If it were possible to give this dealership negative stars I would give a negative 5. I called and spoke to Ignacio about a Volkswagen Atlas. I explained that the sticker price was more than I could afford. He stated that he could not negotiate over the phone, but could definitely lower the price if I could come in to the dealership. I got there and Ignacio was suddenly "under the weather ". I was referred to Derek and I explained what Ignacio told me. I further explained how much I could afford. He said, "great" and went to talk to his manager. He came back with an offer which was $7,000 more. As I was leaving I mentioned to him that the ad stated that the color was blue and in actuality it was black. Also they put the wrong address on the ad. Were these simple mistakes or deception. Then I asked what other things about the car were they lying about...hmmm. I strongly suggest people avoid this dealership and their deceptive, unprofessional, and perhaps fraudulent sales tactics.

They service is pretty good ESPECIALLY when you don't have an appointment. The wait gonna be a minute cause you just like a walk in customer. There's other people who already set a scheduled date. True the wait is kinda long, but you also have too look at other options. They might be short handed, unexpected call in, supplies haven't made it.They employees have emergency also.

Oil change and diagnostic has taken over 3 hours, whats the point of a appointment if I m stuck sitting here all day?
