So, I dropped my laptop and just to my luck the power button was pushed in preventing it from turning on. After further research, I decided to give DelFix a try, and boy they did not disappoint. I made a request to please have my laptop fixed ASAP, because I had homework to work on. They understood the assignment and delivered in a timely manner. You wont regret giving them a try, I was definitely happy with their prices as well.

They stay busy but that's a good thing. The parking in front is almost always full so it indicates they have a lot of return business. Dropping off a computer for them to look at is very easy. Depending upon the need the turn around is reasonable; two to five days.

They were awesome! Needed a custom computer built and within a day they had it done. They helped me get a different water cooler when the original one i bought couldn't fit. The wiring was professionally done and everything runs smooth. They made sure everything was at working capacity. Highly recommend them! Will be using them for any upgrades i have in the future!

DelFix guys did a fantastic job on repairing and upgrading my laptop. Providing all the materials they need, I had them replace the keyboard, SSD drive, and thermal paste in the GPD Win Max 2 laptop. Having never worked on this model before, they managed to get the work done perfectly right before their estimated time of delivery. Windows now installs faster and works flawlessly. If there's something that needs to be fixed or customized, they're the guys to turn to. Thanks.

Del is the man! Hands down the best computer service I've received in a decade. From the moment I entered the shop he welcomed me with a warm smile, politeness and promptness. My laptop was in need of maintenance and a deep clean, it was done within hours!I'm a web developer and my laptop is my working tool. He understood that and was extra careful and quick to solve my problem. He also help me with some loose keys on my keyboard.I can't stress enough how good the experience was! I'm bringing my mother's and sister's computer to get cleaned up internally too.Del, thanks again for the good service and pleasant conversation.

I had two older very broken computers that have been through alot, i needed to recover the pictures for a special birthday gift they were able to get everything done in less than 24 hours and take the time to show me how they had organized the recovered data on an external drive. Knowledgeable, professional, and polite i highly recommend this place for computer repair and data recovery needs

I went to 4 shops before I found them all 4 shops had said the computer could not be fixed it was useless to just buy another one. ( roughly 300 to 400 ) an they diagnosed it an had it fixed the next day ! They know what they're doing apart from affordable $ ! Professional, reliable, honest, worry about the clients needs, always smiling an Good attitude an of everything great customer service satisfaction oriented definitely recommend

Very cheap and low quality screens. Employees have attitudes. Not worth it. They also give themselves positive reviews on Google with different accounts. Huge scam! They will never receive my business again.

I traveled in Houston and had my laptop crash dead on me at a very critical moment. The manufacturer wanted to ship me labels and have me wait weeks. I called some local shops in town but nobody seemed to care. The Team at Delfix made me right and put me back in the game in 1 hour. I am extremely satisfied and strongly recommend.

I am a skeptic. I have to check the facts and background of every business I am planning to deal with. I did so with Delfix too! I thought:" This can't be true. Everyone is happy and raving about this place, why?" So I called the store. Del (The owner) answered and his pleasant way of talking, to the point explanations of his services and his fast ability to catch up with my quips and jokes told me that I might have found my new Geek Guru! I took my ailing laptop to Delfix, explained what it was doing or not doing and to my great surprise he did not interrupt my silly explanations or cut me off. He explained what the problem most likely is and what needs to be done. He also told me that he would back up my data, photos and put everything back as it was. No loss of data! All of those 'box store' repair places told me that I would loose all of my data, they can't save it. BULLS*&%T ! They are just lazy and don't care about individual customers. Delfix made me feel like I was an old friend; I was served with courtesy, attentiveness and speed! BUT, what really knocked me silly was when Del told me I could have my computer back the same day! WOW! All fixed, cleaned and renewed my old 'puter runs as she did when she was young. New upgraded hard drive, cooling fan and some small adjustments, my data safe and most of all; superior customer service for just about $200. What a deal! That box store wanted $69.00 hour + parts and loss of data! So, as long as I operate any electronic; smartphone, laptop, PC or spy cameras...this is where I'll go for advice and fixings! It's good to realize that the old fashioned customer service is not dead in Houston. Thank you Del and staff!

I found this hidden Gem on google, and I was dubious at first but after I tried them guys I would say they're great. They fixed my gaming computer within 2 hours after I was told that my motherboard needed to be replaced by a local repair shop at work. I would definitely come back for future repair. Thanks

Nabeel Then save my computer. They were damaged from a storm. They were wet and the water was pouring down.And they saved the data from the hard drive which was also in the water. And they were really good with the pricing. And they gave us a good price
