Two stars for friendliness. Took 2021 Chevy Colorado in for service while it was still under warranty. The a/c wasn t blowing even close to cold after less than 2 years. They said it was fixed so I drove it off the lot. As the temp went up outside I realized the a/c still wasn t fixed as it wasn t blowing cold air. I brought it back and insisted that they actually fix the problem this time. They replaced the condenser - which they should have done the first time. It was blowing cold again. Fast forward less than one year and the a/c sucks again. I m out of warranty so the good news is I don t have to waste my time with this dealership. The bad news is I have to pay for it out of pocket. I m never buying a Chevy. The Toyota across the street has just as incompetent service but when they do end up fixing the problem it lasts.

I started doing business with Davis Chevrolet back in 2011 when I purchased a new Silverado 1500 from them, I received great service from them and from my truck, years later I took my toy truck 1992 1500 in for major work, a complete brake job and again received great service, a week ago I took my 2018 Silverado in and spoke to Justin in the service department and explained what happen with it and let him know up front that it would not be a insurance or warranty job, now what I truly appreciate about Justin is that he gave me two options to choose from and kept me posted the entire time, after all was said and done I am again very pleased with the service I received, I'm in sales and he did exactly what I would have done, "Under promise and over delivered on the service. Thank you so much Justin for your honesty and transparency.Rick Orr

The outstanding service at Davis Chevrolet keeps me coming back for any repairs or upgrades to my truck. The service manager, Justin, is kind, humble, and attentive to my needs and concerns. He and the department make me feel like family. I would recommend their services to anyone and everyone. It is rare that one can find good people and good customer service in one place. I would give zero stars if I could. Overpriced!!! fix one thing and break something else. Then says it was already like that when pictures prove otherwise. Then Manager comes out 15 minutes later and he is just as crooked and incompetent as the others. Just another dissatisfied customer. This also leads me to believe that these 5 star reviews are fraudulent.

Just took my GMC in for a quick oil change / service as they are close to my work. Neal took excellent care of my Yukon, they were able to locate my warranty status and they even washed the exterior which was a plus! Very happy with the service! Thanks

Overpriced, badwork, tear your car up, and claim their not liable go to classic Chevrolet or ron carter. They charged me 2500 to fix my truck and their were cheaper options with the same factory price.

I am really disappointed with the service offered by employees at Chevy Davis. I live in Austin and when I spoke to them on phone they gave a quote. I drove all the way to Houston to buy car from this dealership and they quoted a much higher price than quoted on phone when I met in person. Service in general has been terrible. I regret purchasing car at this place. Employees here are not courteous by any means. Manager was so rude when I was discussing about price. It's Just that I drove to Houston by renting a car for 3 hours, I had no choice but to purchase. There are definitely other dealserahips which talk to customers so well and give cars a much better price. I definelty would never recommend anyone I know to Davis dealership. It has been a terrible and unforgettable experience.

After a terrible experience at CarMax, a friend was in need of a truck. He spotted one he liked on Davis' website. My friend hates the "car buying process", so I referred him to my friend Kevin Spruiell at Davis. He bought the truck. I saw my friend yesterday and he stated, "it was the smoothest experience I've ever had". He's very satisfied with the price and was impressed with their service. Thank you, Kevin.

I've been taking my vehicles here for years. I even took all of my companys fleet vehicles here for service. Fantastic customer service and just a great professional team all around. Justin Isham is a great guy!

Don't get windows tinted at dealership!!!! They go through VIP tint and only charges 125 for tint dealership charged you $200-$300 for tint and lie and tell you it because of the 3 yr warranty is why they upcharge you almost a $175 for the tint when in actuality VIP gives you like a 5 year warranty on the tint. Also very disappointed in salesman just like any salesman they aren't really trying to help you get the best deal all they wanna do is get a sale so they can get their commission and move onto another customer. Wouldn't recommended this this dealership
