I came here so many times. And gave them 5 stars while back. For many years. Last time he did all my brakes on my nissan pathfinder. He told me he put the best ceramic pads.Came back 2 weeks later for noise in the front. And he told me there where fine. No problem and the noise was normal.I went to other mechanic that is my friend he took a look and we found out he put the most miserable cheaper brakes in the market. And they screw my rotors and they smell when I brake.I gonna fix them my self and I promise you will never get my business again the rest of my life. U less you fix them and apologize for what you did. Don't come over here. And the mechanic tiene cara the kuulo. He is always in a bad mood like if he is doing things for free. And he always look hangover in the morning

I went inside to ask if they would put air in my tires. I was not greeted at all. Instead the worker walked in and said yea? Not how can I help you, but just yea in a condescending tone. They wouldn t let me pay with a card. They told me cash only. Did they put air in my tire? Yes. Professionalism is the reason their score is low.

Took my 03 yukon here and had them perform engine work, two belts replacement, I didn't understand how I payed for this specific problem. Two weeks later today, I went back to report this problem and the guys acted very unprofessional and my family felt uncomfortable. I knew attitude was coming about so I politely ask for my vehicle keys and escorted my family away. Do not take a chance, they'll tell you about another problem and experience is a must

The staff isnt as good as they used to be. I had my front brakes done. They were making noise within a month. Went back. They said it was the back brakes. Then i asked them to check something while i was getting other work done. Wanted to charge me for it. So sad. They used to be the best.

I wouldn't recommend, the so called A/C specialist damaged my car hood left a tool under the hood and closed the hood down on it. Lied and said he didn't do it. The manager didn't care. Before that they told us it might cost us 4,000 to get our car A/C fixed. Took it to another place and they put a part on the car and it fixed the air. Don't take your car there to get fixed they can't be trusted.

Horrible experience. Took my truck for them to check my brakes. After they lowered it I had a check engine light that wasn't there before. They lied and said it was on before it went it. Then they wanted to charge 95 dollars to tell me why the light came on. They may have been a good place before but now they have bad customer service and don't do good work.

I got an oil change and my inspection done at the same time. When I left the shop I noticed my front windshield on the passenger side was full of oil. I opened the hood and found the engine bay with oil splattered all over. I went back to tell them and they said that they had a "small oil spill".So that tells me that they knew oil was all over the vehicle but did not even bother to try and clean it up. They wiped the engine bay down and the windshield but you can still see all the residual oil left everywhere.I understand accidens happen but at least tell me what happened and clean up your mess and I would not have an issue with it.Not saying anything tells me that they were hoping I did not notice anything.

Very rude and unprofessional. I stood in the lobby for 10 mins and had to call the phone number on the wall to get someone to greet me. The man came in to answer the phone and still didn't acknowledge me. He was ver rude. I felt extremely unwelcomed I would not recommend using their services

Excellent service and great prices! I let the manager know what my budget was and not only did he stay within it, he added an $80 rebate for my tires!! I will come back for ALL my car needs!!!

The only mechanic Iv trusted in years.! Just hd a motor replaced. When a mechanic quotes u one price & actually informs u it will be less than the original quote, u hv a rare individual. My SUV has never run better! Believe me, Iv been taken advantage of by other mechanics, NOT HERE!

I have been taking my car there for about a year and have always had good friendly professional service, the staff are honest and do their best to get the best price they can for parts etc. All my family take their vehicles to TSM and I recommend that you do too. Thanks guys for making my car repairs less stressful!

The staff is very rude I sat for 20minutes be when someone finally helped. They had no customers when they finally came to help they asked me for the tools. I won t come back and wouldn t recommend anyone to spend money here.

Went to have brakes bled called them first swore they could do it sat there 4 a couple of hrs they couldnt do it and charged me for a service they never completed i was told they bled them multiple times and still had the same problem when i showed up i wouldn't recommend them to no one

Poor and rude service. Waited to be help and the 2 guys and the counter left and no one would help me, I left and seen them talking outside pointing at me. I will not be back and wouldn't recommend them.

Worst service ever had a mechanic named Larry off ells work on it after he did my car wont even start all of a sudden he says i need a motor and i didn't have that problem before and it was running . now it wont start.They are scammers lousy service and sad part it it didn't make it to light after i left
