The best hands down! I went to Lincoln dealership and they checked all my fluid levels and said they were fine. But I knew something was off because of the way the gears were shifting. Took it to Dennis 2 weeks later and come to find out I needed 5 qts of transmission fluid!!!! And leak! They make you feel like family! Highly recommended! Won t be going anywhere else from now on!! Thank you! I ll be back for everything else Lincoln didn t find !

This is the only place I will go to for my auto repair services from now on. Everyone there was so helpful and knowledgeable. I went in to get my struts replaced and they had everything ready right on time. Also, they let me know that my brakes needed replacing and were able to help me out at a great price. Replaced the bulbs in my tail lights for free. Real gentlemen who have integrity. You don't see that much anymore. I've been taking my vehicles here for years, 20+ years I imagine now. Dennis and Robert and the whole crew are amazing. From my Audi to my BMW and three trucks, they've taken care of them all. It's about trust, I trust these guys absolutely. Had a big job done here. My car needed a whole bunch of structural work done from the joints to getting an alignment all amounting to a little over $2k. This was months ago, and Robert (and his team) did such a wonderful job. I haven't had any problems since. I highly recommend this place if your car needs work done. Not cheap but they get the job done right.

Excellent service at an excellent speed. I needed new brake pads and rotors and was only there for approximately 45 mins. Sadeem was great explaining what services were needed. I will definitely return for all my next services .

The men who run this shop are quite likable and appear competent. Unfortunately, when I took my truck in to have the alternator replaced two weeks ago, Robert indicated that the refrigerant level in the AC system was low and asked if it was OK to add some. I agreed.After I picked up the truck and drove off, I immediately noticed that the AC wasn't cooling. They didn't simply add some refrigerant to the system. They reclaimed the refrigerant and recharged the system - which appears to have contaminated and clogged it.Now, the AC system is almost totally useless in the middle of one of the hottest summers on record. Fixing it would require many new parts and many hours of labor.

Listen to me when I write this review. This is shop you want Togo too! The people there are honest and awesome at their job. Dennis this owner so down to earth and great. As a woman going to a Macanic shop my experience has always been phenomenal. This place knocked it out of the park for me and my vehicle needs. OUTSTANDING service from Sabin at Dennis Automotive. Shout out to him for the work he did on my car and for being helpful and thorough. He fixed the HORRIBLE job that another shop had done on my car and helped me when I thought there was no hope. My experience working with Sabin was stress-free and the shop exceeded all of my expectations.I am very happy to have found this place and thank you to Sabin and everyone at Dennis Automotive. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

This is not the shop for you if you're looking for a cheap shade tree mechanic! These guys know what they are doing and they are extremely honest and precise in their work. I took them a vehicle that had a lot of things wrong with it and they pinpointed each problem and told me how and what it would take to fix it. This is just an extremely good trustworthy mechanic shop all the way around. I didn't say cheap ......but again you get what you paid for! BUT..... I MUST say it was fairly priced for all the work they did. Thank you guys. YOUR WORK HAS GIVEN ME PEACE OF MIND. ASH

My check engine light came on and I was told that my air mass meter and PCV valve needed to be replaced and that nothing else was wrong with my car. I spent $450 in total only for the check engine light to come back on within a week. I find it hard to believe that my car was truly diagnosed and that I was charged in good faith when there was no real fix put in place, my check engine light came back on, and then my car died 3 days ago. I took it elsewhere and found out the real issue is the solenoid. I m disappointed that my car wasn t serviced well and then I was overcharged on top of that.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent service every timeI have been coming here for the last seven years. The first time my 2009 vehicle had a big job, they had no problem giving me an itemized statement of what the work needed to be done which included parts, labor, and tax. i showed my uncle whom knows everything about cars and when he saw the estimate -also is a master mechanic & is a general manager for Auto Zone - he gave me a solid thumbs up! Never looked back. Dennis & Robert are honorable men with an honorable crew, and I am a customer for life no matter where I live.

Reliable, competent, professional, personable, timely, communicative, and courteous management with proven automotive service capabilities. Been a regular customer now with multiple vehicles for 20+ years even though we moved away from the Galleria area years ago. Highly recommended.

I'm so glad a family friend told us about this place. I've tried a few mechanics since moving to Houston, but none come close to Dennis Automotive. The service is excellent and very well priced. I can honestly say that I've never had a complaint, and I've been using them for years now. It's a very friendly place with a great atmosphere where they treat you more like an old friend than a customer.
