I pulled out a building 1 block from this business to discover that my car had a flat tire. My husband normally handle this issue but could not get to me. I was so upset that I had to deal with this issue. Upon exiting my car, I was met in the parking lot by Saul Terrenos. He asked me questions and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. He and another employee immediately looked at my car. The customer service was superior and they eased my anxiety. I have been a customer of Discount Tire for over 25 years and this is the best customer service I ever received. It ended up being a pleasant experience and I want to express my appreciation to this staff.

Great attitude in assisting me when I was panicking because my front passenger side tire was almost flat. (I was recommended to come here by US Congressman Al Greens Staff).

2/21/2024: Made an appointment and showed up45 minutes before but this store would not attend me till the appointment time. They were okay to attend to walkins after me but make me wait till the appointment time. Called the neighboring store on 610 and stepla link and they got me checked in immediately. Do not make appointment here. Infact use the different store.The store on stella link and 610 is a lot better and sooner service. Use that store instead.

The technician Angel who was checking air in tires on a Wednesday had amazing service! He educated me on my tires and what I should do about them. He is very well versed and knowledgeable about all of the services and deals that the store offers and had such a positive attitude. He deserves a promotion!

Came in to get new tires because my tire had blown a hole in it. There was a line so wait time was about 2 hours, but they still got it done quick and balanced and left happy. Definitely would come back when the time comes.

I had a blowout in my fleet vehicle and all the local Hertz locations were already closed for Christmas and the contacted the corporate office to get my tire replaced. Branden has great customer service and problem solving skills to get me back on the road again. Definitely give this location 5 stars

PLEASE PLEASE BECAREFUL AT THIS LOCATION.......On February 2, 2023 took my car in for oil change and service at a dealership nearby. The dealership informed me that I had a nial in one my tires.So I immediately took my car to this location to have all 4 that are under warranty with Discount Tire to be balanced and rotated. Now because being deceived at this location before and just as apart of my practice I started putting numbers on my tires as i do to anything that is needing to be replaced on my cars if i can reach it even put a camera that continuously record even if the car is not on to monitor mechanics. unbeknownst to them. But this time the person checking me in noticed one of the numbers on the tires and tried to rub it off , I told him why they were they and to leave it.So after waiting almost 2hrs the guy pull my car up hands me the keys says good to go and turns to leave.Me: well did you fix the nail in the tire.Worker: oh yeah yeah we fixed it never saying which one.Me: which tire wasWorker: the right rearMe: no that's not the tire that he dealership stated on paper that had a nail it.Worker: runs in the bay ask one of the guys come back and say oh it was the right front.Me: WRONG AGAINMe: check the numbers on the tires to find all numbers in the same order that I numbered them. So not only did they not rotate or balance the, but possibly did not repair the nail in the tire. I called the person over that checked me in to show and tell him what happened he was shocked by his facial expression when he seen the tire numer still in the same place it was to poor to because he tried to rub that number off that same tire. He offered to pull my car in and assure it was done correctly, but I wasRunning severely late for an appointment. I should've but had no time to stay and babysit them to make sure my car was done correctly. Needless to say shortly after leaving there my TPMS light came back on again.Took it to another location to be fixed properly needless to say they fixed it correctly but the don't even know I'm aware of how they tried to cover up what this location done. SMH.Moral of this long review is be aware.Resetting a TPMS light on a customer car without doing what should've been done could have resulted in tire blowout, loss of life, etcDO BETTER

Amazing crew!! Thank you Juan for getting me back on the road. No, I didn't want to replace the sensors BUT he worked with me and got me taken care of. Always appreciate the service no matter the location. Thanks guys for doing what you do, it's super appreciated

Had a tire replaced due to a nail in the corner. Purchased another tire, & had the tires rotated. Was there a little over an hour.

This has been my chosen tire shop for over 10 years. I ve used Discount Tire in other states, and was treated right when I visited here the first time. Over multiple vehicles and although I moved out of town I recently drove the distance to purchase a new set here recently. The asst mgr held my price for 30 days to let me get caught up from the holidays. I had an issue that afternoon with the flat light system and was able to get it taken care of, at a different Discount Tire shop. They called over there for me to get me taken care of.

Great company. I hit a massive pothole and blew out all 4 tires. The bill? 41 bucks. I got "reverse sticker shock." Never had a bad customer experience there, so they are my tire company go-to.

This place has so many 5 star reviews for a good reason. I brought my brand new car with brand new tries that I didn't get from them with a nail in the tire. These guys went ahead and patched my tire right away. It was a busy Saturday and I can't be more thankful.

Quick trip to get air in tires. Line was long but employee was moving as fast as he could. Was able to talk to him for a cople of minutes while he was filling up my tires and he was very friendly. Sent my daughter over there a couple of days later and she had the same experience.Will go back.

Appreciated the complimentary air check for my tires at Discount Tire; the AirVac unit at the Kroger (Kirby @ S. Main) had a damaged nozzle, so no matter how much I tried to add air to the tire - none entered the tire. Total WASTE of $ . So I made a beeline to the Discount Tire location the next day. Thank you for offering this safety and fuel saving service Discount Tire !

I like this location. Herrera was easy to work with, but everyone is knowledgeable and kind. Dee handles cars with care. Service with an appointment is recommended for convenience. My go to Discount Tire.

Friendly staff needs to be more thorough. Brought my vehicle in to be checked for low tire pressure failure to detect the cause of the problem which turned out to be a bent rim.

Wow...usually much better service than today. I had a slow leak in a tire & 2 with low tread so I decided to get a full set. It has taken more than 3 hours so far and they are still one tire short. It's nice to get free tire rotation and tire pressure checks, but this service time is not good.UPDATE: Got a nail in tire (1 week old) so made appointment and brought it in Sat AM for replacement. It was free because of coverage, but it took 90 minutes to get it done. I wish their service times were better.

Amazing service. Amazing team. Very respectful. Herrerra was breath taking! Very helpful very indulged with every customer including myself. They all work together from those in the front to those in the garage working on tires. 100/100 recommend!!

Great staff with amazing customer service. This location seems to always be busy but they take care of their customers regardless of how busy they are. I truly appreciate the staff. They all need a raise.

Great customer service.I walked in to the store to ask for air for my tires. The employee at the front desk walked out with me to direct me on where to go (versus most people just verbally giving you directions).From there, Junior took over. Beyond just filling up the air, he gave me an assessment of my cars health (all good!) and then offers to put in air nozzle caps for free as he saw I was missing them.Great customer service all around - and that too for a free service. I will be back for all my future tire needs and purchases

CHECK YOUR TIRE PRESSURE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS LOCATION.All four of my tires were significantly low on PSI. One of which was damn-near flat. (Thankfully I checked not long after leaving.) Upon calling the location the person on the phone tried everything he could to divert fault away from the business.I got a decent price on the tires + labor, but the issue with the inflation of the tires and then being disingenuous is a big deal to me. If you decide to buy from these people, BRING YOUR OWN TIRE PRESSURE GAUGE and use it!
