Recently I had my car repaired after a collision at Demo's and words can't describe how friendly and helpful this body shop and automotive center is. They keep me informed of the status, went above and beyond making sure my car was repaired perfectly. I highly recommend this body shop and look forward to taking my car in the future for repairs if needed.

This place has amazing customer service! They were very thorough, and Ray was very patient and explained everything to me. They were quick, and didn t up charge me. As a younger college student, that s always a comforting thing. Great service, would definitely recommend to a friend.

I am beyond extremely pleased with my last interaction with Demos, which lasted over 6 months. Let me explain. The catalytic converter on my 12-year Toyota Prius was stolen. I had to replace the entire exhaust system due to the botched job. Demos said the parts would take around 6 months to get. They were right, almost to the day. I had no place to park the car at home, so they kept it at their lot and moved the car every day to protect the hybrid battery. Amazingly, they hybrid battery pack did not fail (during the hottest summer in Houston history). They also worked directly with my insurance company to make the process much less painful.

I appreciate Demo's.Demo's provides first class customer service. The staff are friendly, professional, very honest, and treat you like family. Upon arrival I was greeted very professionally by James.The auto center recently completed a major job (engine) on my truck.I received daily progress updates on my truck as it was being repaired from Costa (gm). After picking it up after the repairs were completed, I received a follow up call regarding the repairs from Renee. I've been taking our cars to Demo's for 20 years. They are honest and reliable. They find and fix what is wrong and nothing else. They use OEM parts for body work (and we have used them more than I like to think about.) If you are like me and don't know a thing about fixing your car, then you have to have an honest mechanic. I have taken my cars to Demo s for years and have always had a great experience. It is close to my house which makes it convenient. They do both large and small jobs, and the prices are good. I take my van in every year before our long drive at the holidays to have it checked. Demo s can do it all for a reasonable price. I moved to Houston 3 years ago and one of my main concerns was finding an auto shop that is honest and reliable. I'm so happy I found Demo's Automotive. They have never recommended unnecessary repairs and I have full trust in whatever repairs they suggest. The place is super convenient, too. I drop off my car in the morning, go to work, and pick it up in the afternoon. TLDR: Possibly one of the best businesses in Houston.I went to Demo on Tuesday because my parents were visiting on Thursday. There was a big dent in my car that I didn't want my parents to know about lol. He repaired 2 panels on the car in 48 hours, gave a free interior clean, and everything was perfect. I then went back a couple of weeks later to ask about another mechanical problem, and he was extremely helpful. They also drove me home and picked me up when the car was in the shop. I needed to split the payment on 2 cards and they had no trouble accommodating my requests.

I've been to Demo's several times for inspection as well as routine repairs. Service is excellent and quotes are very fair. I've even had to call them for a tow and they took care of me quickly. They have courtesy shuttles to pick you up or take you to work if needed. All repairs have been done in projected timeframe. Demo s Automotive understands the value of high quality service and at a fair price. The whole team is professional and friendly. Whenever a repair is needed, I m given a thorough explanation of what is wrong/the resolution/cost. Costa, Jerry, and a number of others have gone out of their way to help me quickly resolve car repairs. They all help answers questions thoroughly plus proactively address technical aspects that are important to know about. I recommend Demo s and will give them my business for any type of car repair.

Demos has been my households go to place for the last decade. They are fair, reliable, and extremely transparent. Service is flawless. Costa, Jerry and Demo keep our ole cars running great! Only one issue in 10 years with an aftermarket water pump that failed. They refunded my money and made it right.

It's hard to find a good mechanic shop in general - I feel a few customers can be unreasonable and end up posting bad reviews, which are sometimes interesting to read when the owner replies with their side of the story. In my single experience taking my car here, the work was done quickly and for a reasonable price. My only comment would be that I wish the service manager was a little bit more friendly and talkative. I am not a car expert but I wish to have a bit of a discussion back and forth before just leaving my car for the day.

I have gone to Demo's twice over the last year for minor issues and each time they have helped me free of charge. They are the most honest auto center I've ever been to. They know what true customer service is. I know that when I have a real problem I won't hesitate to go back to Demo's.My only problem with them is that I wish they were open on Saturday, but they make up for that by having free drop off and pickup so my work schedule doesn't skip a beat.

Demo's is a well run organization. The management is very responsive to your needs and communicates effectively. This shop's work is high quality and completed in a timely manner. In the future, I will not hesitate to bring my car back to Demo's.

I got services from this shop several years ago. Hope their service has improved over time.My impression of this shop is that they appear friendly, but the mechanics were not very skillful to diagnose the problems exactly and they work slow compared to other shops. The manager Jerry was too interested in charging money. They did not know what to fix but guessed here and there, and still tried to replace many parts to charge me lots of money. I followed their recommendations, but the car broke after a week.. I didn't find them very professional, unfortunately. Candy and shuttle service are nice, but that's not the reason I went there and spent money. I took it later to Vietnamese mechanics (I am not Vietnamese), they found problems in a day and fixed it completely at lower prices.

Another great experience at Demo's. They do high quality work at fair prices, and I find the team to be extremely knowledgeable. Excellent local service provider for pretty much anything you can imagine related to an automobile.

I took my car to Demo's for a radiator issue. They quoted me $1250 and explained that theirs was a fair price. I called 4 other shops and was quoted between $500-$800. The other mechanics that I spoke with told me that $1250 was an outrageous price for a new radiator for my car. When I called them to let them know that a tow truck would be coming to get my car, they told me that it was ready to go. However, when the tow truck arrived, they said it would take an hour for them to put the car back together. They were not instructed to do any work on my car, only a diagnostic. The tow truck had to leave, and I had to have another come and get the car later that day. My experience with Demo's was a disaster, and I am appalled at their pricing. I will not be back, and I recommend you save yourself the trouble as well!

I went to Demo's Automotive Center to determine whether my wife's car had an issue because her tires were making a scratching noise. I asked them to do a full inspection and perform an oil change without making any further repairs without my authorization. When I return the next day I am told that the car is having issues with the rotor/break pads and that all four rotors/brake pads need to be changed with a total charge of just over $1,200. I go right around the corner to a nearby automotive shop where I pay for a full inspection whose results determine that her rotors are fine, and that the amount of wear in the brakes themselves are perfectly normal for the age of her car; definitely no need to change them.
