.

This location gets Very busy! With 3hr+ wait time and 105� weather they don't even have water in the waiting room. Had my appointment at 4:15pm, was told it would be 30-45min or 1hr worst case. Seen some people who were checking in while I was already checked in leave, so that wasn't pleasant. All in all got my keys back at 6pm, almost 2 hours later, all to service One tire!Be prepared for a long wait and bring some water, especially during the summer.

No one gets it perfect each and every time. But when front facing staff and the manager talk to the customer in a condescending way and have no accountability and would lie to your face, I could care less if your tires are cheaper! I will gladly pay another tire shop if I can get the service I paid for without the excuses why something was missed during inspection.

I love discount tires and this place generally as well. But why do my tire inflation numbers always gotta be all over the board when I leave after a rotation? New car too with only 6,000 miles on it. Pulled over at Costco on the way home to confirm the numbers displayed.

Less than a week since I bought new tires, hit something on the road and ruined one... easy peasy, headed to the nearest Discount Tire... met the nicest service writer, Deldon took great care of us.... replaced the tire... we always, always get the road hazard.The wife gave me the ride in her low air warning came on... ended up putting a new set of tires on her vehicle. Amazing service, good prices and they are everywhere we are. Love Discount Tire another great location!

Busy location but they honor their appointments. Came in for free tire rotation after buying the tires here 2 years ago. In and out within the hour. No issues so far. They re also not very pushy about sales but tell you it might be time to replace, which I appreciate.

They are polite and efficient here also ton of parking and the lobby is clean my only concern is that they sold me 3 tires built in 2023 and one built in 2021 and they left grease on my car and scuffed my wheels I would cover the wheels and inspect the tires before they start also don t purchase warranty since they do free flat repair regardless of warranty

I had a flat tire while traveling to Houston. My husband called Discount Tire and spoke to Eli who confirmed they had the tire that I needed and also gave him a quote. Unfortunately he was not aware that online appointments are highly recommended because I was a walk in, it took over 3 hours to get my tire changed. As I pulled out of the parking lot, my car is pulling to the right and the steering wheel shakes violently!Unfortunately, once my car was finished, no one came outside where I was sitting, so I wasn't aware that my car was ready. The text came once I had walked across the parking lot, as I was already inside my car. There was a nice man, who works intake in the parking lot, that went and got my keys. He apologized that it took so long and that no one came outside to tell me my car was ready. Needless to say, it's been a long day because when I finally arrived home, I asked my husband to drive my car. It had been shaking and pulling to the right as soon as I left Discount Tire. Mind you I like 2 and a half hours away from Houston.My husband drove my car, turned right back around. Took the center cap off my tire and the lug nuts fell off ! They were NEVER tighten on the front right tire. The back tire was tighten but not the front. They swapped the front with the back tire. I am blessed that I made it home. If it had not been for the center cap, all my lug nuts would have been missing. My husband is going to call to speak to the manager in the morning! I thank God for traveling grace!

The worse discount tire I ve ever been to and I ve been a long term customer. Customer service was horrible. They tried to triple charge me because they didn t know what they were doing. Worse experience ever. Never go to this location! From beginning to end.

This place takes no care of you or your car. Took my car in for new tires and they needed the car for 7 hours all because they sold me tires that weren t in stock. They never told me, I had to call and ask what the hold up was. Then when they did find some tires, they scratched the hell out of BOTH rims. If you care about your car I would never come here. Waste of time and money just so they and make your car look like trash
