Had a great experience. Of course they are salesman but they do it with respect and integrity. Jared is great and answered all my questions promptly and did not pressure me. His patience and knowledge about my car of choice helped me make an informed investment.

I can't say enough about our salesperson James Dang. He was very thorough on showing us the car and explaining all the options. He made sure throughout the entire process that we were happy and that all our question had been answered. Next man up general manager Jose stepped in for a late PP&L representative but he too made sure we were completely happy with the deal we received. Will definitely recommend this dealership and James to all friends and family.

(Regarding Service Department) was great. Tatiana went above-and-beyond to ensure I was well informed and had coverage beforehand; and was friendly through it all. She needs a raise! (They will tell you ahead of time that service takes at least an hour and half it might discourage you, but from experience, this is the case in other dealerships not just Kia.

First I would like to say that Mary is always very helpful. She is pleasant to talk to, and tells us which maintenance or repair items need to be done during this service appointment, and which ones can be done the next trip. I just have one issue with a splash shield that was damaged during a service appointment a while back. They want me to pay $300.00 to get it replaced. But I think this should be the dealerships responsibility! Mary messaged the service manager about my issue, but there was no response.

The customer service here is always 5 star. They effectively communicate the issues and resolutions, explain how everything works and are super patient when you have a lot of questions. I drive 34 miles to service my vehicle here because the customer service here is way better than the customer service at the few Kia dealers within 10 miles of me.

Honestly this was by far the best car purchase experience I ever had. Hansen Hobbs was my car salesman- His communication was superior. He constantly followed up to see if I was in the market and to check my availability. Hansen finally convinced me to come in and test drive some options. When he say he can get it done he means just that! From the salesman to the management team to finance to insurance was all a smooth and seamless process! Extremely happy with my purchase! I scheduled an appointment concerning my AC, I was going to wait, but was told by an advisor that they were running behind on diagnostics and it could take 3-4 days with the information. I also had someone asked if I was interested in trading my vehicle in for something new. That really upset me because I just want to get the vehicle that I dropped off repaired. I m not trying to fatten your pockets and pay more for a new vehicle. So, I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday, spoke with an advisor on Tuesday and she gave me all the information on what the problem was. She sent me an email with the quote, I asked if the quote included everything (parts, labor, taxes, etc )she assured me it did. The price was higher than expected, but I went ahead and approved for the job to get done. Late Wednesday afternoon, I received another call from the service department stating the amount quoted to me was INCORRECT and it was an error on their part that. Needless to say, I ended up paying $600 more dollars due to their error because they forgot to add the part . This incident could ve been avoided had they doubled and tripled check to make sure everything was in order before calling me, or while I was on the phone. Needless to say I ll be taking my business elsewhere because the way they handled my situation was so off putting to me.

Thomas my salesman was great I came with an approval from my bank for the car I wanted so the process should have been quick and easy. I also, asked my credit not be ran through other finance companies and they still ran my credit which is bizarre especially because I did not need a finance company.

I have had very bad luck with car dealerships, especially Kia! But I decided to go with this location and my surprise I was treated with respect, my Car was taken care of, parts were ordered and I felt like my car was finally in the right hands. From the service department to the sales floor. Everyone was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much. I will be back for all my services. I want to give a really special shout out to Catalina in the service department!!! She is a rock star and I love her energy! Service department is hard and she has the magic!!James on the sales floor really helped me change my mind about buying Kia again and he wasn t like a regular sales man. Thank you both so much!
