Exceptional service! I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible experience I had at this collision shop. Rayan provided the epitome of customer service, guiding me through the entire process with patience and expertise. From start to finish, he ensured that I was informed and comfortable every step of the way. The end result? My car looks absolutely fantastic, like nothing ever happened. They took longer than expected however, I will say I am very happy with the work they did. Tyler was good with keeping me updated with a time frame during the repairs. When they had to order parts they were able to get them fast. My insurance was being difficult and they delayed part of the process. Photos attached to show how well the vehicle looks now vs. before the work was done.

Brought my 2023 VW Tiguan to the Demontrond Collision Center following an accident that left my driver headlight shattered and multiple body panels cracked/crumpled. Upon arrival I received a friendly greeting from Mr. Johnson, who wasted no time in expediting the collision repair process. Mr. Johnson was thorough in his execution of the time & financial aspects, ensuring time tables/repair estimates were accurate and providing constant follow up. When it came time to pick up my vehicle the quality work spoke for itself. Body lines restored, electronics in working order, overall as if nothing even happened in the first place. Mr. Johnson provided amazing service from start to finish and I couldn t be more thankful to have been in his care for such a stressful ordeal. Thank you!

Worst repair center, literally I have to come back 4 times to have my VW fully repaired for a accident. First time was the radiator had air pockets inside they had to pick my car from home and bring it back, next time was the front grilled was coming off, the third time was the vehicle horn and the 4th time was the front sensor. Everything was related to the front accident I had. That s the last time I take my vehicle there, I rather take it to another dealer. Chuck the service manager seems to be a nice guy.

Unpleasant experience as service representative failed to communicate on a frequent basis in providing updates. More frustrating is not knowing when repairs would be completed. Had to constantly contact insurance company and rental company when repairs were not completed. Essentially doing service rep job.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I wish that I was writing a review on what type of work has been done, however I am not sure when I will know what the work actually looks like. I dropped my truck off on 4/23 and was told my truck would be ready by 4/27 to be picked up. I called on 4/27 to see what time I could pick up my truck and it was barely going to go to the body shop (1st step). Then I was told that my truck would be ready by 5/2/22 for pickup. I called on 5/3 to see when I could pick up my truck and was told that it just needed to be buffed and washed and it would be done by the end of the day. I called at the end of the day to see if I could go for my truck and was told that it would be ready tomorrow. It is now 5/4 @ 1:30 pm and I still have not heard from Demontrond regarding picking up my truck (I'm pretty sure I won't hear anything). They have had my vehicle for a week and a half and I have not received a single call from these guys regarding the status of my vehicle. Every call has been initiated by me. In the meantime, I am having to get rides from people and be without a vehicle (which they were aware of). This company has no regard for their customers and the inconvenience this causes them. If they could not have started the work when they said they would, they should have let me keep my vehicle until they were ready for it. I had the best experience here that I have ever had at any collision center!! Brandon and Shiloh are both the best and go above and beyond for their customers!!! I would and will recommend this collision center to everyone I know!!! Their work is guaranteed and they stand behind it!! They do not just talk. They are men of action. Both Brandon and Shiloh are men of integrity and pride and will take care of your vehicle as if it was their own!!! Their word means something! I will never go anywhere else! Terrible service, they spent months repairing my car. Finally they deliver it to me, two months pass and I have to return because the sensor had not fit well and they needed to attach an accessory that had not arrived. When I left the car there to be repaired, they were unable to call me and tell me that it was ready and send me an Uber driver to pick me up to pick up my car. I had to call to find out if it was ready and figure out how to go get it. Terrible service!!!P�simo servicio, estuvieron meses reparando mi carro. Finalmente me lo entregan , pasan dos meses y debo volver porque el sensor no hab�a quedado bien y faltaba colocarle un accesorio que no les hab�a llegado. Al dejar el carro ah� para reparar, fueron incapaces de llamarme y decirme que ya estaba listo y de enviarme un Uber driver para que pasara por m� para retirar mi carro. Tuve que yo llamar para saber si estaba listo y solucionar c�mo ir a buscarlo. P�simo servicio!!!
