I tend to base my decision making off of google reviews and I m happy to say that I wasn t disappointed when choosing David s Auto Collision. My vehicle s hood and roof got damaged due to a hail storm and David s Auto Collision was able to return my vehicle in pristine condition, looks like nothing ever happened. They didn t have to of course but they went the extra mile as to washing it before returning it to me. Alan was very helpful and professional, I definitely would recommend this place and will return if I ever need any body work on my vehicles.

Being that I never had to work with a collision shop before I browsed around and looked at reviews in making my decision. You can tell if people are leaving bogus or fake 5 stars based on how simple the review is typed up. Not always but usually. I saw more in depth responses and owner feedback on the reviews for David's Auto Collision so I decided to go with them. They weren't in my insurance's preferred network but they still worked with the insurance to make the repairs and get the claims paid. Had to replace the passenger doors as my sister was in a hurry to leave work one day and backed into my car. The passenger side looks better than it has in years. For being a 2012, it looks fresh off the lot! I hope to have to never use collision services again, but if I do, I know without a doubt who I will take it to.

If you've never been in business with David's Auto Collision you should have your vehicle(s) serviced at this location only for auto body work because this company did an AMAZING JOB to my car and it was my first time doing business with them..I researched them due to their 5 star ratings and decided to give them a chance and they did not let me down. They were open with their communication in regards to the updates with my car and explained everything in detail before servicing my car. I like how the members of the business were so welcoming, friendly, and the cleanliness of the establishment. As a courtesy they detailed my car and it looks so glossy and is glistening. I will continue to do business with this company moving forward. Let this company serve you and you will not be disappointed!

I appreciate how professional, courteous, honest and helpful everyone is. They took the time to answer any questions I had and I felt that my car was in the right hands. Victor and his team at David's Auto Collision take great care in making sure the insurance company is handled correctly and the vehicle is ready. We had body work on our 2016 Highlander and we had a mirror painted and replaced on our previous Honda Accord. We recommend them to everyone with body or paint work needed!

David s auto collision exceeded my expectations! I m an Auto Painter with over 20 years of experience so I know exactly what to look for when choosing an auto body shop. After extensive research to find a body shop who I could trust with my truck s repair I didn t hesitate to give DAC a call after seeing all of their great reviews. They offer lifetime warranty so when I heard that they immediately had my business and I will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

The staff at this shop were very friendly. Victor gave me a tour of his shop. One of the painters was working, stopped what he was doing, and made time to greet me. Very kind people.They painted my Triumph and it came out amazing! The Triumph looks brand new and looks beautiful!

My neighbors tree fell over on our side of our house and unfortunately landed and damaged my car and my mom s. We were thankful that it didn t land our house but we were very upset about our cars. I found David s Auto Body Shop online and decided to call. I worked closely with Alan and Victor and they explained to me in detail and my mom the process for the repairs and the time it was going to take. Both Alan and Victor were very easy to work with and right away when I met them I knew our cars would be in great hands. They made my 2017 Challenger look completely new like a car out of the dealership. They made the dent on my mom s Tahoe completely disappear. They did an absolute great job! These guys are complete professionals and for a fact know what they are doing. Thank you Alan and Victor for the hard work. I took my truck in to be repaired through insurance and it was great experience working with David's Auto Collision! They explained the process thoroughly, kept me up to date on the progress, and made sure my vehicle had the best replacement parts possible! They sent back damaged replacement parts the insurance company was trying to use twice, and offered a discounted detail after the job was done. I'll definitely be using them again, overall a great experience and excellent customer service!Service: Body & Trim

I definitely recommend this place, very professional, Muriel kept me updated on the details regarding my car and the guys did an amazing job on my car, it looks brand new now thanks to them. Went to this shop because they were the soonest appointment. Shop waited a week to call my insurance only to find out it was a total loss, then they took another week to allow my insurance to pick up my car and charged storage for the days they dragged their feet and now my insurance is telling me I have to pay for the days they charged. This place is just greedy and will take advantage of people. Be cautious of this place.

Went to David's because of the 5 start reviews, and I received 5 star service. Most transparent I've ever worked with in auto industry. Very personable. Easy to talk to & ask questions. They keep you updated without prompting. Very meticulous. Final results perfect. Hope I don't need them again, but if I do it's good to know there's a place I can trust.

This was hands down the best auto shop experience I ve ever had and could not recommend them more! Alan was the person who helped me with the process when my car was taken here after it was hit by a drunk driver. He explained the process in detail, was super friendly, told me the insurance process, and gave me tips if the vehicle would get totaled. When I went to collect my belongings from the vehicle, although the other staff were working on another car they had offered to help me gather my things from my vehicle and transfer it to my rental. From beginning to end, this staff was so professional, so kind, and extremely talented at what they do. As a female you always worry that an auto shop will take advantage but this was the exact opposite experience. If you ever have car trouble, this is the place to go.

I always get nervous taking my car to a new auto body shop because I've had bad experiences in the past. However, Alan made me feel comfortable from the start. They are very nice, efficient, and professional. I got texts with updates and they finished the job very quickly. I had some spots on my car that needed to be buffed out and they did that for free. I took my car to David's to get repaired after being side swiped while parked. The whole drivers side of my car was ruined. I've never been in this situation before but I knew I needed to find a collision repair shop, & I'm so happy I came here! If you are looking, this is the place to come! The process was so seamless; they took care of everything with my insurance & along the way they regularly updated me. It was nice to know my car was in good hands & was being fixed. When the repairs were finished my car looked good as new, as if nothing ever happened! The quality of care here & the professionalism is top tier!

Had it painted 6 years ago, best clear coat in town, barely can scratch it as compared to the section Chevy dealership painted which power washed off. David's put the beauty of Orange back into my Chevy Silverado. Recently needing the hood replaced they just buttoned it back up all together once again. Quickly and had a great price, great job guys.

By far the best shop I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their commitment to customer service and quality workman ship is fantastic. Victor and Allen responded to every email and phone call quickly. The finished product is stunning and looks factory fresh. I can't recommend this shop enough. They truly take care of the customer! Even through minor issues w my car insurance they still made sure I was receiving best quality for my vehicle. Since I first called and arrived Victor took his time to inform me about the process of the repairs, kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Car accidents can be such a hassle but they made sure to run everything smooth w/out no worry and no stress! My car looks fresh off the dealership!!!!!! So in love w the job they ve done. Thank you Allen and Victor, keep up the good work!! I recommend these awesome guys , you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend David s Auto Collision. They are very professional and have great communication. Always sending updates and did a great job at repairing my Honda Accord. They listened to all my concerns and took time out of their day to ride in my car to make sure it was okay after the repairs. They went above and beyond with the paint job/car detail as well. They did an amazing job and could not be happier.

This place!!!! I was involved in an accident and was looking for a good shop. I have a limited edition Nissan Rogue One. It s hard to replace some of the parts since they no longer make this vehicle.I went to google and was looking for the best rated shops. I spoke to a few shops but was very impressed when I got to this one. I had a conversation with Alan and I informed him exactly what I wanted. I m really picky with my vehicle so I asked a million questions. Alan had answers to everyone one of my questions. Even when it came to the insurance process. I decided that I felt comfortable bringing my car here. This was the best decision I made. Alan called me with updates every step of the way. He even dealt with my insurance company a few different times. Alan is extremely polite and knowledgeable. My car seriously looks better now than prior to the accident. No lie! Alan put a lot of work to get everything fixed. Even having to go to other resources since my car is no longer being made. I really recommend this place. Alan will do whatever he can to help you. I m thankful I found this place. I m just so picky and they really went above and beyond. I also liked that they stored my car inside the garage. Thank you Alan! There s a reason David s Auto has an average 5 star review!! The service is unlike any other, I can not say enough good things. From my first visual estimate with Victor (who is so kind and wonderful) to the start-to-finish check in process with Alan (so thorough and professional), I m so glad my car was in good hands with these guys. They even have on-site rental cars! Muriel and the whole team sent me text updates with not only the repair plan and photos of my car, but also their email correspondence with my insurance company so I knew exactly what was going on. Thank you David s auto for the professional and stress free experience, I will recommend you to anyone!!

This is place to go if you want your vehicle body repaired right, if you want factory level workmanship, and if you want a paint job exceeding expectations. This establishment takes pride in its work and it shows. I had an SUV repaired recently, the front left fender was fixed by David s Auto, while the right front fender was repaired before I purchased the vehicle a few years ago. The difference in workmanship and the panel gaps etc was immense. Victor and Allen are great to work with.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Paint repair

The team here goes above and beyond for their clients! I'm always a bit skeptical when looking for new auto shops, but I would definitely recommend David's Auto Collision Heights to anyone needing collision repair.
