Couldn't use them. they never answered the phone for my questions prior to allowing my insurance to assign the claim to them

This body shop works for/with Allstate . I brought my car here to have my door fixed but they were vey unprofessional the whole time . They wanted to put aftermarket parts and didn t bother to call me to inform me how the process was going . Ernesto was also very rude ( only at the end because when he wanted me to bring the car here he was the sweetest gay guy ) . After 2 weeks it was finally done and when I come and pick it up it had a flat tire , he first refused to fix it but ended up putting a plug on some brand new tires ! Also be very careful with the paperwork they make u sign !

They did not put my car back together the way it was brought to them. They left bolts on the floor of the passenger seat. Ernesto did not return my calls until my third attempt. They did not keep me informed of the status of the claims. Had I been aware of their reputation, I would never have brought my car to them, but I was visiting here from out of state. Their failure to communicate led to even more delays than necessary. I do not recommend this shop.

Demontrond RV Body Shop. Jeff has been a huge help in getting our RV scheduled for repair. He is extremely professional & very thorough. I can't thank him enough for helping us out with our situation.

We had DeMontrond install the flexarmor roof. They were able to get our fifth wheel in the following week. They explained the process well. They even kept our unit plugged in the whole time they had it, which was critical since we have a residential fridge.Jeff was awesome to work with. Thanks to everyone at DeMontrond.

Took my car here because of accident. No body damage, but lots of damage underneath the car. Took over 40 days for final repairs. Never a call for an update. I had to call. Was told more than 3 times car was ready and never was. The last time I went to pick up...as soon as I drove off car steered directly to the left....so they never drove the car to make sure everything was ok......need better customer service and need to verify that cars are in working condition before they have you drive all the way over there for nothing.

Accident on I-10 and subsequently learned that finding a bodyshop with a high door to accommodate a 10.6" high motorhome was a challenge. Thanks to Farmers / Foremost, they suggested only one Houston shop. While I've not personally been in the shop, Jeff has given me excellent customer service. I trust DeMontrond with my repair work

Jeff Sayer in the Collision department is on the ball at getting things done. We had a repair quote and estimate with the allotted repair time and it was completed within that time as promised. The repair on our motorhome was as it was brand new.The collision department met my expectations!!

I will never use this body shop again. They have had my car for 30 days for a scratched rim. They do not even call you to let you know the status of your vehicle. Currently trying to locate a corporate phone number or someone to contact about this.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

When for repairs and got a broken windshield and no but a lot useless excuses and Mike in collision is a fast talker with no action would not recommend DeMontrond to nobody very unhappy with my service windshield still broke he never called and said anything but he was checking into it and all the reasons why it broke except it was their fault no responsibility......

Bad service no communication dropped off on the 15th I didn t get it back till 20th had an appointment was promised to have ready to same-day warranty forever I don t know why you have a warrant to forever and get charge for inspecting what you want to get checked up !! I don t recommend warranty forever !!

Dropped my RV off in October 19, to have inspection and service done, After lots of BAD or NO communication, 3 different service coordinators and some small warranty repairs done finely was told the RV was ready on December 28, on December 30 went to pick my RV, after a walk around inspection with the service coordinators found most of my complaints that should have been repaired or address in the inspection, Where not, needless to say the RV is still at the service center............Service: General repairs & maintenance

We own a 5th wheel and had major roof damage due to the AC unit and TV antenna being ripped off the roof by a low clearance overhead communication line. After researching roofs we decided to replace the horrible rubber roof with FlexArmor roof which has a transferable lifetime warranty. DeMontrond Collision is the ONLY authorized FlexArmor dealership in the Houston area per the corporate office located in Florida. DeMontrond did all repairs including the installation of a new AC unit and TV antenna. They did an outstanding job and went ABOVE and BEYOND in all aspects. Jared is the Shop Supervisor and I can't tell you how pleased we are with him and his crew. My husband is very detailed oriented and knows what to look for and Jared and his crew passed with flying colors! I don't normally give 5 star reviews but Jared and his crew - EARNED IT! THANK YOU! We got our "Goldie" back and can hit the road again on our next adventure!
