I m giving 5 stars for the great work Steave and Eric did to get me the best deal possible. I m not the easiest customer to work with but these gentleman went above and beyond to make sure I left with the vehicle I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. They made my wife and I lifetime customers. I will be referring all my friends and family to Steave! Shout out to Bobby in Finance as well for making the process as quick and straight forward as possible.

This was my first big purchase. I want to thank Jasmine Johnson and Eric for making this experience smooth and easy for me. They worked out a deal for me that would work for me. Was straight forward and no pressure. The employees was courteous and the establishment was clean. I would recommend any family member or friend to them!

Andres Reyes was a wonderful car salesmen! We went to the dealership in May 2023. His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. Even his follow-up phone calls and text were exceptional! My wife and I loved everything about him down to the test drive that he provided. I ve been buying cars for years and I have never had great customer service experience like he provided! He s really a valued salesman at Demontrond in my opinion. I want to personally thank him for his kindness and his level of comfort that he provided for us doing our search for the vehicle of our choice. I wish him the best! Keep up the great work Andres!!!!

I give a five star review for Marcel Weisshaar. We had to get a new car, and Marcel made this process very easy and enjoyable.His manager was sometimes a bit slow on pulling data or respond during the negotiations.Overall it was a great experience, fruitful negotiation and we left with a new car!If you go to Demontrond to get a VW, make sure to go to Marcel!

I had to get a part installed on my VW Atlas, and it was difficult for me to find time to get the part installed due to living an hour away, working full-time and having a one year old, and the time of work that needed to be done could not be completed on a Saturday. They made an exception for me on a Saturday however their system was down and I wasn t able to get it done that day. Instead of having to reschedule, Mario made it right and offered to personally pickup my vehicle from my house and traded vehicles for me for the day. It was so nice that he took the time to do that! Not a lot of dealerships would make the effort to put customers at ease and make it really convenient for you. He did that! Great customer service.

Updating this to let people know what I have experienced with this dealership since I got my car in December. A month after signing my paperwork, I am trying to go online a pay my first payment and there is no account set up for me. I emailed and called the dealership and after a few days I was told I have to come back in and sign some more paperwork they missed and give my first payment in person. I week later my car is having issues, and I take it into the dealership to get checked and it turns out I need an alternator on my brand-new car. It is kept for 2 days, No loaner given because they extended the amount of time they kept it daily. I finally get my car back and give my first payment at the dealership and now a couple of weeks later I am being contacted by VW Credit saying I'm past due on my payment and have no record of the payment I made. I have been calling the dealership and have not gotten any response. Seems like I will have to go by in person AGAIN to speak to someone. This has been such a stressful situation and i feel that the customer service given to me was just in order for me to put a good review on google and after that, they do not care. Please beware!Everyone that we encountered was so helpful and kind. I definitely appreciated Steve speaking to us in Spanish since my mom was with me and she does not speak English. It made her feel included in the process.

Mario from Service and Jasmine in sales are amazing. They took my car in as quickly as possible they worked with me and did their best to help get my car back as quickly as possible. I recommend them to everyone just be patient!

I purchased a VW Cross-Sport back in 2020 from DEMONTROND after getting the run around from another dealership and had a great experience. But the service department over the past 4 years has been something different. No experience was ever the same, sometimes acceptable, other times deplorable, but I have been loyal and I am done.Over the past 2 weeks I have tried to make an appointment to get my car serviced. Attemps to make said appointment have failed on multiple fronts. The website never gave me a time and promised that someone would contact me, no one did. I called and it rang, and rang, and rang, no answer. Called again, same thing but this time was able to leave a messag. No response. Left a voicemail on someone's cellphone. Once again no response.So I am taking my business elsewhere. This is unacceptable and I am done.Oh, and let me go ahead and respond to your forthcoming response. THIS IS MY FEEDBACK. IF YOU WANT TO SEND IT TO YOUR HIGHER UPS, THEN COPY AND PASTE IT YOURSELF.

If I could rate a negative, I would. This dealership and its service department is an absolute joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THE WARRANTY FOREVER IS A SCAM. They do everything in their power to not cover and issue you might be having. I've had repeated issues with my 2014 passat and after spending thousands of dollars on repairs suggested by their service department, I went out an got a second opinion. Turns out the issue is with the motor and the dealership denied that being the problem once again! They diagnose to put money in their pocket, not for the customer. They do not care to actually fix your car. They want to suggest something around the 3K mark and expect to see you back in a couple months for another 3k quote. Brett and Jay in the service department gave us an extremely awful experience. Never once did they seem to care. After much arguing, they decided to submit a claim to forever warranty where the claim was denied on paperwork before even looking at the car. My sales guy was amazing and my experience with this dealership past that point was absolutely AWFUL. I don't typically leave bad reviews but with the experience I've had, I want to save as many people as possible from going through anything I've been through. Not to mention thousands of dollars we've paid these people. To be honest, I don't know how they are still in business.

Horrible service and unprofessional rude employee especially Catalina razak making ignorant face to me for not having it in sistem my upfront 4y service packages that I bought my Atlas 2024 at Conroe dealership, so I had to drive all the way to Conroe to let them nknow that this lady need my coverage plan in paper , same company same Volkswagen Demontrod what an ignorant.And I end up picking my vehicle after 48h no oli change no nothing they said they waited for 2 days to update the software and asked me to leave another 2days what an retarde d dealership.And don t try to call them I didn t get respond after 20calls they will put you on voicemails to avoid answering you

Had an amazing experience at DeMontrond VW in Houston, buying my first car. Steave helped us throughout the entire process and was very considerate and understanding. The owner was very welcoming and kind as well. Would definitely come back in the future.

Horrible service. You call and get redirected to like 3 different people just to be directed to someone's voicemail. My car was dropped off three days ago for a diagnostic. I was told I'd get a call back in two days maximum. Three days later and I'm yet to hear back or be able to get in touch with anybody that can help. This is my first Google review, so that should show just how bad their service is.

If there was a way to leave ZERO stars, I would. First of all, try getting in touch with someone in the service department. The phone rings and rings, and then you get a bunch of names along with their phone numbers. This takes forever, before you are even able to leave a message. Getting a diagnostic done on your car takes over 24 hours- it's unbelievable. We had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday for at least a week. We were told by Miguel, to come by, wait around, and there would be no ride home needed because it would be a quick fix. We got a call the night before, from Brett, explaining we would need to leave the car until Monday or Tuesday. (Keep in mind that a month ago, we had our car there for a service). A week ago, we found out it was leaking oil. (Due to the service not being completed correctly).Now, we need to leave the car for three days because of YOUR mistake? After you told us it would be a quick fix? My mind is absolutely blown on how you continue to operate. There is no communication between service people, and the service people blame the receptionists for not knowing how to transfer a call to them. It's just unbelievable the amount of disfunction this "business" has. I will NEVER have anything else to do with them. As for the Demontrond owner and/or managers, you should feel extremely embarrassed and ashamed. (By the way, this review is for the VW department).

I recently made a purchase of the 2024 Atlas from the dealership. The Sales rep and the Sales Manager were very friendly and we were able to close the deal in quick time. The whole process was very smooth but the overall experience went other way around when the car I got was defective. The headlight of the car was not working when I took the delivery. I believe there should be a better pre inspection process by the dealership. I was offered a loaner vehicle but at the end if after you make a purchase and cant even get the same back to home ruins the whole experience. Now I have to come back to service centre to get the whole headlight replaced. I can give 5 star for the sales team but 1 star for the experience at the end because of the car issue.

This is hands down one of the worst parts department in the industry. Rudy lied several times about ordering parts when he never did. Misplaced credit card information, then when asked to speak to the manager he put me on hold for over 10 min! As as general manager for an automotive shop this behavior absolutely baffles me. I would recommend using any other parts department besides here. They are an absolute joke. It also takes and act of congress to get them on the phone in the first place. Absolutely pathetic

I dropped my car off for a brake job. They said that they needed to keep it over night but would be ready at or before 9:00a.m. the next morning. I got a ride over to the dealership at 9:00. My car was not ready and would not be ready until after 11:00 so I had to leave and come back again. I usually give 5 stars for service; they always do a great job. This was just a "bump in the road" I suppose but still can't give 5 stars.

Bought a brand new Atlas in March or 23 noticed it was having rust spots all over the paint. Brought it in for a warranty which was denied because they said it was how the dealership chose to have their vehicle shipped to them. It s rusting from railroad dust from shipping according to their preferred body guy. Now I ve been trying to contact any sort of management at the VW dealership in Houston and they refuse to answer the phone or return any of my calls. Very frustrating that they sell you the vehicle then won t honor any sort of warranty. Not to mention we ve had to order a new radio which is on back order because of malfunctions and the seal on the rear door leaks water in.

I have had my VW for a about 15 months, in the beginning service took way too long and I never felt valued or heard. The last 3 services have been 100% better. It has been easier to get in and service does not take over your whole day. I have greatly appreciated the change.

Even though I was not able to make an appointment in time we were able to be taken in to fix my slow leak tire. Very pleased with the service person Brett?. He was polite, kept us up to date and our work was done in a timely manner. The care was even vacuumed and washed. That was so not expected. The quality and service is far beyond any other dealership.

I recently posted my disappointment that my Tiguan is constantly needing to be fixed. Along with it is my frustration having spent a good amount of time coming back and forth to the shop to fix a fairly new car ( less than 5 years old). This morning I woke up with a differing perspective. I have since deleted that post ( even before I wrote this note) simply because I felt there must be another way - something more positive.In a few days time, I will be going back again at the dealership for another check engine light. Apparently, the needed part that was ordered has arrived. Again I will be at the mercy of the service department to diagnose the problem correctly. I'm lucky for now that my car is still under warranty but I worry that when it runs out, will the patrons still be dealt with nicely or fairly? I guess only time will tell.Thanksgiving will be with us in a few days. It is in this spirit that I'm coming from, coupled with the realization that at the end of the day, cars will break no matter what. However, when I see earnest people willing to make things right and (so far) the VW Service Department has been true to their promise of repairs, is something commendable. For that, I am thankful! Our world has so much more sadness and trouble already, I wish to change it perhaps. I just wish my car would agree also...

After a bad experience at my local VW dealer I ended up connecting and working with Steave. Steave and the entire staff were wonderful to work with. They accommodated my husband and I one hour before closing on a Saturday, they were very upfront and transparent with all terms of our sale. They have been great every step of the way since our purchase, we will most definitely be repeat customers in the future.

The worse dealer you can find. Service cannot install a simple license plate, the manager is barely capable of standing up from his chair to fix an issue so if you buy a car from here, good luck because it s service is a pain in the butt. I highly recommend West Houston and Momentum VW for a great experience.

Genuinely the worst customer service I ve experienced from someone I m paying money to. Took my car there cause of a coolant leak. They had my car for 5 days and never returned my calls OR found the coolant leak (I had to call 6 times back-to-back after 4 days to even get a response after having left messages days beforehand). They then found another problem and way overcharged on the quote to fix it. I took my car to Das European Autohaus and they found the coolant leak in 2 hours. Do not give this place your time, money, or car.
